    Beautiful products until you need service from them. 4 years ago I bought an HKTS 16 - 5.1 surround set of which the subwoofer became defective. After some research, it appears that this subwoofer breaks down very often. There are entire pages on the internet dedicated to these problems and even the repair company that Harman uses stated that this subwoofer has problems very often. I had contact with Harman several times to see if they could accommodate me in this regard, but no, no leniency whatsoever. Repair is done via an external party (CE-REPAIR) and would cost at least € 150. The Subwoofer cannot be ordered separately, you can buy the entire set again for around € 479. An acquaintance of mine eventually repaired it for less than €2.50 for a defective resistor. Never had such bad service from a company before. Never again a new device from Harman for me.

    200 euro headset broken (acn fails). Yes, buy a new one with a 20 percent discount. If you want real support, don't choose JBL

    Really poor customer service. They switch pricing at last minute once you've already confirmed PayPal details. Very sneaky way to charge extra and they deny everything when you contact them. Avoid if you can though it's not always clear this is the company you are dealing with as they go by brand names initially.

    (Translated by Google) Ordered a speaker on September 1, still not delivered. Sent from pillar to post after daily contact with both JBL and DPD, delivery service (also worthless!) Thought JBL would be a quality brand, apparently only with regard to their products. The words service and problem solving skills are not in their dictionary for the 5 different spoken employees. Stick to the process and completely lose sight of the customer. In short, embarrassing. And now wait and see when I will finally receive my paid speaker! Wonder if this review is going to shake up the leadership and get me what I'm entitled to. (Original) 1 september een speaker besteld, nog steeds niet in huis. Word van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd na dagelijks contact met zowel JBL als DPD, bezorgservice(ook waardeloos!) Dacht dat JBL een kwaliteitsmerk zou zijn, blijkbaar alléén mbt hun producten. De woorden service en oplossend vermogen hebben de inmiddels 5 verschillende gesproken medewerkers niet in hun woordenboek staan. Houden vast aan het proces en verliezen de klant volledig uit het oog. Kortom, beschamend. En voor mij nu maar afwachten wanneer ik mijn betaalde speaker eindelijk ga ontvangen! Ben benieuwd of deze recensie de leiding wakker gaat schudden en mij gaat bezorgen waar ik recht op heb.

    I purchased a pair of JBL Live 650BTNC headphones about three years ago, expecting to get a high-quality product given JBL's reputation. However, the fabric of the ear pads started to loosen after just a few years, even though I always used the headphones indoors and with care. When I contacted JBL customer service, I was told that my headphones were no longer under warranty. As a "solution" they offered me a 30% discount coupon for the purchase of a new product. I found this downright unacceptable, especially as the product's apparent lack of durability seriously disappointed me. Additionally, they suggested that I could have the headphones inspected for repair for a fee of $50 plus shipping, while brand new headphones are currently available for $99. Financially speaking, this just doesn't make sense and shows a lack of reasonable solutions for customers with legitimate complaints. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product and subsequent customer service I received. JBL was once a brand I trusted for quality audio equipment, but this experience has unfortunately changed my opinion. I advise others to exercise caution when considering a purchase of JBL products and hope that the company will improve its customer service and product sustainability.

    Bought headphones here in August 2022. I was satisfied with this for a long time until at a certain point I could no longer handle it. Contacted Harmann and JBL and helped. Had to send it back and got a new one. (Dec 2023) Less than a month later it is broken again. Now another problem there is no sound coming from the right side. Customer service doesn't help. They know my details, I have already had to pass them on 5 times, I am again without working headphones, I will probably have to send them back myself. In short, it costs time and money. In short, I am very disappointed with such a large company

    My father ordered the JBL Encore for me and it was shipped quickly in 2 working days with DPD! (Ordered on Saturday and arrived next Saturday) The first bass boost is very clear and the second bass stage is awesome! The quality of the box is very good and the light show is a must for anyone who wants to party. I am convinced that I will buy something from JBL again. I can recommend JBL to everyone, even though there are some critical reviews here.

    Too much base and this cannot be adjusted. Works only on Google Home app, and Chromecast whatever that is. Apple products and apps cannot be used at all. With Google's recent illegal recordings HarmanCardon should adjust the apps options to other than only Google for customers to use.
