So we eat here two nights in a row and this is what I have to say. The atmosphere was very modern and relaxing, similar to a nightclub. They had a big screen TV with sports playing, and also a pool table somewhere in their lounge area. Their overall restaurant seating was fairly big. The food quality was excellent. I believe I had the chicken and it was cooked perfectly. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because I wish we had better tableservice. We were left looking around for our server a couple times both nights that we ate there. We even had to stop our first server to help us since we had not seen one yet, she seemed physically unhappy.

A bumpy service start that ended as a delicious and wonderful experience. Seated quickly, but no menus and no server for the first 10 minutes. We had to ask multiple times for menus and service…BUT then we got full service and attention. Breakfast was delicious. The menu had lots of healthy options and our sever was great! They apologized multiple times for the hiccups at the start. The manger even offered to take care of our bill. I never expect a perfect experience - but it’s all about how the hiccups are handled. NFuse handled this with 5 starts. Thank you!

Had breakfast here two mornings! And dinner one night! It was fantastic! Great food! Great service! The buffet for breakfast is fantastic! Beautiful and clean dining room for breakfast! They also have someone at the buffet to freshly make your eggs the way you want them. Bacon, potatoes, sausage, fresh fruit, yoghurt, a lot of pastries and selection of bread/bagels, also gluten free bread section. Also you can order breakfast off the menu if the buffet doesnt interest you. Highly recommended!!

Ordered simple dishes. Tomato Bisque, beet salad, and salmon. All done very well. The wife finished the salmon before I could photograph it. The old fashion was good, but ask for a Manhattan! It was great!

I’ll start off by saying the food was excellent and was brought out in a timely manner. I am giving this place 1-star based on service. We intended to order dessert after our meal but after the waiter took our dishes and cleaned our table we didn’t see her for another 30 minutes. I had to walk over to another waiter and ask him to find her so we could just grab our check. She came out of the kitchen looking bugged and said “did you not get your food?” I let her know we were going to order dessert but now just wanted our check so we could leave. Took another 15 minutes to return with the bill. The place didn’t seem very busy and all the tables around us were waited on regularly. Was just frustrating waiting 45 minutes after eating to pay the bill.

The grapefruit avocado salad was amazing. I added salmon which was great as well.

Excellent food and good service spacious with plenty of seating and the atmosphere is quite great for conversing and enjoying your company and the food. I went two consecutive days for dinner and they didn't disappoint I had the pork chop which was excellent and the next day I tried the ribeye which was very tasty but it was cooked slightly above my requested temperature but it was tender and yummy nonetheless. I also had a bite of the Lobster Mac and cheese, which was very creamy and decadent, and I had a bite of the mushroom pasta, which was DELICIOUS. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Went to nFuse on Christmas for a cocktail and a bite during the afternoon. I sat at the bar and the bartender (Fernando, I think was his name) was very knowledgeable. Top notch service. The nFuse Double Old Fashioned was quick tasty. I also got the Centrel Valley Beet Salad. It was really good. I also ordered the Apple Crostata that came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. nFuse has always been consistent with the service and food for the many years I've visited there

I had lunch at Nfusion during a convention that was happening at the Marriott. Not too many people however the waiters were all very nice but eemed a little overwhelmed. I ordered a simple turkey burger and it took a good 15 min for the food to arrive. It was ok but not great.

Slow food service that had the waitress apologizing to me, appetizer served with lunch rather than before, pepsi had a weird mix that didn't taste right, and the food was bland. Poutine was pretty good tho, but lacked cheese curds as the menu promised, it was just mozz melted cheese on potatoes. I do not recommend.

Nfuse fine dining near convention center is very good and classy, portions are generally small, could be made bigger but prices are very reasonable for such area and quality food, taste is very good and presentation is great.

We were guests for nine days at the hotel. nFuse is expensive and the prices were hard to manage over such a long stay. Example: our breakfast for two (which was complimentary because we were concierge level) totaled $98 for eggs, toast, coffee and water. (I asked for the ticket so I could tip our server). The service was GREAT! Worth 30%. The quality of food was great. Recommend the lamb chops, the chips and manchego, the roasted veggies, omelettes. We ate breakfast and dinner here on multiple days. The flavors are solid, the presentation is lovely, and the food is well prepared. As a hotel restaurant, the restaurant has an upscale feel but is a bit noisy, despite the excellent, chill music vibe. Will return.

The food is fine, service okay but the big thing is their bar stools at the back tables. They are the most uncomfortable chairs ever. I can’t believe a hotel that commands over $500 per night actually has these back breaking chairs that feel like you are going to slide off! And we aren’t the only ones! Several customers are saying the same thing!! Fortunately, a nice waiter dragged over bar stools that were a bit better, but he even acknowledged that there have been lots of complaints.

Modern and casual restaurant inside the hotel. You see it as soon as you walk in the lobby. I sat at the bar and it wasn't very crowded so service was good. Food was as expected. Decent kale salad, good amount for one person if you want this as your appetizer. I complemented my meal with the lobster mac & cheese which was actually great. Overall experience is a 3.

Good (not great) food...very slow service. The halibut was a little on the dry side, even though it was served in a sauce.. The photo is the halibut (white fish) dish. The flavor was ok,good but not.great. The burger, another member of our group ordered, was really good quality. The flavor.was incredible l it The service was incredibly slow. Obviously, understaffed we waited 25 minutes to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. Then through every phase of dinner an overworked and pleasant waiter slowly served us.

The food at Nfuse was delicious. I enjoyed everything I got the atmosphere was so nice felt like you were being transported somewhere tropical. The brussels sprouts were so fresh and so tasty. I did decide to add some maple syrup because I felt like it was missing a little something sweet just a personal preference. I really enjoyed being able to curate my own dinner by ordering sides of all the things I wanted. David, our server was amazing. He was full of suggestions and gave us amazing service. The bread pudding was pretty delicious and I should’ve taken his advice about getting the vanilla ice cream but I was so full and I just couldn’t do it. The chips with manchego cheese dip were the best thing they were so fresh and so hot and amazingly tasty. We really enjoyed it every single bite.David gave wonderful service. Ten out of ten totally recommend.

Wasn't expecting too much from this hotel restaurant and bar but I was super surprised. The food was on point and the cocktails were quite delicious.

America was the best part of the night! Bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly! Food was cooked to perfection! Good places like this come few and far between! If your in town for a convention you need to stop here!

Wow i love this place for a decent bite while qt the hotel. The tuna stack is delicious! Also the breakfast is some of the best I’ve had while In the area

Went for my friends birthday, and it was our first time there. The workers were amazing! I believe he’s a manager, around 11:50ish, we arrived and he sat us in a quiet area as we requested. Our server, Jackie was amazing and attentive during our time there, then we had a pleasant conversation with another worker. When we had asked for the bill, turns out they comped our meal! I left a good tip as the service couldn’t have been any better. We will definitely go again soon!(:
