    Amazing Starbucks in Downtown Disney. This store is packed with everything you are looking for plus they carry the Starbucks reserve! Overall impressed with the speed and friendly service! Will be back! Bonus: mobile order for even faster service! A+++++++++++++++++++

    After a long day at a Disney park me and my family always come here for a "pick me up". Service is always quick and pleasant. Place is always kept nice and clean.

    Came at like 11:30 pm and got a hot chocolate, wait for half an hour and asked them when will I get my order and they say their 30 minutes behind and its almost 12 am. Lady was just standing there doing nothing and being rude to other people. The hot chocolate tasted like like water with dirt. Workers slow and rude. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Came in Monday morning at around 11. And while waiting in life, i almost passed out but a wonderful lady came with a game of hangman and it reenergized me. And she was very kind and i think her name was Liliea. If it wasnt for her customer service, i was going to leave the line and go somewhere else. I ended up getting my grande white chocolate mocha drink at the end and enjoyed it. It really made my day with her starbucks knowledge. Thank you starbucks!

    Let's start off by saying I visit Starbucks quite often. Am I a Starbucks expert? Certainly not. However, I'm quite familiar with the chain. I experienced long lines, not clean but not dirty store. I can see that a lot of thought went into the design of the store, with high ceilings and that Frontier/Hipster vibe of a General Store. However, stacking columns of milk crates over 6 feet high and wet floor signs in the main room of the store seems unlikely to be following in-store protocols. To be fair it was busy, it was late and I experienced the store being busy and then 10 minutes later not busy. . However I think that other Starbucks I've visited have handled this type of situation better than what I saw. I think it's also important to be aware we were told at Starbucks we had to spend $20 to get our parking validated. We had spent around $18 and they told us it wasn't enough and we had to make a completely new order and to spend $20 on the new order to get our parking validated. This wasn't okay with us so we went to the Lego store and spent our $20 there and got our parking validated by buying legos.

    My family and I would like to thank Matt for taking care of our large family order early in the morning before heading into the Disney Park. He was super friendly and, when a drink got missed, he fixed it faster than I could run to the nearest churros stand. Thanks again for the great customer service!

    What an amazing Starbucks! This Starbucks Reserve store is in the heart of the bustling Downtown Disney. Right up there with other Starbucks Reserve stores that I’ve visited around the world! The second you step inside, you’re awed at the sheer size of this huge cafe. Super high ceilings, with beautiful decor, including an interactive multi-media giant screen at your disposal. Then you realize you’re on Disney turf, and it will be a special experience. The staff are at your fingertips in every corner. Very “guest-oriented”, as only Disney demands. Counter and baristas are accommodating to a tee, and you feel like you just want to hang out there all day. Everyone also seems to be totally focused on giving you exactly what you want. They want to make sure that things are made to your exact specifications, and that you’ve left feeling happy with the environment, experience, and the food and drinks! My wife and I went there twice in a day, and will visit the store every single time we’re anywhere near Disney! Give it a shot!

    Great location for your Starbucks fix while perusing the DTD shops. Grab a great cup of joe and relax outside in their ample seating area and people watch or take it to go and walk the shops while you enjoy your delicious beverage.

    Normally, I love going to this Starbucks not only is the atmosphere great being that it's on Disney walk but the service and food are usually very good too. However, during this particular visit the wait time was ridiculous, and I'm not even sure why because what I asked for should not have been a problem. However, when my drink finally came out, it wasn't what I ordered, and when I took it back, they informed me that they were out of something. I did not understand why they did not tell me this sooner and why they made me wait so long for it. Still, they were very accommodating and gave me a coupon for a return visit.

    Best place to eat still and prices haven't changed much like other fast foods restaurants. Look under your drink cups and know this is why this business is thriving and planting in&out in other states. They are blessed!!

    Love this Starbucks for one big reason, they separate the mobile orders from the walk-in orders. There are two separate machines working and two separate pickup areas. This is so nice to be able to see your drink come out in the actual order it was taken instead of when the mobile orders are intermingled with the walk-ins. Great job for being able to do this! It's also beautifully decorated!

    I highly recommend ordering through the app instead of going into the line. The line is only moving at the speed. It is because so many people are on a Disney high so that line is moving extremely slow! By putting your drink through the app, you're saving yourself sometime and I feel like you're softly saving the employees sometime as well. There is no room inside of this building, that is a fact! Everyone in their mother is standing inside of the building either waiting for their drink or looking at the many different items they have inside the store. You're going to want a friend to either sit at one of the tables outside and keep that space free for you, or get ready to sit on the stone walkway across the way. Whatever you do, please be a kind person to the people working here! I can't imagine how many people they see on a day

    I was leaving downtown Disney and stopped by Starbucks & after shopping with my daughter & asked them to validate me . The guy at the counter was super rude . They didn’t bother to ask me for my receipt to grab my drinks but sure did ask me when I asked them to validate me . The cashier she didn’t offer my my receipt and didn’t give it to me . Then when I ask for validation this guy ask me for my receipt to give me validation I explain to him while I’m eating my Starbucks desert lol with my freshly made drinks & has me show him my bank transaction history only to tell me that they only validate for 20.00 I spent 15.00 it’s not even about the validation mostly it’s like if he knew they had a limit why not just tell me that instead of insisting to see my receipt. That’s got to be the rudest and invasive unprofessional attitude I’ve experienced and I’ve worked in retail and service for over 20 years

    Very great atmosphere with positive staff. Jaz took my takeout order and she was super sweet and kind with a breathtaking smile. She went above and beyond with my order to ensure everything was correct even my name. Excellent customer service 100% will be back.

    Super busy here. I got the wrong order and had to wait 25 minutes to get it right, but it was super busy so maybe it's a one off... Maybe you'd be better off to order in person and not mobile order
