There's always someone in a bad mood at the counter. I have used it only the pick up service and I always have to go several times because they say the package is not there, however the tracking always says it was delivered days before. And I always wait because I know them. My feeling is that they don't even check, they don't feel like giving it to you at that time, or they just want to annoy you. Who knows, but this does not happen in other places. Not recommended

Customer service is more than bad. And they charge double, sometimes almost triple the actual price of products . A varta cr2 battery that costs 3.65 they sold it to me for 13 euros, and when I told him he was lime if you don't want it then leave it. I definitely don't recommend this place, what a joke!
