There were literally 5 families in the entire restaurant and it took 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered and then the $11 kids meal came 10 minutes after the adult plates and came with 2 tiny overcooked chicken strips. The fries tasted like they had been sitting under the warmer all morning...stale and hard. My daughter's breakfast was supposed to come with gravy and a side of fruit. The gravy came later, cold and the fruit was sorely under ripe. VERY overpriced and poor customer service. My bill came, didn't comp me the kids meal that came when the rest of us were pretty much done eating and it came to $93...for 2 kids meals and 2 orders of chicken strips, and a breakfast skillet. The picture of the kids meal is missing the 1 other chicken strip which was the same size...not at all work $11.

Most everything about this experience at this IHOP was well below standard. I said good morning to the hostess and their reply was "ya how many". Being seated at our table that had not been cleaned. I'm not talking about a few crumbs I'm talking about coffee cups and urns and napkins all over the table. Our waiter showed up and stood there with his mask over his lower lip and a moment of awkward silence before he said do you want to order. Our food came out and it was correct, but the proportions of scrambled eggs for all three of our orders were quite underwhelming. My kids plate was the most shocking the order came with one scrambled egg but I could have for the whole portion on a soup spoon easily. My wife and I both had 2 eggs but they honestly did not seem greater than 1. My cutlery only had a knife so I requested another set. 5 minutes later I asked another person and about 5 minutes after that they showed up. In general people seemed to be just on autopilot not really caring about anything other than when their shift was over. We were about 2 blocks away waiting at an intersection for the light to change and a family was talking about their experience at the IHOP and several other groups all at the light started laughing and commenting about their experience they just had also at the same IHOP.

As another reviewer said I also been waiting for a while and restaurant didn’t seem busy whatsoever. Almost an hour in just received my drinks so far. Just wanted eat semi quick breakfast and a 2 hour venture

It was pretty packed but once I got there I got seated pretty quickly.. the food came out in a timely manner 👍 quite expensive for two kids & 1 adult.. will only be coming here when kids eat free from now on

Came here after being disappointed at the Dennys on 2005 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806. The food and service was amazing from the jump, thank you to the manager and staff.

Okay, this might be just me, but the portions were super huge. The pancakes were pretty average in flavour, a bit too salty in my opinion. It was also quite busy and we had to wait 15min to get seated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating though!

My wife asked for the restroom and they directed us to it. The hostess was very kind. We decided to have breakfast before heading to the park. Our server was attentive and took our order right away. Made several suggestions for a better deal. We didn’t have issues with refills or getting her attention if we needed her. Our food was cooked to order.

The sausage and eggs were so-so, but I loved the pancakes and the waffle. The atmosphere needs a refresh, but the staff are wonderful.

The food was spectacular and really hit the spot, especially the cupcake pancakes. The service was fantastic and it wasn’t busy at all around 4:30pm.

Nice restaurant with great food to go to after Disney Land! Me and my family went around 1 AM for food since this was one of the only 24 hour restaurants in the area. Food was very good. Only problem was that there were only 2 people working and the service was a bit slow. The staff was friendly and helpful though. Overall great restaurant and it is clean.

Food was not appetizing at all and cost over $60 for two adults and one toddler. Waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there and gave terrible service. We told her the food wasn't good and we didn't eat it. She said, "Oh" and handed us the check. A person with a camera also took photos of us without asking and tried to sell them to us before we left, then kept the prints of my 4 year old when we said no. Will not go back.

I will give three stars to this restaurant because they take forever to serve my food I hope to have more employees if the restaurant is very busy

What a joke. Ordered fish, out of tartar sauce, chose something else, they are out of broccoli. Oh, we have no ketchup in the kitchen. I-Hop isn't the greatest anyway, but when they are out of half their menu on top of it. Do yourself a favor and find something else. Server was apologetic and obviously it wasn't his fault. The food came fast, which is the only good thing about it. It looked like food that would be served in a hospital or care center. The potatoes were runny and the turkey had an odd smell which made me worried enough I did not eat it. This was absolutely terrible.

My companions and I were headed to the airport for an early morning flight from California to Florida, leaving at around 6:00 am. Before arriving at the airport, we decided to grab some breakfast. We searched for breakfast restaurants near the airport and discovered that IHOP was nearby. My companions and I opted to have breakfast at IHOP. Upon our arrival, we promptly notified our server, Jennyffer, that we were short on time as we had a flight to catch. She was gracious enough to accommodate our request and promptly took our orders. We ordered black coffee, hash browns, a chicken fajita omelet, and a Mexican tres leches pancake for breakfast. Our server promptly brought us our food. The black coffee was a perfect way to begin our day. We thoroughly enjoyed the Chicken Fajita Omelette, as it was packed with flavor and had delicious chicken and stuffing. The pancakes and hash browns we had alongside the omelet were a perfect complement to our breakfast. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal. Overall, with exceptional service, we enjoyed a delicious and tantalizing breakfast before our flight.

Great restaurant with such a busy location. Service has been great every visit during our Disneyland trip. Love the sausage, hash browns, and eggs. Waffles are better than the pancakes in my opinion. Very clean, food always comes out quick.

Stopped in for breakfast while on vacation. Service was outstanding. While our kids are older it didn't stop us from having the balloon artist come over. Definitely recommend!

Amazing staff Gina was the best and the atmosphere was so relaxing with this awesome staffs service. Balloon animals were made by a wonderful staff member who really knows her stuff. I would definitely recommend spending your money here!!!!

Prices were more than they should be . But everything was very good. Except I wouldn't pay $4 for the loaded potatoes again it was like an ice cream scoop size and very watery.. Our server was very tentative and helpful!

I rated IHOP a 5 as the whole experience worked. The eggs and the pancakes were a little under done for my liking, but that doesn't subtract from the experience. The staff at the door could smile a bit. Remember the customers don't just come for food. That you can get at a KFC drive trough. The IHOP customer comes for a dining experience. Your greeting and smile is part of that. Management please ensure you place extroverted people in that role. I loved food and the coffee flask is a winner in my book. I'll be back for dinner.

Went there after my stay at Hotel Lulu. I went in after checkout and got seated quickly. You get more discounts if you order through the app! They have easy parking in the back. The server was really good and accommodating. I wanted something similar to a split decision breakfast and she found me a half order. I also ordered the Gingerbread Hot Chocolate and it was truly delightful! It was whimsical and it had soft gingerbread bits on top as well as red currant berries! The server was super great. It was my first time eating alone at a sit down place and they were really great. The orders came in fairly fast.

5 stars for excellent service from Julio! Would rate food about a 4, but its good if ur hungry - which we were, especially after a long day at Disney. Milkshakes hit the spot and the burger was yummy too. Fast attentive service. Certainly recommend!

It doesn’t meet my expectations but to be fair, the same taste as before, they keep their work persistent.

Near to Disneyland and parking at the back of the restaurant for dine in customers. Large seating area but does fill up pretty quickly with guests on their to Disneyland. Good service and food is as good as any other IHOP out there. Opens 24 hours so vey convenient.

IHOP has gone downhill over the last few years. My wifes meal was fine no issues. I had the French toast which was pretty undercooked. Looked good but it really wasn't. Service seemed slower than it should have been.
