I must say I felt discriminated. Whenever she speaks, she always speaks with disrespect. She was not listening that we already have appointment, she said you don't have appointment. We waited 10 mins at the door, then she checked and open the gate for my wife to enter. She said only 1 person can enter, so my wife only entered in the shop with my 7 months old baby. I and my 7 years old boy were waiting at the door. I was seeing her misbehavior with my wife. She didn't help her to choose earring and she was disrespectful to her. I then asked my 7 years old son to enter as he is under 13 years, but the lady just thrown my son away. She doesn't know how to behave with child. My son was depressed. She did hole in wrong place of my baby ear. I must say we should avoid this shop and the lady. When my wife came out from the shop, then I saw the next customer were allowed to enter with their friends/family. This is clear discrimination. Our skin color is different and I don't know whether this is the reason, but felt very much disappointed.

Friday Nov 13 2020. My very bright&fit 80+ Mom went into this store to buy herself a watch. She was the only customer. No one said "hello" back or asked the famous store clerk question: Can I help You? A man with the same skintone as all the Lucardi employees came in prox 1min later and this man got the royal treatment from the moment he stepped into the doors they rushed to greet him and all offered there assistances. My Mom called them out on this and thanked them and walked out. We really liked Lucardi. Bought alot of gold&silver items but will never set a foot into that store ever again. They lost not 1 customer but 5.. Lucardi don't employee people who don't want to engage with people of other ethnic backgrounds when you know Amsterdam Bijlmer is predominantly a MULTI CULTURAL MIX POT!!!!!!

Unprofessional, impatient , disrespectful, wrong attitude towards the customers . We had been to Lucardi (Bijlmerplien) to get our 1 year old boy’s ear pierced.It was his first time ear piercing ritual. The lady with a long black hair( 3rd of May at 3pm) was very rude, impatient and most importantly unskillful. First of all we did not feel welcomed. As we entered the store the lady with long black hair disappointed us with her rude behaviour. She has no ear piercing skill. Her marking and her piercing shot did not match at all she pierced wrongly and immediately removed the stud out of the hole without our consent. She was not apologetic at all for her mistake. Very very very annoying and bad experience, never take your kid to that place to get ear pierced . Lucardi(Bijlmerplien) has got impatient, rude and unprofessional staff.

I visited the store today (Bijlmerplien) to get ear piercings for my 1 year old. I experienced rude, impatient, unskillful, unkind behaviour from the lady who handled. Lady pierced the ear incorrectly (see the pic, target is off by long way) and was not apologetic instead blamed baby (unprofessional). She removed the ear ring without even showing it to us (We would have not been disappointed as much as we are now). There was no spare to try next shot at the shop. We booked ear rings previous day as today as auspicious day. Lady was behaving as if she was giving ear rings at free of cost/doing a favour. Bad experience, I want to report the staff behaviour. I will not recommend anyone for baby ear piercing at Lucardi. Update: Now read experience from Saha (previous review) who has same experience for 7 year old with ear hole in wrong place. I should have looked N avoided Lucardi. So my experience isn’t the first one, they are known for creating these painful moments. So request to avoid Lucardi to save yourself and loved ones.
