I worked here about 2 years ago. Managers were nasty, rude and had a sense of superiority except Bibi. They would be condescending and scream to you Infront of customers. I was threatened with no pay because I had a surgery that got moved to another date a month in advance, I let them know this, and I was told "we will not pay you", even though I gave them more than 2 weeks notice. I had to contact HR, thankfully they said I had to be paid, and I had sick leave due to surgery. Never again will I work for this shop, especially Clara and the new blonde manager.

Shame on this shop for their false advertising. The shop says 50% discount on almost everything for the second item. More like almost nothing. A lot of items are tagged not discounted, also a lot are tagged to be discounted or not tagged at all. But even those positively tagged are not 50% discount. Cashier also said they had the same discussion with 8 other customers on the same items in the last few hours. Though their manager is stubborn and says it's properly advertised. After long waiting times for both the dressing room and checkout, we still purchased the items but actually feel scammed. I will also check if we can raise a formal complaint with Hollister. Edit: I had contact with Hollister customer service where I was assisted very well. Hollister was unable to cater to me for this purchase but were able to refund me for a last year purchase. Additionally received a 30% voucher for the inconvenience.

I was very unfortunatelly surprised. The cloathes were really Nice but the horrible staff. They didnt want to help me and were very unfriendly. Then i tried to talk to the manager Inez but she was also very unpleasant and let me leave the store without purchase. I have never experienced something like this in hollister store.

I honestly never thought I'd shop here again after stumbling through their pitch black store as a teenager back in 2006 lol Pleasantly surprised as they had some very cute knitwear of decent quality and the layout is much nicer these days! Most importantly the service was very friendly!

I preferred it when Paulina was there! She was the best seller in the store, always smiling and helpful... That's too unfortunate she's not part of the staff anymore, I won't go back there...

bad vibe all around from the employees. some of them are polite though. the shop is not tidy or organized properly. probably management is a mess. better to order online.

My online order was rejected 3 or 4 times ( was accepted, money taken, then in a few hours rejected, money returned). So I decided to go to this shop and communicated my whole shopping list to a Hollister employee. She assured me that she will check and bring me all the items in the list ( were a lot). She not only brought them to me and encouraged me to try them on in a very friendly non pressing way, but also made me buy more things while I was waiting for her to bring them to me. Everytime when I would see something, she would offer in a very nice way to bring it to me to try if I want. Like that, I discovered the Hollister ( black, slimfit) jeans that are absolutely amazing! Best black jeans ever. Slim and fitted, but not to tight, not too loose. With a big cotton composition. I would have never ordered or tried Hollister jeans otherwise. It's a brand I use just for underwear. So thanks for the help! When I will go there again, I will search for the same girl that helped me. Good service! ( so rare in Amsterdam). I don't know the name of the seller though :(

Really cool and very well spaced out. I found what I was looking for super fast. The staff that were there on the day were friendly and helpful. They also stock a few little Amsterdam signature tshirts and pull overs which was quite nice. Worth popping in if you are looking for a quality item of clothing.

i boight a sweater which said the size M. it was on a sticker and when i got home i saw that it was xs. HOW can u guys just troll like that. I payed so much to get M and now it’s literally just XS. whoever is changing the stickers to sweaters, don’t have a nice day

Very rude staff. They acted as if they were doing me a favour whenever I asked for a different size. One girl said she was gonna come back with the item I asked for and I never saw her again. Employees were on their phones and when approached they spoke in an incredibly rude way. They also have very low stock in store and the employees don't know what items they have in store either. You're better off just shopping online- I'd prefer no customer service than what I experienced today.
