I’m really shocked how rude the people at the service desk are in this shop.. After waiting 20 min till somebody comes help us, they confirm that we are too late requesting for help as it’s 20:50 and shop closes at 21:00. Maybe it’s an idea to reconsider staffing schedule as all other people seemed very bored throughout the floor.. We moved our shopping attention to Praxis which is across the street and where you can at least get decent response, without getting feedback that you are interrupting.

Very bad customer service. They accused me of breaking a tool I had rented which was clearly in poor shape before I got it. Both staff I talked with were rude and unprofessional. A shame since I otherwise liked the store and have been there several times. Will choose Praxis from now on where service is always great.

This shop used to be a sort of "GAMMA XL"', but now they transformed it into a 'GAMMA MINI', cutting the floor space in half. It's laughably small, and they have very limited choice.

Mega size do-it-yourself building shop. They have all articles you can think of of most common brands. Service is pretty good and it is easy to return stuff.

Big but empty, I was searching for one product and they didn't have it, then switch to use other things instead but they didn't have it too, compare to their big store they are poor in products, I think 2 star is more than enough

Good place with products BuT staff has no knowledge where and what. They kept sending me up and down. No one bothered except one person that told mw who to ask. The person that I asked did not know. Eventually I found someone after a lot of effort. one cashier only.

On Saturday went to a gamma branch in Amsterdam west, purchased a few things and went to work, used what i needed and the rest back to another gamma which was close to me. Went to the customer service very friendly but she was very rude and told me: you bring back to the same shop... I says: you are legally obliged to accept other ways please write down you are not accepting the items from the same company but different branch! Otherwise call your manager. Then she accepted all! Unbelievable.

Affordable home accessories with good quality

Getting help for what you need is always a challenge here. There are signs so you can go to different sections but if you have questions about something, it's not always easy to find help. They have a lot of stuff so can find pretty much everything here. They can maybe work on their customer service. Google asked me to review again if something has changed, I visited this store today but my review still stands; everything is still the same.

Their people are very helpful if you need an advice which area you should go and dont want to waste your time walking around then this is the best place to go for

Perfect to buy something tools

Quite efficient and everything is available though a bit expensive than I expected.
