Fairly consistent in quality however the fries need to be crispier. Somewhat soggy. They are very good about complaints and offer a free meal as a replacement if you aren't completely satisfied. You can call them on the number on the receipt and manager is very helpful.

Always a wait here, only car in line. Got some breakfast rollers and they were nasty. They need to clean their grill or something. Do better. Friendly service at the window.

Drive thru at 10pm. Drove down to this location because the one near my house always does a bad job. I was hoping this location would be better. Turns out it's even worse. I ordered through the Drive thru and the man was very dry. I ordered my food and ordered it to be made bold as well. I also asked for fries to be made freshly. Got to the window payed and waited for a while. I assumed due to the fresh fries which I had no issue with waiting for. Got my food and went home. Checked it once I got there and the fries were, in fact old fries that were refried till they were over cooked. Then I opened the burrito I ordered bold. It was filled with burnt chicken scraps and 3 fries and like 2 peices of tomato absolutely gross looking. This location is lazy and I can't believe I was given this nasty food to eat. Waste of time.

The portions at this location are terrible. So small, and they never give me secret sauce and I’m tired of paying for sides of it when it should come on the taco.

Took them forever to make our food and give it to us, and they still ended up forgetting part of our order. but I guess if you consider speed equaling effort then I'm glad they took the time to put more time into our "fast" food... homeless man standing outside asking for food or money makes it kind of annoying to sit there for that long to wait for our food on top of the fact the streets being worked on throughout the night so that's also extremely unpleasant. Though the end result (food quality) is quite decent.

So I spent over 45 minutes in the drive thru one night, and when I finally made it to the speaker, they asked me to hold even longer. I waited another 10 minutes and had to leave, just ridiculously managed. The food when I'm actually able to order is horrible. HARD buns and cold bun taco and double del cheeseburger. The Del Tacos I ordered were soggy and hardly any meat or cheese on them. Didnt receive the quesadilla i ordered. If you try to call them they just jang up on you. Totally not what is advertised at all. This Del Taco either needs better supervision or corporate to step in and provide some guidance.

There food and service is A1. It was hot 🔥 outside but it was so cool and comfortable in del taco... Wish their lobby was opened till at least 9pm. Because I get off work so late. And I'm usually starving. It would be awesome if they keep lobby open one more hour. I cant go through drive thru on foot, done tried that and got denied.

This is the worst run del Taco in the world.. using the app is pointless because the food is never ready ..mmyou could order it 20 minutes prior on the app and show up and when you show up to pick it up, they're just making it... Drive-thru is hit and miss sometimes they never even answer you ..I've seen cars bail out of the drive-thru even when the place is open because no one ever comes on the phone.. I've experienced the same thing.. when they do help you the food is fine it's just that it's not really a "fast food" restaurant... The ownership must be really tough because the poor workers look like zombies... When you go to a well run fast food restaurant the lines are moving, The workers are at least a little bit peppy, and the process is smooth... This place is like an old car running on two cylinders out of four.. That's the best way I can describe it
