Love HEMA warehouse since the first time I was there. It has a lot of great options and great quality products! You can also come here until 10 o’clock in the mornings to get a good breakfast at just 2 euro! They have also photo book services. The clothes they have are nice quality and cheaper prices!

Scattered interior, it's confusing to know whether or not the stuff underneath the stairs is part of the shop and whether or not it's okay to go there with a shopping basket or not since it's also behind cash registers. But aside all of that, it's a place that offer a good quality/price ratio with a big selection of goods; all from hygiene to food, household stuff and sports equipment.

Arguably the most complete and best organised HEMA in this region. The store is spacious, ultra clean with the friendliest staff (a rarity in the capital, it has been claimed!). No excuse needed to enter the shop. Expect good quality products at very reasonable price. I went in just for a smoke sausage (the famous HEMA worst) and why not?

Well I'm not a woman, but my wife is;-) Well laid out and very clean and tidy. Lovely range of nail polishes - we bought 2. Cheap as well.

Bad service at the kassa, lady wouldn’t let me pick up a package without my ID (even though I had a picture of it and I explained I had just lost my wallet a week ago). Embarrassing. I get the policy, but you also have to be helpful sometimes

I wanted to exchange a product within warranty, what a terrible experience, they were not helpful at all, would not recommend this store. Before going to the store I chat with customer service and they mentioned that I could use my online factuur, but when I got there, they wanted to original factuur.

Must visit shop! You can find a lot of stuff of local food for a cheap price here. Wide range of products for your daily life and for your home!

LOVE HEMA - possibly the most useful shop in the universe. Worth a visit - always vibrant and on trend homeware, food, toys, practical things - like hooks / soap dishes - kids clothes and great beauty products - something for everyone :)

Horrible customer service from the lady with red hair - stay away from her especially if you are trying to print photos. I had printed there a couple of times with different staff members - never had an issue and everyone was very lovely. At some point the one with red hair comes along, makes a big deal for a problem she had because she could not find the payment label and she starts blaming me for it. In the end the lable was actually there, she just did not want to do her job properly. After our conversation I tried to print again and followed the same steps as usual. Did everything right and had the ticket confirming my order is sent to the printer. My photos were never printed even though I waited for and hour and a half. Maybe the machine had a failure, cannot be sure, but it is too much of a coincidence that she was at the cashier desk and this happened to me. Horrible service.
