Their vehicles are amazing. After sales services are horrible. Bunch of incompetent people and liars. Regretting getting a brand new M model

Nobody were there to ask at first, after that I found someone who were busy and tried to push me off to avoid asking. He was rude and talking fast. Was not a great experience when dealing with employees. But cars were cleaned and well arranged.

No respect for time appointments, unprofessional, never buy form BMW Saudi dealership, worst experience ever!

They give appointments and leave the car with them untouched for 1 or even 2 days until you follow up. They then perform 1 hour job for diagnostic and don’t contact you responsively to get authorization of repair or further check and hence they waits for you another day . Responsible engineers they take sometime a day off and you car stays with no one to move it to another person. It is a lousy and badly managed maintenance department. They don’t listen to the customer who knows how his car got faulty and the insist to check every thing at charge and don’t focus on the issue After several days they tell what you told them originally I will never buy BMW again👎

service was somewhat good. They did't give me a replacement car until i contacted the main BMW me which was a hassle. One of the managers forgot his name was VERY unprofessional dealing with my issue of my car, and stating that i have to pay for the issur with my 2020 730li. The issue should be under the warranty.

Every time I visit this dealership, I remember why I will never buy a BMW again. Today, a lady was refused entry with her car to the service center, so she parked her car blocking everyone. I could not enter for over 25 minutes until, eventually, she was allowed entrance. Make more parking spaces when you make such a 0pace to cater to your clients needs.

This branch carry the best service in KSA, It was a pleasure to deal with them compared to Riyadh branch especially Mr. Mansour from service. I had a couple of issue that was fixed under warranty that other branches refuse to see the issue or solve it.

Customer service is friendly and helpful. Service is nice, but I've seen better waiting areas. Not a lot of info on the website, outdated. Not easy to book an appointment for vehicle service and it's not available online, you'll be lucky if they answer a call. Prices are higher then other countries in the middle east and probably the rest of the world. BMW and BMW owners deserve better!

Very bad services and too much expensive, BMW should find better dealer, spare part too expensive and maintenance also they misused clients.
