I have made the mistake to not read the reviews before going inside. Has to be the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been. Food (schnitzel and beef burger) were terrible in flavour and preparation, besides being small and low quality. They charged 20 euros for each item. Outrageous.

Do they read their reviews and pay attention 🤔. Outrageous prices for a simple and badly cooked burger. Tables filthy and serve to table really bad. Not blaming the servers but the system. Just because the location is easy to the stadium does not give Grand Cafe the right to charge such crazy prices. How can GC get away with this.

Had dinner before our concert. They were using a 'event menu'. Had very low expectations when we saw it. Because there was no drinks menu just the event menu which has 5 dishes, thats it. No entrees, no desserts or anything. You can pick between a normal burger, chicken burger, veggie burger, schnitzel and chicken sate. All come with a little salad, Fries and a tiny bit of mayo. All dishes are 20 euro's or above. So very expensive. The food was actually pretty good (i reccommend the veggie burger, i am not veggie just looked good 🤣) and came quickly, service was fine. I kinda reccomend. They obviously make dinners go faster because of the event, but it is way too expesive for what you get, and very little choice.

I thought they would be prepared for a Saturday night with a concert happening in AFAS live. Staff seems to just not care. They didn't come to our table very often and almost didn't even look at us. Food was kinda expensive for what they presented. I know is a Dutch thing to have croquettes on bread but this was weird to be sold as a "crab burguer". I'd prefer to eat the crab croquetten as a starter and have a hamburguer then.

Poor service. Both drinks orders were wrong. 45 minutes wait for an overpriced chicken burger. I would never come back again

Just walk past this one. Trust me. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks that did not come. When the food arrived, the burger was ice cold. Ended up returning it and not eating anything in the end.

Raw and cold burger served. 25mins wait for beer.

The worst burger I’ve ever eaten in my life. My friend ordered chicken and it was equally horrible !

It’s highly not recommend, the chicken satè was inedible i was stuck with fries for dinner as the salad was equally bad.

The most disgusting burger ever! €20- for a snack bar quality meat, if it was meat? Served with a salty pasta salad and very salty fries. They get one star because the fries were warmer than my burger, that is something McDonalds have not yet to achieve, congratulations! Never coming back!

Good food and beers. Service can be very slow and laid back even when it isn't extremely busy. The food is good though, freshly made and not too expensive.

Good atmosphere, but not enough staff. For all orders you need to go to the Bar, can take up 10-20 mins just to order, waiting in line and then again just to pay.

Just waited nearly 20 minutes for a sandwich when the place was empty. How long would the wait be if it was busy. Ordered capresse sandwich, with thinly sliced bread. No bread choices. Came toasted and thick bread. That was NOT what I asked for. Rubbish.

We have been told we could quickly be served before the concert (1h) and that in 30 minutes we should be out of the door. Took 5 minutes to get the menu probably because we asked for it..after 27 minutes the food was never here. Afraid to be late to the concert we left the place...didn't seem to concern anyone there. Avoid this place, I would have put 0 stars if it was possible.

Worst ravioli ever! Rucola on the bottom swimming in the raviola drain water. Hazelnut on top? we asked big bottle of sparkling water it didnt arrive. We asked again 10 min after our food had been arrived. the waitress said it is coming from downstairs which takes long time!!! Kidding? Then they brought us 2 small bottles and charged like that. Never come back! Not recommended!

Big disappointment. Only 5 dishes to choose from of which 1 was not available. The chicken sate had big fatty chunks and was drenched in sate sauce, chips were undercooked, sauce from a packet and salad from a jar. The burger was pre cooked just like the chicken. 3 chicken sates and a burger set us back €80. Not a great start of the evening.
