Amazing tour of an incredible. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Highly recommend is you are into Ajax or just stadiums. Opt for the guided tour it's well worth the extra and included a scarf and a Heineken.

Little bit disappointed with the boutique. We've spent lots of time to find something to get but everything was out of stock. Just very small or large sizes left in all of the clothing. Eventually we left empty handed.

what a disappointment! I made an order online and was supposed to get an email to pickup the parcel. the email never arrived (and I always check my spam folder since I use the email for work) and when I contacted the 'customer service' they told me that I did not pickup the goods and my ordered was cancelled. now I don't have the gift that I was supposed to give to my son and, of course, in ten days they still did not return my money. what a disaster...

The average fan shop, with the average staff not being very interested in the customer. Prices are high, but that is modern football for you.

I bought three hats with €15 each. There were a lot of sale items with 70% discount. Nice to be here, my husband is a fans of it.

Located just next to the arena, I came by here with a group of tourists searching for souvenirs. Quite a big store with a variety of sport merchandises to choose from. Ranging from shoes, shirts, trousers, tumblers, socks, mugs, all are in a premium quality.

They had only one size (of course S) from the Bob Marley t-shirt. Why don't order more?? 🤷‍♂️

Rude staff it was 17:55 and they started to toss everyone out like if we were garbage. When I tried to buy the jersey at 18:01 they refuse to print anything and told me to buy the jersey without the print or to go away. Nice way to end a wonderful experience of the stadium tour

Very disappointing. A large stroe yet hardly any variety of items on sale. Just Ajax shirts, some scarves, and plain lack adidas caps. No fridge magnets No key rings No replica shirts from years gone by No Ajax baseball caps. All very disappointing.

I have bought scarf with label with one price and when I got to the cash register, they give me totally other price which was much higher. Their explanation was that they put wrong label, which was kinda silly because all scarfs got the same label, not just one that I choose. Anyway, nice shop, interesting stuff to get.

Today we are faced with a blatant case of nationalism in the 21st century in the largest store of the Ajax club. The consultants, in particular the security guard and the people at the cash register who saw us today decided to make fun of us and deliberately delayed the work time, at the same time driving us out into the street, referring to their personal prejudices. I am not even an Ajax follower but enjoyed the shop! Worth the trip if you are looking for a gift for a footballer!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, lovely clean place to visit. Hopefully catch a game next time

Well laid out store with good stock. They have the women's first team shirts (which fit beautifully), but no others. When I enquired, they suggested that women can also wear the men's shirts... But we're not small men and I'm tired of being fobbed off / erroneous mansplaining #invisiblewomen

DO NOT BUY ON THEIR ONLINE SHOP! More than a month passed and I still did not receive my package, I try the contact through many chanels (Customer Support Chat, email and phone) and the response is minimum, always trowing to another seccion. I'm trying now to cancel the purchase and request a refound for more than 15 days and no reply. Very disappointing once this purchase was a gift for a person that really loves Ajax.

I think that for a club like Ajax its a disgrace to have a shop like this, people athe the checkout tell us that they cant print names because they are closing in 20 minutes. The price on the shelf doesnt mach the price at the checkout the shirt was 100-40% on the shelf and we had to pay 86$ because there was a name on the back ( there was no information about any extra payment). The guy at the checkout told us that "everybody knows" I may be repeating myself byt it is a disgrace
