Short version: THIS PLACE HAS FANTASTIC FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE. All caps. Slightly longer version: We were shown our table and anyone passing by kept checking in throughout our meal. From before we ordered our meal to the very end. Raul and Carlos made this place so welcoming for us. From explaining menu options to giving us a sample of some of the food :) They plan to open another one in Arcadia so I'm super stoked to go there when they do open!

This place is so surprisingly good! Never been here and I live down the street. My friend suggested we go here after church. The service is really good and the food was even better. We got their steaks which were all cooked exactly how we requested. Also, we had their amazing most scrumptious guacamole. I mean I wanted to eat the carton it was served in. At the end of our lunch the owner sent us a dessert due to out tables umbrella not functioning correctly. We didn't complain but he still sent us dessert.

Every time I've walked by this restaurant, it's busy and people seem to be enjoying themselves so I finally decided to stop by (May 2022). I can't believe it's taken so long to visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and I was introduced to multiple staff members. It seemed a bit chaotic to do this, but the bartenders are also servers, or perhaps they were short that day. Regardless, I was assured any member could assist me. I had one main server and when I let him know I was plant based, he assured me he'd pass the information along. I ordered the drink, Como La Flor, without the egg white foam. For food, I ordered Ruben's Vegan Sando with no spice. As I waited for the food, the server brought out a complimentary pretzel, sans butter. I thought that was thoughtful of him, considering I usually have to remind those small details especially in a meat-heavy restaurant. My drink was delicious! And the pretzel was a nice appetizer, though a bit too filling for me to have before a sandwich. Finally, the sandwich... wow! It was absolutely delicious. The oyster mushroom was fried to perfection. Every bite had a crunch. Because I didn't want it spicy, it was rubbed with salt and pepper, which was just fine with me. It was still flavorful. It's a large sandwich and I only got through half of it. Once home I popped that thing into the air fryer and it was just as good the next day. I definitely recommend this place. Perhaps make reservations on the weekend since they are quite busy. I know they have live music some days too, so the vibes are just awesome all around.

First time visiting. Arrived around 4:30pm and it was getting pretty busy at this time. Place looks clean. Good vibes. Cesar salad wasn't terrible, but I've had better. Lamb was delicious and perfectly cooked. Brisket was tender and tasty. Street corn was okay, nothing special. The waffle fries were fresh and crispy. The service was slow. It took them a while to get our salads out and the place was stuffy. Turn on the AC please! For these reason I'm not giving the 5 stars. BUT food was good!

Overall, my wife and I wanted to like this place a lot more than we actually did. It's not awful, but probably wouldn't be my first choice to go next time we're at Disneyland. The bad: We waited for 45 minutes with a reservation, and we weren't the only ones. The hostess ignored several groups of people, which led to a lot of awkwardly standing around waiting to be seated when I had made reservations a week ago. They were out the beer I ordered, big time bummer to be out of your lager at 5:00 on a Saturday. Our waffle fries were luke warm when they came out. The good: The lamb chops are stellar, very very good. The brisket and short rib were good, but the lamb is the star of the show. The drinks were also very good. When we did finally get seated, our waitress Julia was great. If it wasn't for her, this would be a 2 star review.

Brisket was kinda dry but the rib burrito thingy was muy ribbo. People definitely served food, and Now I am 10% denser. Thank you

The ambiance is very good. Food is so delicious. Our waitress SHARMAINE is gorgeous. She took her time to make sure we understand everything when she knows it’s our first time to dine at this restaurant. We feel so lucky to have her serve our table. It’s Dede a wonderful experience. I am sure we will come back again

If you love ❤️ 🍖 🥩 🥩 they have galore choices of that . Tacos 🌮 burritos 🌯 sandwiches 🥪 all meaty cheesy . Don’t forget your cholesterol medications after . Service is on point . Although they sometimes take time to bring your items. Inside is little loud music + people chatting. Outside patio dining is good option. Parking structure adjacent free with validation. Overall had a good time with family.

I would go here again but I'm not running back. To me...just all around good. Brisket Fundido was very good. Had the MAC Rib. Meats were good but very salty. Wish I had BBQ sauce.

Food and service was amazing! Really enjoyed the brisket, Mac and cheese, and street corn! The tacos were tasty as well. Plenty of food and had enough to take home as well. I also loved the art work and chandeliers. Cool atmosphere as well, can tell they have DJs on occasion! We also got free shots to the table :)

Happened upon this place because they had a pretty nice patio! Our party had two dogs and they were very accommodating. Shahein went out of his way to make sure they were taken care of in addition to taking care of our party. The dogs were definitely a fan of the water and pup patties! I shared the Nashville hot chicken with the brisket grilled cheese sandwich and was way beyond full. Our table also had the brisket quesadilla and brisket salad and the portions were very generous. The briskets were very thick and juicy, mouth watering indeed. The fried chicken was moist as well as flavorful. Will definitely be back with the pups!

We honestly love this place! The food is outstanding and truly has something for everyone on any budget including kids and vegans! However they are most known for their fall apart meets. The drinks not only taste amazing but the presentation is worth a visit alone. They have a bathtub drink that comes with a rubber duckie you can take home, Hogwarts sorting hat drink with Lazer etched foam, as well as smoke infused drinks.

Food Items, Quality, and Taste: Our group ordered the Loaded Smoked Platter. The short beef rib and lamb were phenomenal, give it a 5/5. Unfortunately, the pastrami and brisket were too dry and will need to give it a 2/5. The sides were bit bland as well (we got the mac & cheese, street corn, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw). Service: Staff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere: Spacious, cozy, and modern Price: $$ - $$$ Overall Experience: 4/5. Will definitely come back for the beef short rib and lamb.

2 visits, 2 different experiences. Both times, food was delicious. First visit, indoor dining was very loud (think sports bar), service was quick, and very crowded. Second visit, dined on patio, service was slow, some food/drinks forgotten, more spacious. For great BBQ, this is definitely a good spot. Parking in nearby lots, no validation.

We've visited this location multiple times after LOVING their first concept Smoke & Fire Social eatery (highly recommend as well). We lived in Austin Texas for 13months and traveled to many of the top bbq spots there... When we came back to California we have to say... WOW! Nice job on bringing Texas style bbq to Cali!!! If you're looking for a legit taste of Texas bbq, without traveling to Texas YOU MUST CHECK THEM OUT! The fun part is you get the taste of Texas but a sit down cocktail experience!!! Whether you want platters of meat, crazy burritos and sandwiches, amazing dessert, tasty cocktails a great atmosphere... it's simply a great experience! For reals tho on the bbq... the Smokey fall apart brisket, pastrami, is NEXT LEVEL! Juicy, nice crust, great flavor, NAILED IT! They had Aaron franklins (Franklins bbq) understudy come to help perfect their bbq technique and damn! Yup! Nice work! You also gotta check out their crazy twists on their burgers, sandwiches, etc... don't sleep on the riblowski (a burrito stuffed with a beef rib, waffle fries, Mac n cheese) yes it is necessary! Seriously... everything is so dang good and you can taste the love, passion and FIRE that goes into their food! Do yourself a favor and visit all their locations! Thank us when you're done! You will LOVE THEM!!!

Nice upscale sports bar vibe. The food was really good. Salad was huge and was some of the best BBQ I've had in CA.

First time coming here and we’re definitely coming back! Our server Cadie was super nice and attentive. She recommended good drinks and food. There’s plenty of seating inside and outside. They also have heaters outside. The wait wasn’t long at all and they do take reservations. They do have happy hour from 9 til they close. Buy one drink and get one free! Make sure to stop by.

Service is wonderful. Krystle did an amazing job. The brisket taco was amazing. I cannot remember the drink name, but it was good. It came in a tub and was served with a rubber duck. My husband got the short rib with Mac n cheese. Packed with flavor! This was a great find on our short trip. 10/10

If I could give this restaurant ten stars I would. Service, environment and food was incredible. Me and my boyfriend came here for our 3 year anniversary and were very pleased with our experience. Our server was Manny and he was the kindest, funniest and most amazing server. They are so humble for how much they have blown up over the last two years and deserve the credit. Even the owner stopped by our table to introduce himself and wish us well. Please please visit this restaurant and recommend your friends and family!!! We love Craft by smoke and fire :) (P.S. I never leave reviews but that is how much I enjoyed my time here)

Excellent Excellent Excellent!!! I loved every part of my meal here. The staff was super nice and helpful (specifically Carlos F) The place is fun (it is a bit loud but I personally didnt mind it). The sausage was incredibly flavorful!! Highly recommended. And the Madison pastrami sandwich was fantastic as well. Will definitely be returning with more friends and family to try more of the menu since it's a perfect place for bigger groups!! Our server confirmed the meat was Halal
