so
sad
to
read
all
these
comments
about
how
wonderful
the
service
is
especially
because
My
daughter
turned
six
years
old
and
personally
asked
to
go
to
Benihana.
We
showed
up
at
8:45
for
our
reservation
didn’t
get
seated
until
nine
didn’t
get
out
of
the
restaurant
until
1145
the
manager
name
Veronica
and
another
one
I
don’t
know
her
name
said
that
she
was
going
to
take
care
of
our
bill.
She
comes
back
with
the
bill
and
took
$20
off
of
it.
The
worst
part
about
the
whole
experience
is
my
six-year-old
had
plans
to
eat
then
spend
the
rest
of
her
night
going
to
an
arcade
at
the
Wolf
Lodge,
because
that’s
where
we
were
staying
she
was
falling
asleep
at
the
table.
We
had
to
put
dishes
on
the
floor
because
the
waitress
never
came
to
our
table.
Our
cook
was
even
telling
us
how
slow
they
are
the
cook
asked
for
food
from
the
waitress
and
she
never
came.
Besides
Veronica,
thinking
she
gave
us
a
discount
besides
us
not
getting
our
food
in
time
and
being
there
for
three
hours.
The
worst
part
was
my
daughter
losing
out
on
her
birthday
ask
your
cook
he
even
watched
our
6
year
old
cry
because
of
y
was
too
late
to
go
anywhere.
So
thank
you
Benihana
for
the
worst
experience
especially
on
a
six
year
olds.
Birthday
request
to
go
eat
there.
Not
one
of
you
made
us
feel
good
except
the
cook
the
managers
and
the
waitress
looked
irritated
with
us
that’s
unexceptional
I
truly
hoped
someone
important
reads
this
we
don’t
free
food
or
an
apology
we
want
this
to
never
happen
to
somebody
else
that’s
how
awful
it
was
