Ik had duidelijk enkele belangrijke knipwensen aangegeven en deze zijn totaal genegeerd en/of niet uitgevoerd....Mijn hond rook ook ontzettend naar een zwaar geparfumeerd luchtje en loop sinds haar behandeling continue te krabben... Het winkelpersoneel was erg vriendelijk, helaas heb ik de trimmer zelf niet gezien/gesproken en liep de communicatie via hen. Nu op zoek naar een nieuw adres om deze knipbeurt te herstellen....
