Every
time
I've
walked
by
this
restaurant,
it's
busy
and
people
seem
to
be
enjoying
themselves
so
I
finally
decided
to
stop
by
(May
2022).
I
can't
believe
it's
taken
so
long
to
visit.
The
staff
is
incredibly
friendly
and
I
was
introduced
to
multiple
staff
members.
It
seemed
a
bit
chaotic
to
do
this,
but
the
bartenders
are
also
servers,
or
perhaps
they
were
short
that
day.
Regardless,
I
was
assured
any
member
could
assist
me.
I
had
one
main
server
and
when
I
let
him
know
I
was
plant
based,
he
assured
me
he'd
pass
the
information
along.
I
ordered
the
drink,
Como
La
Flor,
without
the
egg
white
foam.
For
food,
I
ordered
Ruben's
Vegan
Sando
with
no
spice.
As
I
waited
for
the
food,
the
server
brought
out
a
complimentary
pretzel,
sans
butter.
I
thought
that
was
thoughtful
of
him,
considering
I
usually
have
to
remind
those
small
details
especially
in
a
meat-heavy
restaurant.
My
drink
was
delicious!
And
the
pretzel
was
a
nice
appetizer,
though
a
bit
too
filling
for
me
to
have
before
a
sandwich.
Finally,
the
sandwich...
wow!
It
was
absolutely
delicious.
The
oyster
mushroom
was
fried
to
perfection.
Every
bite
had
a
crunch.
Because
I
didn't
want
it
spicy,
it
was
rubbed
with
salt
and
pepper,
which
was
just
fine
with
me.
It
was
still
flavorful.
It's
a
large
sandwich
and
I
only
got
through
half
of
it.
Once
home
I
popped
that
thing
into
the
air
fryer
and
it
was
just
as
good
the
next
day.
I
definitely
recommend
this
place.
Perhaps
make
reservations
on
the
weekend
since
they
are
quite
busy.
I
know
they
have
live
music
some
days
too,
so
the
vibes
are
just
awesome
all
around.
