Four stars for the immense size of this Pets Place. To me, it's a bit overwhelming of a size for this part of Amsterdam....it's HUGE. But on the other hand, it's nice to have so much space during these days when you don't want to crowd others. It's also good that this part of the Kinkerstraat is undergoing a revitalization, slowly but surely. Average to good selection of dog treats and other things. They simply stopped carrying the only food my dogs eat so I have to order online or go to another pets place further away. The lines can be long go pay if they don’t use the other register. Usually there are multiple employees behind the counter but only one attending to the checkout. It is frustrating to wait to pay with two dogs wanting their treats. I prefer the local small business owned pet stores nearby over this. The most notable this is they could have dog grooming sometimes but I’ve never seen the groomer there. It's nice to see some of the employees from the other Pets Place (5 min walk) are at this store too.

A variety of pet foods are available in this big branch of Pet Palace, which were not available at other shops. The staff are very polite and helpful to find what you need.

I always pick up some toys and snacks for my cats when I travel so was really thrilled to find out this was only a few minutes from the hotel I was staying at. Good selection of products and lovely staff! I do wish the bags weren’t plastic though!

Prices are at least 25% more expensive than on the internet and with things like flea shampoo there’s only one product, so you have no choice but to pay €13. The point of going to a big chains store is to have choice and be able to save money, so I prefer to support small stores that are cheaper anyway.

We went here because it was the only pet store close to us (other than Jumper) that was open on a Sunday. Space is ok and a decent amount of products. Prices are a little too high but the most notable thing was the very indifferent seemingly uninterested staff. We told the lady at the counter that it was our dog's birthday but she couldn't have responded more dull, she acted like she didn't care. LMFAO. Saddening.

They have a lot of toys, food, lashes etc. Reasonable prices and good staff.

They always have a lot of stuff and this is a very big one! They also have major brands along with more bio/sustainable brands. All pets apply, even the rare ones. They sell aquariums and small fishes.

Good city petshop. Friendly staff, good discount offers and happy with the opening hours.

We had an exceptional experience with one of the kind employees who really knows a LOT about aquarium fish. He helped us pick all the fish for our new aquarium and was really helpful and dedicated. Highly recommend! :)

Great pet store. Excellent range of products and treats. Minus one star because some people let their dogs off leash inside and the leash/harness section has so many options it's kind of disorganised and overwhelming. Overall though, it's so good it should be called Pets Palace not Pets Place haha And the best part is IT'S OPEN ON SUNDAYS

Great spot to take your pet. I took my dog and she was like a kid in a candy store. Huge selection for a bunch of animals. Decent prices

The people working here were friendly and helpful. Good selection of types of food and toys. I got Hills and Royal canin. The store was clean and organized

I purchased a bed here and it was really good quality. The manager held it aside for me during the day of delivery because it was not in stock.

They always send the order incomplete. Then you have to wait for 5 working days to get the rest of it.

We were on our trip in Amsterdam and we're from Belgium and every time we're on a trip we always looking for some toys and some new stuff for our sausage and she was suddenly on her period during the trip and we went to the shop and it was biggggg I love it here and they have everything you need!

Some products could be improved and offer a wider selection for example dog leash for smaller dogs and collars as well as the shampoos

This store always has everything you need in stock, and has a huge collection, especially for dogs. I love bringing my dog in with me to shop, the staff are so friendly, she loves getting offered a treat :)

Pet owner tourist should give it a try during the Netherlands visit.

For a physical shop they have a great selection of products. And the employees are very helpful. My dog loves to go there.

This shop has everything you need for your dog and it also has a lot of food and toys for almost every pet you can imagine. Cats, hamsters, fish etc.

Lots of products to choose from for my puppy. Had to forcr myself out of the store!

Really good pet shop with lots of selection of products for dogs. We could find everything we needed from here. I was very surprised by the amount of different chews they had.

Location moved to kinkerstraat otherwise good product offerings for average prices.
