    Poor service. Unless you look like filthy rich, the customer service people will ignore you. For example, I asked one of the employees a question about bags and they attended to more "important" wealthy-looking customers and never came back. Well, I have a money too, but I just don't flaunt it. If that's the case, I will take the business somewhere else. I don't recommend visiting this store which treats customers like a doormat and scoffs at their presence.

    Horrible customer service!!! It was very inefficient. I waited almost one and half hours before I could go in the store even though there were only about 6 or 7 people in front of me. During waiting outside, there was someone who’s asking everyone what they need. I told that lady what I need. She checked with her phone and told me it was available. I told her I will take it. So I started to wait. After more than one hour's waiting, finally I got into the store. An asian woman came to me and I told her what I need. She directly said it was reserved without any checking. I asked for something else, she just said no with a poker face. After I strongly urged, she finally checked with her phone. But she didn't want to show me. I also went to another store in Amsterdam before, the sales there showed me their phone if it was really unavailable. I checked on the official website, and it said available in this store. It's obviously this woman didn't want to sell. That was ridiculous because they knew what I need one and half hour ago and still made me wait just to send me away. I told her they wasted one and half hour of my day in Amsterdam and she didn’t say much about it and didn’t want to help me. Even no smile or a drink. I feel really unwelcome by their service and changed my way of looking at this brand completely. This is super low customer service. Never go there if you are traveling in Amsterdam. It's a waste of time and they will destroy your journey.

    Absolutely the worst LV experience ever. The manager was so freaking rude and was behaving as if she was the one spending money on the stuff I was buying. She really needs a course on how to behave with customer, absolutely disgusting behavior! I would highly suggest any potential buyers to go to Rotterdam instead, the people there are amazing.

    I was able to buy a T-shirt without a line on the men's side, unlike the general store. The sales associate was friendly and helpful, and the selection of products was excellent. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality luxury goods.

    I’m so shocked by this horrible customer service. It was super busy so I waited 40 minutes in the queue before I could go in the store. During waiting in the queue, they already knew for what I came for because there was someone who’s asking everyone what they need in the store. I told them that my bag has a oil stain and needs to be cleaned. Since they have a cleaning warranty, I expected that they would be helpful but they weren’t. Once I finally got into the store, the guy checked my bag for 2 minutes and came back with: ‘Sorry I can’t clean oil stains in bags so there’s nothing I can do.’ I was confused because they knew 40 minutes ago that I had this problem and still made me wait just to send me away. I told them this and they said: ‘The person who was checking you in the queue is not a professional and that’s why they didn’t tell you.’ I said: ‘But how does it make any difference for the customer? I can’t know that and now I almost lost an hour of my day just to be sent away.’ They didn’t say much about it and didn’t want to help me and just sent me away afterwards. I feel really unwelcome by this ‘high quality service’ and changed my way of looking at them completely. This is super low customer service and I hope you don’t get this.

    The first time here, we had to wait 30 mins but no problem because he said that Alma BB is available inside. After I entered surprisingly the Alma BB was already arranged for somebody else. Such a waste of time. The next day I go there again and I got it.

    As a Louis Vuitton customer I am highly disappointed by the waiting times, the lack of opportunity to make a appointment. If you would like to pick up something or refill a perfume in the store you have to stand in a line for over 2 hours. That is no way to treat customers of a luxury brand that pay largely for the experience. Well the experience in my opinion is not worth it. Very nice products, very bad logistics. If you must, opt for buying products online and have them shipped because going to the store is basically impossible. In addition to this the text service isn’t optimal so you aren’t always notified when you are allowed to go.

    Absolutely atrocious service. When I arrived to the shop there were about 2 groups of people in front of me, hence I was expecting a wait time of about 10-15 minutes considering that the two groups were let in quiet quickly. However, I was very wrong as I had to wait for about 30 minutes; this was due to the employees repeatedly ignoring me. It was only after a line had formed behind me that one of the female employees finally let me in. I had a specific item that I wanted to buy, hence as soon as she finally let me in I showed it to her instantly, yet she proceeded to talk to me in a condescending tone. I look quite young and have what some would describe as a 'homeless' style so I was expecting some mistreatment but what shook me was that the employee lied about the item being out of stock. As I mentioned previously, I showed her the item on the online shop(which had the specific item code), and after searching for the item on her device she(the employee) informed me that the item was not there; after which she proceeded to attempt to go farther away from me, clearly showing signs of not wanting to help me. However, after looking around for literally 5 seconds, I realised that the exact slippers(the item I wanted to buy) were in the shop, obviously not out of stock. I called her over politely and asked her to check again as these were the exact shoes I was looking for, this time she was able to magically find the shoes on her device and her reply was once again quite condescending saying 'we have SOME of the sizes'. She informed me that the size I was looking for was not there, which I am still not quite sure if that was the truth(as on the website of the shop all sizes are available), regardless I thanked her for her help and wished her a good day. Just a side note, I was completely polite throughout the whole experience as I am younger than her and see myself as in no position to order someone around, however her attitude towards me was very disappointing. As a client, even if I look young and am dressed not in the flashiest clothes, I do not see why I had to treated this way as I clearly wanted to buy something.

    Purchase some of my stuff here (last week on 1st week of April 2021), sorry to say bad customer service and please don't judge people by the appearance, please put some smile on the face while attending customer. I do understand that there is time limit but do give buffer for customer. Thank you but there's some other staff who are very polite and helpful too.

    Surprisingly bad experience ever I had in LV. Not my first time enter this store. Always been good and have been served well. Unfortunately today right after entered store. Not even three minutes, an Asian senior lady (very un-groomed hair, not on standard of luxury for sure) she very rude told me I have to leave cause they will close meanwhile the store full of clients and I already had one SA about to help me. I said ok I understand you are closing I just want to ask one product and price. She no you have to leave. I said not even ask products info? She said no I can’t asking, not even price. My SA was super awkward and don’t know what to do. I said ok no problem I will leave. Don’t worry about it. I mean I am also working in same industry, I can’t believe this is standard of LV? They need to have better client selling ceremony training. I can easily become their detractor. What a shame 🙁

    Haven't been to louis vuitton in Amsterdam Bijenkorf de Dam for a while. stood in queue for a little while and you were then very neatly helped by 1 of the employees. This lady helped me very well / listened to the wishes of my taste and gave good advice about certain products. I also had a Messenger Bag GM version that I wanted to send for repair. she helped me find out information about the costs for repairs, and the waiting time before I could pick it up again. After some looking around, I chose the "Porte Documents Business MM". can be carried by hand as a handbag or over your shoulder with an included shoulder strap. lady was very friendly, very helpful and attentive. definitely come back more often. everything is well cared for and tidy.

    As an Asian, I strongly advise avoiding this particular outlet. Had a terrible experience with this store compared to other LV store that I visited worldwide. The staff and security at this store displayed rude behavior towards Asians, completely disregarding the fact that a significant portion of their customer base comes from this demographic. LV should not tolerate the presence of such incompetent staff.

    My first time in the LV store here in Bijenkorf and my experience was absolutely horrendous. I waited 20 minutes, only to be told I cannot purchase any bags as they are all sold out. The sales lady, Joanne-Melanie L, informed me that they are for order only. Yet I saw people after me purchasing bags that I requested. I cannot believe I experience discrimination and judgement based on my appearances in this store! Why would you lie to the customers face. After realizing this bag is not up to par I asked to exchange the item for something else. I looked at the sneakers, to which she says aren't available either. What kind of service denies the ability to purchase? I would expect better from a mixed race lady instead of outright lying to a customer about availability and giving fake smiles to pretend she's being helpful. Definitely not up to standard service. Disgusting behavior quite frankly it's bluntly racist.

    Waiting time is way too long. It’s not like they’re giving free bags: or goodie if we get in. I came to buy but while waiting almost an hour, my willingness to buy died by the time I was on the first line. Slow service: ruined my mood.

    The waiting time is horrifying.. there was 5 customers before me and it took me more than an hour to get in. Standing in the line wearing heels isn’t exactly charming. They should’ve at least provide stools for the customers to sit. We spent thousands of euros for their goods, for Christ’s sake. 😤

    Mr.Syb gave me super Nice service and good suggest ! This is the first Louis Vuitton bag in my life, it is also a wedding gift from my parents. I believe I will use it very happily.     Never go to this location! The waiting time is insane! They put us in a waiting list and after we were called we ended up waiting 1.5 hour more! Total 2.5!!! What the point of the waiting list? People who work there need to get so speed happening!

    Horrible customer service. The SAs are rude and disgusting. I have never experienced that humiliated look and attitude towards customer in other LV stores before. I waited for 1 hour in the queue patiently, then I requested one of the SAs (man with Arabian face) to sell 2 bags with same model, and also LV retail system recorded my name twice without my acknowledge. That man treated me like suspicious ,and refused me to sell the bags since I've already bought one for myself on the same day and I have 2 customer accounts with LV which I was not aware how LV retail system works. I am neither reseller nor personal shopper. I am a mere tourist on her business trip , spending my own time shopping for fun to enjoy VAT free goods while I am in Europe.

    I'm really happy that I visited this LV store. There was a very reasonable queue. I waited for a really short time. Thanks to Gulsah and Stefan, I had a great experience for the whole time I spent in this store. They were very helpful and friendly. I purchased a beautiful wallet with their help. I'm sure I'll visit this store again soon.

    Positive experience with the client advisor named J! He's very patient and helpful, answered my questions well.. Downside is, they don't have electronic waiting system. Had to wait in line for more 45minutes but it was worth it, they have lots of style in stock.

    We had a wonderful experience as the sales team were so kind and helpful. We were in a queue so they came out with drinking water bottles and gave it to all the people who were in queue. also they were promoting new perfume launches.

    Queue time was quite long, but amazing service by the team who managed the line and expectations of anyone who wanted to join. In particular, Maria was incredible - I went in knowing what I wanted but she took the time to explain the bag to me and how it would wear over time. I had forgotten my passport for my purchase and she helped me reserve it and passed along her contact for me to come back the next day. Would definitely visit again next time I’m in Amsterdam.

    We got excellent service from Florence who helped us patiently and she was very knowledgeable. I am leaving only 4 stars because this store is completely mismanaged. The manager was very rude and combative. It is shocking such a popular brand's image is getting tarnished by poorly managed store in a shopping mecca.

    Popped over a couple days ago to get a gift for my husband. We were a group of 5. Our SA is amazing- very patient, accommodating and engaging. She definitely made our day! There’s also a staff attending the queue outside to ask us what we were looking for and whether they have it in stock etc.

    Not as bad of an experience as I thought. Things to note: 1. you are most likely going to have to queue. We queued for around an hour and we had around 5 groups of people in front of us at the start (they let each "group" in each time ). This was Sunday around 12pm. 2. Limited stock. The item I wanted was slightly defective (some colour difference on the front) so I asked for a new one and the SA said the one I was holding is new and its the only one. Of course I just left it as I'm not paying for a defective good at that price, but just be warned that theres a limited number of stock at this store (unless the SA lied). Another item I wanted was out of stock too. 3. I didnt feel like I was judged (maybe I was and I just didnt realise), SAs weren't super friendly but normal. not massively rude but not massively friendly either. Though I guess it really depends on who serves you as I could see that some SAs were very nice whilst I was queueing. The gentleman who served me wasn't on the friendly side.

    Went to Louis Vuitton Bijenkorf and purchased my first LV bag. The customer service was okay, Karla the SA, who helped me played a part of pulling the trigger. She was really nice to me. I was only looking for felice pochette but ended up getting neverfull MM. However, I feel like they are rushing on making a sale. Overall service was okay though. Had to wait in line for about 15 minutes I’m visiting from the Philippines, you’ll get 11% tax refund on the spot inside the mall, just, if you have a credit card.

    Do not waste your time here. We purchased a bag yesterday, but because we didn’t have our passports on our person for tax purposes, we paid just to come back today for pickup. We were guided through the back entrance of the store, told to wait for the next available employee to help us. We were never acknowledged or offered assistance by any of the employees. We had to track down the queue hostess to air our concerns and notify them that we are in a rush to check out of our hotel. We had purchased the bag the day before and understand presentation of product is important to the Louis Vuitton brand, but having to wait 40+ minutes to simply receive acknowledgment and a product already paid for is absurd. Your time is better spent at a store with superior customer service and overall experience. We were attended to with class and care across the way at Gucci, with associate José.
