Slowest drive thru ever 4:30 pm Thursday. Didnt have any matcha green tea no sign out front that there out had to sit in drive tru 35 min.

The Company has a beautiful asset with this lovely lady and it brings me Joy to walk in the doors and always be acknowledged. Keep doing what you doing girl! Starbucks is truly soooo lucky to have a Shining star like you.

Quick drive thru with nice staff, but they did get one part of my order wrong.

Staff bought me breakfast my first time in for an ice water run, they have a small library for all, very kind & benevolent here. My favorite one, especially because of the sign posted in my photo, visible from the counter upon entering. Enlightening....

This Starbucks is very busy traffic winds around almost onto Lincoln something really needs to be done. I frequent this place only because it's close to my home. Service is great depending on who's at the window I like the drive-thru. The only thing that I've received my coffee lukewarm like bath water I don't want to say every time. And I'm sure they get complaints about it being too hot as well I've had that too. But I also think that they should gauge the heat on the cups and whether it is lukewarm bath water or too hot. That's my one gripe other than that service is great again like I said depending on who's at the window the majority of them are wonderful. And for the person who answered the phone with "hello" instead of saying hello this is Starbucks how may I help you? " coffee maybe a little exercise on answering it properly. And then I asked how will we handle my lukewarm coffee in the future and all that was said was I'll talk to them. I was expecting to at least say come back in we'll give you a new hot cup of coffee. But no that was not the case and is why I'm leaving a three-star review.

Went in to get a slice of pumpkin and pepita loaf and an iced coffee. In previous visits I could sit back and relax while enjoying my food and drink. However, they have since removed all seating so you have to take your purchases to go. Since I usually frequent this place to relax for a few minutes after a workout before heading home, not having seating is a deal breaker for me so therefore I'll probably give my patronage to one of the other eateries where I can sit down and relax after my workout and go to those Starbucks that have seating when I'm in the mood for Starbucks.

Hide all the sweeteners, then ignore you while you wait to ask for one. Only one bathroom stall, with a code on it

So, the drive thru if you can. It gets backed up at times, so look for parking. Don't be afraid of a random homeless person. Be a good person and treat them like you want to be treated.

Some of the employees are really nice and care for the customers. Their are some who don't seem to care and pay little attention to the order place. Some would just place the orders on the counter without letting anyone know. The quality of the drinks and food is good, yet if the order is incorrect or incomplete, ruins the experience.

I recently moved back to the area and use to love going to this Starbucks location since I can come here and then hop on the freeway to get to work. When I first started coming back which was about April/May things were great. I was in and out of the drive thru all the time, if I was running a little late I would mobile order when I left my house so that way my drink was ready by the time I got there so I can grab and go. I don't know what has happened within the last month but this location has really gone downhill in their servicing. They are not pushing out the drive thru in and out like they should be even when the line isn't that long. The last few times I have been mobile ordering since I can't really rely on the drive thru(again I am there before it is busy) but even then when I get there my drink IS NOT ready. I still have to wait an 5-10 minutes on my drink. Sometimes I have to tell someone like "where is my drink?" I understand sometimes they are busy since the high school is right there. It just seems to be majority of the time this location just seems to be like hustle is not their number one priority. Especially when I am mobile ordering BEFORE I leave my house and it takes me 5-7 minutes to get to the location and my drink still isn't ready. This location really needs to get their stuff together and be what they use to be.

This Starbucks was so rude I will never go back and I will be telling people to not go there

Good place for your late coffee needs or when on the road

I went in and ordered my fav. Grande hot half Cafe Americano with streamed soy. It took a good 7 mins because this location was so busy. I didn't stay because I was off to work and just stopped in quickly.

Inside is clean but VERY cold. Hobos often outside. Staff is great. Restroom no code and clean. Drive through is always fast. Love this location.

This spot is one of my favorite Starbucks. They will make you drinks exactly ask you asked. Definitely not like the one on ball and state college who will try to offer you a substitute, not because they can't make but don't want. Love coming here and enjoy the friendly and professional stuff. Highly recommended.

Horrible service and drinks. Managers are patronizing and dismissive when you return an incorrect drink and won't fully replace your drink even though your receipt says you spent over 30.00.

It's a Starbucks like all others. I think the food got smaller. Thank goodness staff is always incredibly nice.

I’m a frequent customer there and they always a quick and friendly service. They always put a smile on my face whenever I come in. Hands the best Starbucks experience I ever received. 5 stars ⭐️
