    Terrible service. A friend had fever, headache, vomiting continuously and feeling terrible, went into the doctor in the spoed center, which was already so hard to find in this huge complex. The doctor refused to give medicines and told us that we should have faith in our body's ability to heal, everything will pass. Turned out to be covid eventually. Whats the point of going to a doctor if you are going to need to self diagnose anyway?

Clearly was a medical emergency and glad got the help elsewhere. I got a different treatment by this lady unlike how she treated other people in the queue who were of the same colour. She showed care and passion to other patients but as soon as it came my turn she turned to absolutely a different person before I spoke anything at all.     We came to this emergency because of my mom. She had an object stuck in her ear. The staff at the front desk and even the nurse who assisted us before was very polite. Very pleasant to talk to. The lady who took us to the waiting room to wait for a doctor was the exact opposite. A simple question was asked: Do you have an indication of how long the waiting time will be (at that time we had already been waiting which was not the issue) because if its more than an hour we would prefer to go to the general practitioner who is telling us to come before they close. I don’t think she liked that question. She had a nasty look on her face and an ugly tone. Her name is Janneke Bakker. A nurse that can’t take a simple question. I definitely would’ve had time for her if we weren’t in a rush due to my mom’s fear to follow this rude lady’s advice. Upon exit, I stated the same question as my reason for cancellation. The man at the front-desk asked a few more questions and said: this is totally reasonable. Please do take note that every other person that we came in contact with was VERY professional and friendly except for Janneke Bakker if that is even her real name.
