I could probably just make my own medication faster than picking it up here. Doesn’t make sense to wait 30+ min just to pick up a little box Edit: im editing this half a year after I wrote the review, nothing has changed. What’s the point of having 16 counters if only 2 are used at a time? Genuinely ridiculous. After this I’m having my medicine sent somewhere else

Waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes with just a bunch of clients waiting before me. I had to pick up something simple and it took 10 minutes to get it ready.

Waiting time is incredible ..and my doctor prescriptions can be take only from here , i can't understand why they are not doing something, for prescriptions that are ready at least it could be a medication dispenser

Incredibly slow service (be prepared to spend ~10 min per each person in the line before you). But the staff is very nice and helpful, once you get to the counter.

The only complaint is the time it takes to get your prescription. Which is more than 25 mins even on a slow weekend. Otherwise good.

Impossible to get through on the phone. Waited for 49 min. :/

I have to wait 45 minutes to get the medicine, it is just Vitamin.. In Kruidvat I kan pick it up within 5 minutes!!! 🤒😠😠😠

Doctor C. please call me back for an appointment as you promised! It has been 10 days and I am dying . Your receptionist is rude and don’t want to make appointments for anyone, she said I have to be passively waiting

Staff are nice but this is one of the most laidback customer facing places of work I've ever seen 😆. They won't ever respond to the phone and when I arrived I had to wait over an hour. But whoever runs this department clearly doesn't mind this. Be warned!

It takes forever to get a simple medication. It can easily be more than 1h if there are as little as 10 people in front of you in the queue.

So sllloooowwww service. They have more than 10 counters but only one or two are available.

It is incredibly slow! I take around 1.5 hours to get anything from this place. Unbelievable.

1 star still way too much. Worst apotheek in NL. No waiting queue but still more then 30 min waiting time. Unbelievable. Staff talking about their weekends instead of serving the clients
