I went to the pet store expecting a zoo-tastrophe, but it was paws-itively fantastic! 🐾 The toy selection was off the leash, and my furball couldn't resist the squeaky bananas. The food choices made my pet drool with delight. 🍖 And the staff? They were so helpful, I half-expected them to offer to walk my dog! 🚶‍♂️ If you've got pets, this place is a howl of a good time! 🐕

I bought my two rabbits from this location two weeks ago and I'm super happy with all the advice they've given and help while buying their supplies! They also have a really big selection of toys/food/treats/accessories :)) The buns are surprisingly tame (already exploring the house and licking us in the first week) and I believe that it's due to the care and attention they got while in the store!

One of the staff members was really helpful, he also explained everything in English which is remarkable. However the other two younger employees were rude and charged me extra for products I didn’t get. Also, extremely rude, the young ones made fun of the English speaking employee by saying in Dutch that the guy is crazy for speaking 7 languages. I know that I came at the end of their shifts when everyone is tired but there’s no excuse for making fun of their colleague in front of a customer. I speak Dutch as a third language and i find it really bad having to experience someone who actually is being super professional, being called “coucou” followed by hand gestures, and this guy was most likely too polite to say anything back. Never got my money back as I was told to come back at the store, but no online option was offered, Amsterdam is big and not every customer lives nearby. The place looks cool but too bad for having such ridiculously bad employees. Check your receipts before leaving everybody!

Alway a wide selection... and opened later than any other pets shop in the area! The only downside is that they seemed to be priced €0.50 - €0.75 more than other pet supply shops in the area - which can start to get pricey depending on how much you will buy. More important, this constant "price hiking" across Amsterdam since COVID is a disturbing trend that must stop!

Lovely experience! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly with our pets who we brought along. They even gave them a treat. Highly recommend this store!
