My procedure was not done well. I tried calling them numerous times, left a “call me back” request, and emailed. I never got any response. Please don’t forget to read the less good reviews about this place, as they turned out to be true. Service is horrible and my procedure was a literal waste of money, as it was simply not done right. They claim to do top-ups if needed, but if you ever try to contact them again you won’t hear from them anymore. Would absolutely not recommend.

Bad experience. The doctor was nice and professional, but the service is terrible. I scheduled an appointment for an "after-treatment check", however the appointment was canceled due to the doctor's sick leave. I scheduled another appointment and got an email with confirmation. When I arrived the door was closed and there was no one inside.

Had botox and filler done in Aug, the botox seems disappearing which means it lasted for only 2 months?? A little disappointing to the fact that it so fast and paid quite good money for it. Phone calls has never been pick up and email is terribly responded unrelated and off topic. I gave 3* because of a nice doc attended me but other than that, finding it hard to return.

Sweet girls behind the counter, nothing to complain about, I was very happy, first time and didn't really know what to expect, Mrs Popescu injected EVERYTHING above my lips and not IN my lips, so I see 0 difference in my lips really horrible!!!!! And now when you try to call them, email them, you name it…. No response, it's really annoying, I will NEVER come here again. This lady can never be an official doctor who is allowed to perform this in the Netherlands. I hear real horror stories around me.

Calling them is useless, they never pick up the phone, the emails go unanswered, messages on instagram too. The system to book online is flawed, so sometimes doesn’t let you book fillers because you had a botox appointment in the last 3 months - completely unrelated. Or doesn’t give you enough options so you end up just booking something so you can meet the injector but then only get 15 minutes. Today I called multiple times to try warn my tram had a problem closing the door, and only when I arrived they picked up the phone. Only to tell me 10 min late would be too late as they were going on a break. I tried to call and be proactive, this wasted my time 1 hour in vain. No flexibility or customer service. And it’s not the first time it happens, I once had to travel the whole way there, just to book an appointment. Now with Dr.Nina Boas gone, might be for the best. Never again.

Don't go here! Complaint submitted to NVCG. They themselves already warn with; making things beautiful can turn out ugly! And that is exactly what Dr Popescu M1 Amsterdam does. (Where is expert Dr Nina?) I absolutely do not believe that Dr Popescu has the right diploma to be able to perform cosmetic treatments in Ned. It looks as if I had filler placed for €10 in a back room in Eastern Europe. 8 weeks ago, Dr. Popescu had very intensive needle fillers placed in my lip and I still have pain every day! The filler is also placed much too high, not in the lip, but above the lip and below the nose! Also unevenly distributed, the right side is thicker than the left side. I also have filler 'pimples' under my nose (!) because the filler was not placed in a nice line but in bumps. Then the right side is visibly thicker and it looks as if there is no filler on the left side at all! In the waiting room a lady with lip filler complaints was sent away, and a girl came out of the treatment room with a bloody mouth after lip filler treatment. Here at M1 Amsterdam, cheap has unfortunately become a bad bargain and you will end up in pain and leave ugly. Cancel your appointment at M1 Amsterdam and go elsewhere. No idea who posts the good reviews about Popescu, but they are probably colleagues, family or friends. I live abroad and therefore cannot return, not that that makes sense because if you complain you will be sent away anyway.

Unfortunately not a good experience, my right side of the lip is thicker than my left, which I personally do not like at all and which I did not ask for, even only a 2 week warranty. What I personally find far too short for medical treatment, unfortunately I cannot find a good solution together, this is not what I want to spend 300 euros on.

Absolutely horrible don’t recommend I been waiting today for my appointment nobody inside no answer on the phone..

Came on recommendation from a friend but things didn’t turn out as I expected. The person who was doing the injections didn’t seem to know very well and there was another person who was teaching her I really felt insecure about the situation. I asked if the woman who was teaching could actually do it. She said she didn’t have rights to do anything in the Netherlands. Then the woman injected and really hurt me. A lot of blood came out I removed my face away. They said it was normal but I never had experienced it like this before. I was very nervous and it ended up with a bruise on my cheek where she injected and caused me pain. I like the result but would not be going back as this was somewhat traumatizing experience.

I have been coming her the last year and a half for lip filler and botox. Every time time I visit M1 Med in Amsterdam I have always had a really great experience here! They always have good prices on high quality products and the staff and super friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend !!!

I got my lips done here a few months ago. The staff were friendly but the cheaper pricing should have been a red flag. My lips are bumpy with one bump drooping noticeably down one side of my top lip wich can only be fixed by dissolving first by another clinic. Also I have a permanent cut in the middle of my top lip since the filler was injected it can be painful at times.

I have been coming to M1 Beauty in Amsterdam for a number of years. The first period was very satisfied with the doctor, the work done and the treatment by the reception. The only annoying thing was that there were quite often changes in the treating doctor, without any communication towards the customer. That is irritating and annoying if you are very satisfied with a doctor. I have been trying to make an appointment for a few months now and there is NO POSSIBILITY to reach them by phone. They simply don't answer, and you can't leave voicemail. You cannot send an email and if you leave a callback request via the website, you will not be called back. What incredibly bad service. The attending physician has also left and there is a new one. Such a shame, because I was really satisfied for a while, but over the past few months this good experience has turned 180 degrees into a very bad experience. I'm going to look for another clinic.
