Asked for jumbo jack/ touchdown special . I was told it wasn't honored there. So I ordered an alternative item. Asked for diet soda and received a sweet drink. As pointed it out the night manger argued with me. She angrily switched the drinks. Charged $4.61. Gave $10.61 and recieved $5 back. As I asked for the dollar missing, she ggt angry and argued with me until I explained $10.61-$4.61= $6. As I was driving away, the sign in the front window advertises the Jumbo deal. I went back into the store to address this. Was told they don't have "the code" for the discount so it isn't available. The special is only available the day after, so wouldn't be available the next day. She grudginly returned my money after calling someone higher up than her.. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I encourage others to avoid this store on Ball and Dale rd. This "manager" shouldn't be serving customers with that bad attitude. There was another Jack in the box on the way home. Got what I wanted with no problems.

Just went to this Jack-in-the-Box. The customer service was really horrible. The employees have the worst attitude when you coming to giving sauces for an order. I ordered over $30 of food and the employees only gave me three ranches for my whole order when I politely asked them for 2 more and then refused to give me more.

Literally was in line 34 mins. The drinks were warm they had no ice & it was completely flat. The food was cold too. Its ridiculous you'd think you'd be getting hot fresh food after waiting so long. We couldn't leave even if wanted too because theres no room to pull around. If there was an option to cancel my order on the app i would've.

this jack is my favorite ...but last time I went , aside from the fact that they took FOREVER to give us our food, they burnt 4 onion rings (which is rare that I order & was a little exited about tbh) & the mini tacos they gave me ..PLUS they forgot our order of Large curly fries 😑👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

We stopped here on our way back from Disney land and I'm so happy we did. The employees were fantastic, and the food was amazing. The chicken sandwich was so delicious. Please add a Jack in the box to Orlando!

Chicken teriyaki bowl good, servers not good, forgetful, disinterested. Btw, I hate spicy peppery food. Therefore, I demand no teriyaki on my bowl, instead put two or three containers of sweet sour sauce.

Jack in the Box in Anaheim is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great, but the service can be slow. Try the tacos—they're a guilty pleasure.
