First time here! First off! Make use of their waitlist on their website! Otherwise you're going to be waiting here for awhile. A 2 hour wait ended up being 30 minutes or so. For our food verdict: yummy and worth the price you're paying for. Flapjacks were soft and their whipped butter and syrup made everything delicious. Hashbrowns were crispy and everything left you feeling satisfied by the end of your meal. :)

If you can and if you remember (we didn’t) add yourself to the Yelp wait list before you arrive. We had a 90 minute wait on a Sunday. The restaurant was very busy. The parking lot was full. Once seated we order sourdough pancakes, silver dollar (no one knows what an Eisenhower dollar is anymore) pancakes, eggs, sausages, bacon, and hash browns (actual hash browns and not the home potatoes). The food came my husband. Inhaled his. I packed my food up to go because we had a reservation at Disneyland at 2:15. The hash browns were great and I took the time to heavily butter my pancakes before boxing. The containers are great. They are plastic and will not dissolve around your food like some of the cardboard boxes . I resurrected my meal in my convection oven.

Today was my first visit. We loved everything about The Original Pancake House! Great food and a really cool server. The apple pancake is an amazing blend of monkey bread and an Apple fritter. It needs to be shared! Take it home! Add ice cream!! The strawberry crepes were delightful as well.

My first task whenever visiting a new area is to find the best, small-time breakfast spot to hit up with my family. The Original Pancake House did fantastic. The packed parking lot on a Thursday morning assured me we made the right decision. Adequate street parking surrounded this joint so it was no issue finding parking. We were seated quickly even though the place was packed. Coffee, orange juice, and water started us off. Following, some pancakes, hashbrowns, strawberry crepes and waffles, biscuits and gravy, and some thick cut bacon filled us up. Everything was top notch. Cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly, and exactly what you need to get your day started. I wouldn't hesitate to stop by to get your day started here. Our waitress was busy but still kept our coffees topped off with a smile on her face. 10/10.

Super good food! The omelet was a 5/5 and so was the pancakes. The staff were super nice and it was even someone’s birthday. I would come here again

Customer service was good. Been for lunch ordered Veggie Omelette and it comes with pancakes. They forgot to serve pancakes and they were kind enough to remove some dollar amount from the bill. The Danish favorite creep tasted good- tart taste comes from the cherries soaked in wine and I just love the veggie omelette and the hash browns were roasted just enough. It’s pretty busy restaurant. As well orange was tasting fresh as well.

The place was full on this Tuesday morning. I was seated quickly and the service was great. I had the eggs and waffle with a side of thick sliced bacon. The waffle was a little light, could've been a bit darker for my taste, but there was plenty of butter and the syrup was warm! I prefer the small-square waffles over the Belgium waffles. I was happy to find this here! The 4 thick sliced bacon strips were huge compared to back home in Indiana. A great meal! Highly recommended!

First time here and the service was excellent. Not too crowded during the week but the parking lot is small and tight. If you go on a weekend I would suggest getting there very early. The food was great. My country fried steak and eggs was delicious. The crepe was fantastic and the hot chocolate was tasty. Highly recommend trying this place out.

My wife said the omelette was one of the best she has ever had. So fluffy and delicious. My kids absolutely devoured those perfect pancakes. The butter was high quality, and the syrup was phenomenal! The sausage patties were also of superb quality. You would be hard-pressed to find a better breakfast in Anaheim. Though it is a traditional diner, it is very clean inside and the customer service was really good. The bathrooms were also very clean. This will be a stop for us anytime we go to Disneyland. It’s a little on the pricey side, but well worth it.

We loved this breakfast place. The one in Roseville closed, and we are glad the locations in Los Angeles are up and running. We had scramble eggs with ham and potatoes, coconut pancakes, and our favorite and delicious crepes with fresh strawberries. This place is amazing. The food is great, and the service was awesome 👌

We visited 20 years after being regulars in the 80s. Still great! Loved everything but sitting in a tiny echoey room. Miss the lobby and fireplace but I guess the had to expand. Limited parking. We waited about 30 minutes...but worth it.

We tried several pancakes, Swedish, German, and blue berry. All was so very good! The chocolate chip and banana pancakes were too sweet. The bacon, eggs, and hash brown potatoes were cooked to order as we requested. Even with a two hour wait on Mother's Day, we had a great time. The service was excellent!

Don't let the worn out cover scare you because this is the best breakfast family-owned restaurant out. The atmosphere gives you that home cook vibe, while, the service is better than what you would receive from your grandma. The food does not come out of a can as the corned beef hash is homemade and seared to perfection. Their bacon and sausage links are also some of the thickest I've ever seen. I promise you you will have the best breakfast experience I know I did.

What a great little spot that showcases it's history on the walls. We added ourselves to the wait-list before we got there so we were able to get a table quickly. The food was delicious and all of the staff seemed like they enjoyed their jobs.

Food was good, wasn't anything extravagant or over the top, but had good taste. It was ready pretty quick service was good prices where not to bad either. It does get pretty busy, hard to get parking at times. I got their at 10am on a Friday had a 30min wait..

I’ve been to different locations and this location by far has the best service and food! I got the bacon and eggs with blueberry pancakes and wow! Highly recommend that combo! Will be coming back when in the area 🤌🏽 NOTE: it gets BUSY! I waited 1hr on a Saturday morning, and parking can sometimes be hectic

So, I'm finally getting around to reviewing this amazing establishment! Sorry for the wait folks!! This place is amazing, I don't normally trust many places to satisfy my very picky breakfast needs.... normally I don't even eat breakfast. This spot was a on the spot recommendation from a Disneyland valet who heard me say I try to support local spots. He was spot on, the pancakes were oh so fluffy! And my God, I felt so guilty not eating all of it but I was not prepared for the size! This isn't a big place but it is pretty spacious if that makes any sense. Parking is probably my only nay about the spot. They do offer what looked like an outside dining option in the back but we did not need it, ask nor were offered. Portions are insane! I barely was able to consume half of one of the two I received! The service was so friendly and accommodating and I commend the entire staff for being so quick and with good energy at such an early time in the morning! My coffee was delicious and they made sure it was never empty! They offered me to go boxes which I immediately said yes to! I know if I'm ever in town again, which is usually around October, I'm going to revisit and always suggest this place! Thank you so much

This pancake house has always exceeded expectations on all fronts of food service. The servers always attentive, food is fresh and never have any sort of issues. It’s a perfect place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or graduation.

Searched Google for top 10 restaurants in my area for our last day at Disney, and this was the only breakfast/brunch place on the list. Now I know why; probably the best pancakes I've ever had. Everything was great, seated/served quickly, attentive staff, excellent value...just amazing all around.

Awesome place, the 20 minute was definitely worth the wait Surprised that despite how busy service was great ! And the food, definitely worth visiting, eggs done right, pancakes fluffy as should be, portions and price is reasonable as well. Overall definitely worth it !

The old sign will let you know that's the breakfast place you are looking for. Be patient, it might take some time but totally worth it. We ordered three different plates and everything was really good.

Best pancakes I’ve ever had! I got the chocolate chip pancakes and they were exceptional, the portions were huge and the food was good. Definitely come here!

This place is a hole in the wall, but the food is absolutely delicious and the service is fantastic. I had the eggs benedict that were full of flavor with a side of crispy hash browns, and a three stack of pancakes. The wife had coconut pancakes which are Delicious by the way, and a side of big bacon, OMG. The bacon alone is worth the trip, I did not want to stop eating it, is that good.
