Recently visited the Cheesecake Factory in Anaheim, CA while visiting Mickey & Minnie. As usual, the menu had lots of selections. Too many!!! Our favourite, chicken Marsala was not available but another chicken dish was also just as good. Can’t go wrong with the food and atmosphere here. Will visit again when we get a chance.

This restaurant is walking distance from the Disneyland park. We came here twice for dinner during our visit to the park this trip and both times service and food was excellent. It was nice to have dinner and go for a break at the hotel before returning to the park. First time we went at 4pm on a Tuesday and there was no wait. Second time was at 6pm on a Wednesday and it was very busy with about a 20 minute wait for two people. Consistent delicious food with large portions as they have at all the other locations I've been to. I would recommend this place if you want good food and don't want to spend abhorrent amounts of money on cafeteria quality at the happiest place on earth.

We went to the lounge/bar side with the intention of ordering apps and drinks. We tried the meatballs (great), the stuffed mushrooms (not as great), the Tex Mex egg rolls (yum) ... Actually these Tex Mex egg rolls are a favorite, I love pico and cilantro and they were served with both as well as a cream lime cilantro dip. I will order these again. We also had a Caesar salad, it was very good. Our server was excellent (Kannis) she was always there when we needed her and just a nice person. The only negative is that you definitely need a sweater in this restaurant, the air conditioning was so cold. This restaurant is located close to hotels and Disneyland so it seems to be always busy after 5pm. Lunch is busy as well but I think more families are at Disney. We visited during the week as well as on the weekend in October and it was very busy, definitely suggest reservations. Great experience, definitely recommend.

The cheesecakes were super tasty, super sweet - that was the only thing I had there. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, they let us know upfront that the portions for food are huge and that we might want to share or not order both starter and main. The building is prettily decorated. The place was super busy though, we have booked the table and still had to wait another 10 minutes before we got seated.

It was our first time at a Cheesecake Factory and we were expecting more of a diner like feel. This was not the case. The restaurant was done up and well layed out. Our server was great and refilled my drink regularly. The food was better than what I was expecting. We will most likely go back every time we are in the area

I'll have to revisit to update my review. My first time at this location and it was a bit unusual. We were seated almost immediately, I had some water spilled on me and my server didn't hear my cries and just walked away, our order was served incorrect and had to be remade, but overall this cheesecake factory location is nicer than some others. For example, the cheesecake display case isn't foggy or with condensation which was a surprise to me. The host at the front seemed genuinely happy with their jobs and were upbeat. My parking validation was good for 3 hours which was cool.

Our waitress was super attentive and friendly. Customer service/ staff was definitely on point. Highly recommend their specialty dish the chicken Madeira, sautéed with Madeira sauce and mushroom. Mash potatoes were were delicious 🤤 not fully smashed, still had some bits of potato which in my opinion is perfect 👍 has a garlic flavor to it. Pairs well with the sauce. The margarita pizza is a perfect personal sized. Good amount of mozzarella cheese, crust was soft and lightly toasted. Gotta make room for dessert!! The classic basque cheesecake is definitely for strawberry/ blueberry lovers! The fruit perfectly balance’s with the cheesecake. Recess peanut butter cheesecake reminds me of a snickers bar … the best!

Compared to the Pasadena Cheesecake factory which I adore a lot, this Cheesecake factory outlet is bit slow in service. It may be due to the fact that this outlet is closer to Disney. In terms of food quality 4/5, in terms of service 3.5 /5, Ambience 4/5, Customer Satisfaction 4/5. Will surely recommend though because the Cheesecake factory is a place to be with friends and family!!

Food was great, surprisingly the wait was literally 10 min. Our waiter was fast and attentive. It was my first time at Cheesecake Factory in a while, I ordered the chicken simosa appetizer It wasn’t too greasy the chicken had a good flavor to it and the green sauce was great. The chicken carbonara was really good the bacon bits gave it a great flavor, I didn’t feel extremely full with this dish it was just right portion, I did take a bit home but portion was reasonable.

Conveniently located in the GardenWalk Shopping Center and near the Anaheim Disneyland, Disney's California Adventure Park and surrounded by nearby hotels. This iconic restaurant brings all the charm and delicious eats it's known for, right here to anaheim for you to enjoy. From elaborately themed and detailed decor in the interior of the restaurant to quaint exterior patio seating for that fresh air feel. The moment you walk in you are greeted by the warm inviting colors, beautiful mediterranean and greek folklore accents, with enormous vaulted ceilings and gorgeous adornments throughout. To your left is a display case filled with a wide array of delectable cheesecakes and deserts that tantalize the tastebuds in your eyes. To your right is an inviting and cozy bar area with plenty of adult beverages to appease any palette. Once seated you have a menu that is jam packed with various options from burgers to pastas to flatbreads and more. You can't go wrong with their pasta choices or flatbreads as we did on this particular visit. The Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken was to die for. The sauce was perfectly prepared with copious amounts of cream and cheese to make it thick, flavorful and delicious. The noodles were al dente and provided the ideal consistency for a memorable bite. The chicken was seasoned and added that magnificent overall taste real Fettuccini Alfredo is known for. The flat bread pizza, The Bee Sting, was jam packed with flavor and delectable ingredients that danced on your tongue. Soft and crispy edged crust and delicious meats snuggled in a bed of tasty cheeses and marinara sauces provided a delicious treat. Nothing like washing down and complementing your tasty foods with a savory adult beverage. We had a Mai Thai and an Old Fashion, both flavorful and delightful. We partook in a snickers infused and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake slices to go, both scrumptious and somewhat satisfying. When it comes to their namesake, cheesecakes should be their go-to and jaw dropping item. I didn't feel the cheesecakes led me to that belief, but were still very good. I personally believe at the price point of $10 to $12 per slice average, they should be a little larger and knock your socks off. It felt as if they fell a bit short here as in the past, they have wowed me with their tasty slices. The raspberry slice used to come with a delectable and tangy sauce to apply and this one did not. The excess amounts of whipped cream filled the container to compensate for the lack of size, leaving a slight feeling of disappointment. Although a bit on the pricey side, this establishment brings value to the price with their decor, service and great food. With so many choices in the area, we are all tasked with choosing one that checks off all of the boxes for a great experience. This creates value for our hard earned dollars we choose to spend on entertaining our tastebuds. This one comes very very close to ringing that bell and getting all of the boxes checked off. I'd say, when in the area and you have a hankering for delicious eats, stop in and let them know, I want what Mack had!

Normally with CF you feel the love and the warmth of the staff with good service. That was many moons ago - before the pandemic at least. Popped in for a take out and whilst the server was polite enough, there wasn't the usual gusto and flair. The cheesecakes are still great and in some context I'm glad I didn't have the full ensemble this time given the take out encounter was teetering on 'fair' - perhaps I wasn't spending enough on 2 slices of cake that was merely $25, or my expectations from my previous visits were too high. I wouldn't look too much into this, given it was just a 15min encounter, that said I am a firm believer that first Impressions count.

We stayed across the street at Extended Stay. We ordered food and picked it up to eat in our room. The burger was awesome, but my husband ordered Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo, we always go th Cheescake Factory in AZ, and this location when visiting Disney once a month. The pasta was spaghetti pasta, not Fettuccine and we literally got 5 little pieces of chicken and hardly any Alfredo sauce. Usually when they need to change something up, we get informed and asked if we would like the substitute or order something else. I called, spoke to the manager and explained the about the pasta, I did state $28 for pasta with 5 little pieces of chicken and spaghetti was not what I expected. He checked the order on his behalf, asked if it was okay to send a digital gift card for the inconvenience. I said yes, he said first thing Monday morning I will send out, this was Saturday evening when I spoke to him, Lou I believe was his name. Today is Wednesday and still nothing. I guess we should always check our food before we leave instead of trusting a good facility.

We recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory and had a mixed experience. I ordered the Factory Nachos with chicken and the Miso Salmon, along with the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta and Mango Key Lime Cheesecake for dessert. Let's start with the positives. The Mango Key Lime Cheesecake was a delightful ending to the meal. It was refreshing and had a great balance of sweetness and tanginess. The vanilla coconut macaroon crust added a nice touch, and it was a satisfying way to wrap up the meal. However, I cannot overlook the issues I encountered during the rest of my dining experience. The Factory Nachos with chicken sounded promising on the menu, but I was disappointed to find that the chicken was slightly mushy. The dish, in general, lacked the wow factor I was hoping for, and I felt it was a bit underwhelming. The Miso Salmon, another entrée I ordered, left much to be desired. The salmon was overcooked, which was a letdown, as I was expecting a perfectly cooked piece of fish. While the Miso Sauce had potential, it couldn't compensate for the overcooked salmon and did not stand out as much as I had hoped. The Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta, on the other hand, was one of the highlights of the meal. The combination of honey-glazed chicken, asparagus, peppers, peas, garlic, and onion in a spicy chipotle Parmesan cream sauce was flavourful and satisfying. This dish provided the kind of balance and taste I had been looking for. Unfortunately, the slow service was a significant drawback. It's frustrating when you barely see your waitress, especially when you're eager to order, have questions, or need something during the meal. The overall dining experience was affected negatively due to this lack of attentiveness. In conclusion, my visit to The Cheesecake Factory had its ups and downs. While the Mango Key Lime Cheesecake and the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta were enjoyable, the overcooked salmon and the underwhelming Factory Nachos left me feeling let down for the meal overall.

If you’ve ever been to The Cheesecake Factory you know the menu can be a bit much with all the choices. But still, good food, friendly patient staff and nice, clean environment. Amazing selection of cheesecake, as should be.

This is a beautiful restaurant, very open and big. The food was good, lots to choose from on the menu and the taste was so good. The service was okay, the waitress got a few of our orders wrong, but it was corrected. The atmosphere, the restaurant was cold. Very cold, we were all freezing cold. Our food of course got cold quickly. We didn't stay long after we ate. 2 stars for me because of the temperature, I don't enjoy having to rush while I eat, and I like to sit and enjoy the environment and my drinks after dinner. I probably won't return to this place and I'm good with that.

At first I dont feel Welcome by the front desk Girl. She might not be feeling good and dont want to be at work who knows. I was waiting for few minutes seems like the server was ignoring me so I finally call and ask one of the server and ask if they still have a meat loaf he said yes and He refer me to my server Alex C who turn out to be an awesome server. Very nice friendly and attentive to my orders. Meat loaf was good and Tasty. I also order some grilled chicken sandwich and chocolate mouse cheese which is my favorite. Overall experience was good.

WOW. The menu is huge with so many amazing food options for the fussiest of eaters. I had the avocado and chicken salad (can't remember the correct name of the dish) but it was delicious and a huge serve. Highly recommend.

Great food, great service, and accommodating. So on the website the they can only book 6 people for reservations. But the manager made it work and got us take care of. That's great and food was great and the waitress made the mood so delightful. So thank you and made everything great. Thanks and always will come back.

Honestly not worth the hype .. salmon and a Giant spoon of mashed potatoes with some asparagus. The salmon was so overwhelming with butter flavor nothing else . The asada tacos with rice and black beans the tortilla was soggy and had a sweet sauce didn't go well. The brussel sprouts where very good .. the bread was hard I hit the table with it butter was cold could spread it on the bread . Shrimp appetizers wasn't appetizing they had the shell on. Peachy blended drink wss great . Plus our server she was very nice it was a busy night and she came around to check up on us . 2 guests 2 appetizers 2 meals 2 drinks $120 plus tip .. they said 40 minutes wait but called me in 10 minutes..

On first impressions this is such a large beautiful, grand establishment. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Portions are huge. The chicken was amazing except the underside of it the breading was slightly soggy. Great staff, good kids menu. Excellent experience overall.

The initial wait wasn't too long but once we got seated it was longer. The waitress and other gentleman were very helpful but it seemed like the kitchen was running behind. Poor girl apologized for not having any bread for us, which we didn't mind anyway. Food was pretty good though
