As the name suggests, their mint juleps and pastries are absolutely phenomenal. They have the nice texture and are very flaky. The mint juleps come in two different flavors and are absolutely delicious. Everything here is extremely refreshing and it has a nice New Orleans feel.

The beignets tasted good, but were a bit disappointing because they were hallow in the center. They looked like nice big, fluffy donuts, then after the first bite you realized there wasn't much donut on the inside. The line at the Mint Julep Bar can be kinda long, We were able to place an immediate mobile order and only had to wait a few minutes for the order to be ready. It was much better than standing in the long line!

This place has must try Disney items which of course include the mint Julep and the mickey beignets. Sometimes they even have limited edition beignets like the golden beignets with fun flavors.

The beignets were decent but they weren't worth the hype. Personally, I prefer the beignets from the Jazz restaurant at Downtown Disney --- now those are true beignets which are super warm, dense, and melt in your mouth coated with more white sugar. These beignets almost tasted like pancakes but they weren't dense, they were hollow and airfield. Literally it was just an outer layer with air in the middle of the Mickey shape.

Mickey shaped beignets were cute and yummy. Passion fruit mint julep wasn't too sweet and liked it. This place and its atmosphere really remind me of the famous beignet restaurants in New Orleans.

It's not a trip to Disneyland without beignets and hot chocolate! It may be a long line, but it's worth it.

  • 5/5 April T. 1 year ago on Google
The Beignets were worth the hype! They have a kind of banana milk flavor to them. And the passion fruit Mint Julep was super refreshing on a hot summer day. Definitely mobile order if you can.

I am so proud of my 5 year old learning how to say beignets. You can easily find where to get these coveted delights near the French market. Just follow the trail of powdered sugar along the brick terracing. Do the mobile order pick up, or if you go early on a foggy morning you won’t have to wait at all. Also get a warm cup of hot chocolate to go with it. Perfection!

  • 3/5 Lisa H. 4 years ago on Google
The line is always really long considering what you get.

I wanted to try the Cinnamon Spice, but it would be 20 min so I tried the original. It was ok, wouldn't get again. Mint Julep was refreshing.

Taste was amazing, could tell is was Mickey. Lol my only regret was not buying more!

You have to come here and try their delicious fluffy beignets. They are so good, and always try their seasonal kind because they are never disappointing. The mint lemonade is sweet and minty, so it's great for a refreshing drink. You have to try it when you are here at Disneyland.

Beignets are pretty good but they can be hit and miss with being overdone and not covered very well Nice place for a snack!

  • 4/5 angel c. 4 years ago on Google
The tables need to be wiped off more frequently but the beignets are delicious!

  • 5/5 Johnny N. 1 year ago on Google
My wife found out about these beignet's and we had to try them. Well needless to say we weren't disappointed. They were so soft, fluffy, and sugary goodness. I did a mobile order to save time waiting in line. Went over to Indiana Jones and came back to a "order ready for pick up" notification. Do it save yourself the headache. Highly recommend these beignets to everyone!

  • 5/5 V. O. 1 year ago on Google
Beignets were delicious, mobile ordering time was very late so we waited on the line like half an hour, but it was worth the waiting.

  • 4/5 James J. 1 year ago on Google
I cannot tell you how fun it was to grab some food during our day is Disneyland. It was worth it and I would gladly go back. The powdered sugar was like flour in the bag and we got it absolutely everywhere. But it was so worth it!!

  • 3/5 Kristen M. 1 year ago on Google
Went to Disneyland and loved it! Mobile ordered the beignets and mint julep. Had to wait 2 hours for the mobile order and another 15 after I checked in, then was asked to stand in a line 30 people long who also had “ready orders”. It was good, but not THAT good.

We always get the Mickey Beignets every visit. It's our favorite Disney treat! Always fresh, warm and covered in powdered sugar. A family favorite tradition ❤️

Here’s what I suggest; skip the filled beignet at Tiana’s for dessert and get these beignets. They’re closer to an original beignet, just not quite close enough to get 5 stars overall 😉

  • 5/5 Kiwi C. 5 months ago on Google
Love the mint julep, and the Beneze always great choice tables are a little dirty but that’s it

  • 5/5 Khristina 6 months ago on Google
The Mickey beignet and mint julep are AMAZING. Possibly the best tasting snack and most refreshing drink in the park. Service was great!

  • 5/5 Kelley “mommyberg” B. 5 months ago on Google
Got the Huckleberry Mint Julep which tasted amazing!! Liked being able to mobile order so I didn't have to wait in line. Prices are higher since you are in Disneyland!

  • 2/5 Angela M. 6 months ago on Google
Food is fantastic. If you can get it! The line here is horrific. There is a bottle neckline Tiana's opened that is inexcusable. People are crammed around blocking the train stairs, blocking the napkins, spreading powdered sugar around all the brick edging places to sit. There is no where else to sit. You should just walk or stand and get powdered sugar on your clothes. All while having no place to put your drink. Think cocktail party with no seating and not even a high table. Oh, and they can't make beignets as fast as they are selling them so count on a half hour to 40+ minute wait beyond when your mobile order time stated. Yes, really, they can't figure out how to close the mobile order when it is obvious they can't produce fast enough to fulfill orders. Until they sort production out, add tables or at least chairs and a better flow to and from the window, go to Downtown Disney for your beignet needs. They won't be Mickey shaped, but they also come without a side of frustration coupled with missed rides.

  • 4/5 Alvin T. 5 months ago on Google
They're okay. They give out Mickey Beignets, which are pretty decent. But yeah, I don't know if I'd pay $8 for 6 of them.

Seasonal Blackberry Midnight Julep (08/2019) is delicious. If you don't like strong minty taste in your Julep then the sweetness of this will help hide the strong minty flavor. Line is long but moves fast.

Great place to sit back and enjoy a mint julep at New Orleans at Disneyland. Use the app available to pre order in advance to save time waiting in line.

Decided to try a new place for my daughters 20th birthday and this place did not disappoint! I read online about the lines to get inside for brunch, but it went quickly for us. You order before you sit at a table, so it's about the time you'd sit and wait to order. Food was AMAZING! I had the chorizo sopes, rest of our party had chicken and waffles, quiche and traditional breakfast. Everything was so fresh and well prepared.

  • 5/5 Dayne N. 4 years ago on Google
Begniets are amazing. A must go place while in Disneyland. Would love for more coffee selections besides just black coffee. The regular coffee was okay, tastes like the same stuff you'd get at a gas station, but you get quite a large cup of it so I think that justifies the price. We love that the begniets were in the shape of Mickey.

  • 5/5 Jenny E. 4 years ago on Google
The best everything. The julep is so good and the beignets.

  • 5/5 Joy Y. 5 years ago on Google
always love the mint julep bar's Mickey mouse shaped beignets! of course i also have to get the mint julep! both are so delicious and a must needed treat when visiting Disneyland! the best part is enjoying the deliciousness with the live jazz band! didn't get a chance to try the strawberry flavored one but will do so hopefully soon!!!

  • 5/5 Lloyd C. 4 years ago on Google
Amazing beignets served warm and fluffy and in a paper bag with an obscene amount of powdered sugar as it should be. For the best batches, order before dinnertime as I have found the beignets to be literally deflated toward the end of the day; though the flavor is still good, they lack the fluffy pillow texture.

I’m 31 years old and have come to Disneyland many times, and I have been missing out on Mickey beignets. Buying just 3 isn’t enough. If I were you buy the 6 delicious Mickey beignets.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. First off I had no idea this place even existed, beignets what are those? Well they are the Greatest sugar covered food item at Disneyland and the most bang for the buck. I was at Disneyland 2 days first thing we did was go straight to the Mint Julep Bar get six beignets and a hot chocolate sit down on some seats and enjoy great meal.

The Mint Juleps are 100% my favorite food/beverage at Disney. If you enjoy mint and lime you will not be disappointed. Forewarning, they are not at all like a real mint julep but they are very good
