i had an awful experience at this location. i placed an order via the mobile app and they took 10+ minutes to complete it. the trash cans were all over flowing (check photos) the staff was running around not bagging orders and the whole lobby was full of people waiting for their food and drinks. the drive thru was backed up as well and the parking lot is so inconvenient when you try to go to the lobby.

If I can give this restaurant less than 1 star I would. No matter what time I go to this place, they exceed expectations on the worst customer service. However, tonight they went above and beyond to show me what is the worst customer service is. After waiting over 20 minutes by the drive-thru at 11:15 which were a sign stated that they work everyday from 6:00am-midnight, I went to the window and found out after 10 minutes the worker looked at me and stated that they close at 11pm, when I asked him how one your sign by the drive-thru stated midnight and on google stated the restaurant should open 24hours, a guy stated he is the manager and told me the same thing and when I confronted him that on google stated 24 hours you open, he said that this is a franchise and closed the window in my face and ran off. The worst McDonald’s anyone can go to. To the owner of this location, if your workers can’t run the store, rather you run it or you shut it down.!!!

The short chubby manager is mean af. She was there 9:30am on Thursday 6/28. I can’t believe the screens were glitching and flashing I asked if they could turn them off and on or if the other screen on the other lane worked. They told me to come to the window. I asked for scoot if the menu (I never go to McDonald’s) and the short nasty Latina manager (don’t trip I’m Latina too) told me she can’t help me and to go somewhere else. She had the nastiest face all because I asked for a menu or a digital menu I could look at. You know what the awful lady told me? “Go somewhere else.” I don’t understand nothing bad happened and even now I’m still in a good mood. I’m spending my money elsewhere. But I’m definitely writing a letter to corporate. I wasted gas and time in that drive through and she was so rude still unsure why she would act like that. So I rushed somewhere else.

Closed at 2am, definitely not a 24hr store! No note and no posted times.

visit this place last 45 minutes at the window they gave me my order wrong. to correct my order I was asked. my bank card. for the second time my order is wrong. again they charged another charge to my card. wait for my order to be delivered. finally missing a vanilla ice cream for my granddaughter. when claiming she says the person who attended me is already upset right now I bring her. total that my order came out almost in 40 dlls. I had an urgent need to return home so I no longer claimed all the charges on my card. Well, I realized everything I paid. until you get home.

WORST MCDONALD'S EVER. DON'T GO.I had an interview there today. 1st they made me wait for an hour Which is okay but after that the manager came and said that they aren't hiring. This is So wrong. Why they wasted my precious time if they aren't hiring? They Posted a job, I applied and then at interview manager said they aren't hiring. If he wasn't hiring .he knew I was there then why he maded me wait for an hour. And then said no maybe All because of my hijab ? So disappointed 😞 and he said that in front of customers we sat there in customers. Kinda broke my heart. Should've told me earlier to go back.The manager seemed so mean.

This place has the worst staff ever, especially the teen girls. They have the biggest attitude for no reason. Everytime I come here they always forget an item and they never apologize they just hand you the missing item and close their window. Y’all need to train your employees to do better. It’s ridiculous

Was there today September 7, 2023 Thursday around 12:50pm and explicitly asked for 'No pickles' with Big Mac and they gave ton of pickles. The server with curly hair didn't even look at me when I asked for ketchup let alone say "Thank you! Have nice day." This is the state of McDonald's now ladies and gentlemen in USA when you are paying 12 bucks for a meal and all you get are cashier and servers who can care less.

The last 2 times I’ve gone here there was something major wrong with my food for example completely missing the sausage in my Mc griddle that I paid $2 extra for… so I only got bacon and cheese in a pancake bun which I didn’t eat and was gross btw. And then the last time I went my food was cold 🥶 not even warm but very cold and cheese unmelted… both times I didn’t have time to wait for them to remake anything so no breakfast for me :( and I’m pregnant so I was fairly bitter about this

I know what to expect. Drive thru is always a long line. Usually met with me driving away but it's to me kinda normal. My food was always warm and fries be on point. It is a little dark in driveway but it is what it is.

I ordered from the machine and my order came out correct. Normally I'd oder through the cashier but the line was too long and I was limited on time.

I came here for fries at 11 on a Saturday night and this is what they call large. Half filled at best and no offer of ketchup with 3 napkins. For the 10 minute wait,no total given until you're at the window and if you give partial change for even money back,I have to catch attitude from big girl. It's not like she's counting or could. If del taco was on it I'd have been there in a minute. Bad experience bad attitude from staff.

Is 6:31am and is not open to the public. Only the drive thru

The inside amenities were fabulous. Cushioned seats. Pleasant music. AC. Nice lighting. Cup holders... Wait... Oh yeah, I'm in my car in the drive through. The food was just like every other location. Salty oily fatty... Mmmm mmm good.

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Lauren and Pinky! These two young women are exquisite with the customer service. Friendly, polite, patient. I mean they checked every box. I was having a so so day and I am not kidding, the energy they had was so contagious my day changed for the better after placing my drive thru order. I went to Jack in the Box earlier this day and had the complete opposite experience so thank you so much Lauren and Pinky! I will be returning soon.

*Has a roach problem*, the teenage staff dont seem to want to work, no teamwork, stale nuggets, hot coffee is always room temp, shakes are always melt, very long wait, no one calls out order. This building should be shut down by the health department

Food quality is terrible. I ordered off door dash and I received old food. The pancakes is what I was looking forward to and they came hard around the edges and cold. The eggs had a hard top layer and the meat was cold. I contacted door dash and was offered $3 in credit that I won’t need because I’m not ordering here again.

I didn't get some of my mobile order. But when I went back they took care of me no questions asked. Fast and quickly

Drive-Thru was quick, pleasant, and the order was correct. Parking spots and drive-thru are smaller and not very friendly for those with larger vehicles. Overall, it is easy to access and exit and a clean, safe environment.

It was delicious and fast service in the drive through. The frys were on fire and I love that and my burgers were on point no doubt. This is a good one to go to for sure😎🤙

I would like to notify what happened to my wife daughter and i @2:40 pm . We were across ordering teriyaki chicken and my daughter was crying because she wanted some french fries. We walked over to order there was some kids out side talking to a man from McDonald's he took there order brought the food and when I tried to walk inside he was very rude told me to come back at 4pm because short staff . I told him i didn't have a vehicle to go to the drive thru he didn't care closed the door in my face .. Never coming back to this place i will share this with my family and friends how disappointing not allowing my daughter to buy some fries 😔😔😡😡

Mocha frappes are my go to here. On this particular day, I noticed the option to customize my drink. I chose a single portion of oreo to be added for under a dollar. IT WAS AMAZING!!! Instead of it being oreo chunks lie in the Mc Flurry, it was finely ground up oreo which was absolutely perfect. I'm not sure if it was finely ground on purpose or if it just happen to be the bottom of the barrel, so to speak. Either way, YUMMY!!!

I just came from this mcdonalds and i ordered oatmeal and you would think they would put butter in the bag, but nope they didnt. I was waiting for a good min all i wanted to do was leave. They didnt even put napkins in the bags. So sad people have no values anymore.
