My husband bought 2tickets all in clue,72hours we love it, just you have to go to station (in the center)change to paper tickets than can used,the driver of tram or bus will not accept if not paper tickets, Tiqets should give details clearly on the web, I thought can use by scan ,tickets all in clue can access to lift and … I like it cheaper than other options, you can get tram in any tram stops , but blue bus and red not many stop checkout on map in the bus.tram always busy but don’t worry it is fun to wait abit on line, why not we are traveling…

We did the collosum in Rome and the roman forum. what a pleasure it was. So easy and enjoyable at our own pace.i defiantly suggest doing one on two separate days, as with the heat and people all around you'd need a break in between at minimum. The Roman Forum with Palantine hill shouldn't be missed.

Scammers. Ticket takers at the entrance to the Acropolis in Athens literally told me to buy a specific kind of tickets. I buy the tickets on tiqets, go right back to the line and they say "sorry, these are for the Acropolis museum." We didn't want to go to the museum, we wanted to see the real thing. Besides the museum was about to close, it was 415pm. Tiqets has refused to honor our cancellation request citing automated reasons that make no sense. So we have successfully wasted $30 for literally nothing, in a city that is already highly skilled at fleecing tourists for their money. Needless to say we won't be spending any money with them again. Fool me once, shame on you... but we won't be fooled twice. Will be happy to take down this review if I receive the refund we SHOULD be getting. But for now, more than happy to share this tale of the woes of automated customer service (or lack thereof)... gotta get something for my $30. POST RESPONSE EDIT: Wow. Thank you for your help in proving that the age of customer service is dead. You'd rather take my $30 than engage in even a shred of customer satisfaction. And don't say you're "unable" to provide a refund. That's a lie - you are more than able to provide a refund... you're not WILLING to provide a refund. Kick rocks, losers.

A must-have for sightseeing in Lisbon. I bought it in advance online and picked it up at the information desk in Plaza de la Comércio. There was a bit of a line, but I was able to get it quickly.

Took tickets for tours in Venice. No problem for tickets to return but you have to be careful of comments that do not correspond to the tickets purchased. I was thinking of buying a ticket with multiple accesses as stipulated in the review and I would have to pay for everything extra later. Read the conditions carefully! On the other hand, the audio guide option is a real disaster... For the Doge's Palace, not all the rooms were commented on and one of the two speakers who acted as a guide did not even know how to read correctly so the explanations were chopped up and read without any conviction. It's a shame given the price...

We did this to start off our trip to France which worked out really well. Most of the destinations we intended to visit were close to the river so we were able to see them and get our bearings oriented from the comfort of the river. Not fighting lines to see some of the historic monuments was a huge plus. I would recommend this river cruise to people looking to see a lot without having to leave the comfort of the boat.

We were very surprised because we did not expect this magnificent architecture. It was very interesting for us and we were able to look at everything in peace because the palace was not overcrowded with visitors. We couldn't keep our time slot for the visit, but we were allowed in anyway. The staff was very friendly and also informed us that as pensioners we didn't have to pay the full entrance fee. We will pay attention to this next time we visit. We can highly recommend the palace.

Excellent exhibition on Lacan

Just magnificent on a whole nother level. Having our tickets in advance was a must as this is a bucket list location and although well organised the queues on the day were long.We were grateful not to have to join the queues thanks to our fast track and only took about 10 min to get through security checks before we could enjoy this masterpiece of a cathedral

We bought the Lisbona Pass from Tiqets. The purchase was very easy and straightforward. The card itself is really worth it, especially seeing that for the price you get free entrance to some of the main attractions - Belém Tower, Pilar 7, St Jeronimos Monastery, St Justa lift.... Trams, trains and buses are included too. On some other entries, like the Monument of Discoveries, you get a 10% discount upon presenting the card. Parking in Lisbon is a headache, so we decided to opt for the 24hr card and make the most of it. We recommend the card to all those visiting. One can opt for other options too. It all depends on your travel plans.

The tour was very good. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Weather was good which assisted the tour. A nice number in the grout. Not too many. We were moved to an earlier tour in the day which suited us better in the end.

Purchasing tickets from Tiqets app has always been very easy and conformable. Mobile app tickets were accepted and received proper instructions for both Colosseum and Vatican City Museum for entrance. Also, while booking just few days before, morning tickets were not available on official website but was able to grab one at Tiqets. Totally recommended!!!

I booked my tickets and couldn't make my time for Sagrada Familia I had some issues the night before my tour. I wrote to them to request to amend my date and time - as per their terms and conditions allowed for this. They responded that this was not possible as the venue did not allow for this. Hence beware of their terms and conditions for this provider as it does not reflect the venue's and hence has no validity. 33 EUR down the drain which I will now have to pay again at the venue :(

At first glance, I was so amazed by the suspension bridges, then there was an excitement to walk through, but also a feeling of a bit scary seeing down the deepness between the bridge and the bottom ground. Overall, It was a good experience. Definitely, I will come back again to take more photos from the surroundings.

Terrible customer service, false advertising. You’re better off purchasing tickets directly front the venue. Due to covid most places require for you to book a time slot for your visit, Tiquets makes it seem as if they have more slots available but it is false. You still have to go through the main website of the venue to pre book the time slot and additionally because you purchase from a third party you are no longer able to book a time slot for any exhibits you might have paid extra for. Plus, you have to stand in a longer line when you get to the venue as if you don’t have a ticket, due to the fact you purchased from a third party.

The Louvre Tour was announced for 2h30, but in reality it only takes 1h45 Too expansive for the offered services. The guide was of bad quality and not friendly, just another group of tourist to handle for her. We do not recommend the tour, just book an simple entrance ticket yourself and you will enjoy and see much more

Extremely useful and easy to use website and app to book tickets for tourists attractions and other experiences. You can book far in advance or on the day before (if there's availability) and there's no need to print. All tickets were easy to swap at the ticket offices for the places we've visited and the app was always offering other interesting things to do nearby.

We used Tiqets for most of our planned activities in Amsterdam and I have to say that it is the perfect app. Not only do you get good discounts, you also get added features like the sync to google maps so no matter where you are in the city you can find your way to where you need to go. Having used this app for our first trip away together I can safely say that we will be using it again on future trips in Europe.

Great experience with them. After booking 3 tours around Rome, I had to cancel one of them, one day before it was suposed to happen. Everything went super smooth. Even though they said money will be refunded in 5 to 10 business days, the money were in my account literally next day.

The ticket we purchased earlier sure helps to cut the need for queuing up. So, it is highly recommended to get yr tickets. There are counters for tickets on site but there is usually a queue. Tickets cost €11 whether you buy it early or at the site. Also, stay on the mainland to be able to take in the full view of Le Mont St Michel. 😄

Tiqest is a very good app for booking tickets and passes for your travels. I have used it for the first time for my first solo travel to Rome and was amazed how easy it was to use. I have prebooked all my attractions 1 month in advance and received my tickets during the following days along with a very detailed instructions about meeting points and what to wear to different site as some of them were churches. Unfortunately I had to cancel one of my tickets 24h before as I knew that I would not make it and there was absolutely no issue. One click, confirmation of cancelation and the next day the money was back on my account. I would recommend this app to everyone and will use it again for my upcoming trip to Florence and my next trip to Rome in November as well
