Rarely does the perfect combination of a great idea, good quality, great service, and excellence come all together with what delivers a marvelous improvement to anyones balcony. Though at Upperbloom they have done just that and it is perfection. I adore Upperbloom the name alone says it all, they are the Upper service in good quality planters, marvelous plants, excellent communication, on time efficient delivery and brilliant service. The team are super stars. I know they enjoy what they do, they do it with passion and conviction and have the global environment very much at the forefront of their business model. They take care of all the placement and give the necessary advice to take care of your gorgeous plants. Twice a year the plants are exchanged from a spring/summer selection to a autumn/winter selection. Delivery is done by a pushbike barrow. So What do you get from Upperbloom? They turn a plain or a dull space into brightened up, gorgeous living area in your home environment and ultimately You will love your balcony. Brilliant company which I highly recommend.

Sam is a very friendly guy who did exactly what he said he would do. He made an appointment beforehand in a timely manner and sent me a reminder the day before - very efficient. The flowers make a lovely addition to my balcony.

Second time in a row that Tom does not show up for an appointment. We have emailed, called several people and sent both a WhatsApp and a text message, but we have not received any contact. Not really neat.

Only good experiences with Upperbloom. From the moment the containers and flowers were delivered by very friendly employees until now a few months later. The containers are very practical with the water reservoir at the bottom and the flowers last a long time and even continue to grow and become even more beautiful. Because I use my roof terrace less and less with the bad weather, I wanted to have the planters collected again. Be able to make an appointment immediately for next week and from that moment on the payments will also stop. Very nice service.

Upperbloom literally is like icing on the cake for my balcony. Before subscribing, I redecorated my mini terrace in Amsterdam, so that the beautiful planters would stand out even more than they already are. The service was quick and friendly! So YAY. Happy customer :)
