Good staff, clean and well-managed. Would love to see a little more recycling. There’s no good reason why we should be tossing plastic and paper cups into the garbage.

After 2 days at Disneyland with my 5 year old twin nieces, I definitely needed caffeine to get me home. Came to the nearest Starbucks, OMG, what a mistake. Waited 10 minutes to place my 1 drink order of a hot Americano, nothing fancy. An additional 10 minutes later my drink was ready. Pretty store, nice artwork and my recommendation is to AVOID this place unless you have all day to wait 😳. Maybe the manager needs training on scheduling or maybe some employees called in sick. Either way, Not a good experience.

The day I came this place was a joke. It took 25 minutes to get my drink and my food was cold by the time I ate it. The staff seemed confused and unorganized. At one point, four staff members were helping one customer with an issue while people were waiting with their food and drinks. I expect a more consistent positive experience from an organization that is supposed to have higher customer service standards.

I placed an online order to be ready at 8:43 and I didn’t receive my drink until 9:15! I wish I would have known so I could have ordered at a different Starbucks. Plus they didn’t have a way to cancel the order through my mobile app.

Was my favorite place to hang out before work and now they capped the plugs so I can’t plug my laptop in?! The internet then was tuned down considerably so I can barely run facebook lol. If this was a busy day, I’d understand (use to manage a cafe), but random Wednesday? Service is nice, drinks made fast but will find a new place to go.

The staff was friendly, professional and I applaud their ability to maintain their cool with all the people whining about every single little detail about their order just because they don’t know how to ask for specifics when they order. I witnessed some funny stuff from fellow customers while I was waiting for my orders. In fact that’s one of my favorite activities while waiting for my order.

Love it, literally get to stop by to grab my order and go to work, the more often you visit the more often they’ll get to know you and you’ll become a regular to where they’ll know your order

Where ever I go, I’m a big fan of Starbucks. But today, the guys at this branch were slow. To be fair and honest, they were only 2 guys and couldn’t process the orders faster.

Nice large interior with ample sitting space. Service is quick, despite it being a busy store. Order was accurate and tasty.

Oh my God these employees at this location at 830ish on Tuesday Oct 3 2023 . Their amazing . They made my mocha frappe super good and my honey's COMPLICATED drink order of a iced grande caramel macchiato . Good job kids 💯👏

Wow. The slowest and most disorganized Starbucks I've ever been to. I worked at sbux for 5 years and I know what a good flow looks like. This place has no clue.... It's insane to wait 20 minutes for 3 drinks.

The Starbucks at 131 Katella is one of the best locations I have had the privilege of visiting. There is great parking and plenty of seats both inside and out of the cafe. Having said that, the main reason I give this location such high marks is how well I was treated by the staff. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant at a Starbucks up the road, and after paying they informed me that they had run out. It was fine, I just requested and refund and went to the next available location. At the counter I placed my order, and when I expressed relief that they had what I was looking for, the barista decided not to charge me! It was totally unexpected and very kind. I will be sure to visit this location in the future.

Clean, quick experience. Our coffees were made like we expected, just the same as other Starbucks. Friendly service and quick service even though it was crowded. I'm sure we will order ahead here again.

All the employees at this Starbucks are soo kind and are willing to help you in anyway! Very busy but the line moves fast. My coffees and my food items tasted amazing! There is no drive-thru. Plenty of parking early but not so much later when the other places in plaza open.

Service was slow, and I asked for my drink at 140, child safe but received extra hot. Couldn't wait for another 10 minutes to get it remade, still too hot to drink. If you can avoid this one I would, I unfortunately I cannot easily. They cannot get orders right, or maintain their stock levels to provide the services we are used to.

Love the barista and their care to their craft, especially making my grande Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato for in store enjoyment. This is a super busy Starbucks as it is located next to a hotel full of Disneyland park goers. The wait for a drink can take up to 30 minutes when they are super busy after taking orders from a long line of people.
