I truly love this jeweller, I bring all of my items to them for repair and upkeep. Sialia always meet my expectations with quality for care and detail, while being superfast in their service. I rarely have to wait long, usually the repairs are done within hours. Occasionally I purchase new earrings, they have a lovely little collection. My daughter had her ears pierced by them and they were so gentle with her. Two employees pierced my daughters' ears simultaneously and she didn't even budge; it happened so fast! All I can say: I truly recommend this jeweller if you live in the Oostpoort area in Amsterdam East :) They do not dissapoint.

We bought wedding rings from Sialia and we are very happy with the experience we had. At first I was a bit skeptical, since I really wanted the very best and Sialia is not one of the big jewelry shops in the city centre. However, as it's in the neighborhood, we just happened to step in. We really liked the way we were approached, it never felt pushy at all. Most importantly, the inscription we wanted inside the ring was not really straightforward. We were doubting if it was even possible. However, the staff took their time to really understand all the details we wanted and when we took the rings they were perfect, looking better than we imagined. The inscription was just as we wanted it. The delivery was also timely, within the time-frame promised at the beginning. The entire process was a very pleasant experience and we are also happy that we directed business to the shop in our neighborhood, rather than to the flashy places in the centre. On top of that, as happy as I am, my future wife is double that. Totally worth it!
