I had Jollibee in Manila and other places abroad and wanted to see how it is in an American outlet. Just had the original fried chicken bucket. It is served with a side of gravy. Eating with gravy is pretty good along with the crispy skin of the chicken. They also serve hamburgers and spaghetti as meals and there have Red Ribbon cafe that serves bakery goods and desserts. Jollibee is a good change from eating at Popeyes or KFC since it offers more interesting menu items.

We ordered 6 piece chicken bucket but when we got home there’s only 4 pieces inside…tried to call them right away but nobody answer the phone…tried to call back again after 2 days but no luck….bad customer service.

Flavors on point. Not your usual over salted chicken. Crunch is fantastic.

I absolutely love Jollibee! Their food is delicious and their prices are fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for some tasty and affordable fast food. They have a great selection of burgers, chicken, and other entrees to choose from. The staff are friendly and courteous, always willing to help. The atmosphere is very welcoming and laid back. Highly recommended! Five stars!

This place definitely lives up to the critics reports. It’s the best fried chicken you will ever have. Delicious crispy fresh tasty, and a great value. If you’re lucky enough to pass one or live near one, make sure you try it. You will definitely keep going back. It doesn’t disappoint.

Ordered a 3 piece to go on a Wednesday night at about 8:45pm. I was the only customer ordering at that time. Chicken’s pretty good but as you can see, I only got only 2 of the 3 pieces I paid for.

Fairly standard fast food with some different menu items. Wasn't sure what palabok was as there wasn't a picture on the menu.

I really don't like writing this review. This is my first, and last, visit to one of their restaurants. I ordered a three-piece fried chicken combo with one side of mashed potatoes. I drank water. The chicken skin was crispy and pretty spicy. But when I tried to eat the chicken, I was disappointed at the texture and flavor. The chicken tasted as if it had been boiled and then fried. I could not eat this chicken. It has a really mushy texture and did not appeal to me at all. The mashed potatoes and heavy were OK, but you got to work at it to screw up mashed potatoes. Overall I was very disappointed and can't see myselfl dining here again. I hope your experience is better. For the record my total came to $10.73.

Not something to write home to Mom about. But, it is a good fried chicken location with some decent options. The fried chicken pieces I tried were : 3 pcs SPICY w 2 sides - Both sides mashed potatoes as they don't have many other sides to choose from, Rice or fries... That's it... No Mac n Cheese... No veggies... Nada... The other items were a chicken sandwich - Reg, non SPICY as they were out of spicy sauce... So the chicken wasn't breaded or prepared spicy like the chicken pieces. So that's a negative. The other was a pineapple and coconut hand pie. Not bad. Again, nothing that screams out, YUM. So lets talk about the chicken itself. Flavorful, yes. Spicy, somewhat and that was a good thing. Fatty, yes and also, as pictured, on the small side. So, for those 3 small pieces and 2 small sides of mashed potatoes and a small drink... Setting you back $14... Ouch.... Other "chicken locations" have more bang for your buck for sure... The mashed were pretty good. Just small. The atmosphere was a bit boring and seemed filled with awkward seating placed throughout. Wasn't a home-run or worth the money spent in my opinion, but thats what this is. Opinion. Try it yourself and judge.

I went on Thursday and I asked for the 2 piece chicken meal and asked for 2 legs. Now the young girl repeated twice and with a Pepsi! Well when I went to pay she repeated again the order. I said yes. Well I took a drink from my drink and it was Diet Coke. I ask her if it was Diet Coke and she said Yes! I said why did you give me diet when I asked for regular. The response was Well we ran out of Pepsi! My response was I should be ask what I would like to drink! Very upset!!! Then she gave me the wrong order. Plus she ask me to drive forward just to give my my drink. That’s off! Nevertheless I paid 18 dollars for the wrong meal and drink. Service is Horrible. Tried calling corporate. Well no one answered and never called back!! Do not recommend to eat there ever. Well not give my business to them. Extremely, Extremely Unprofessional!!!!

One of the freshest deep fried chicken in here. Awesome taste, u can literally taste how fresh and juicy the chicken here is. Awesome service clean atmosphere. Friendly workers, clean bathrooms. Also has a small desert room to satisfy your sweet tooth will be returning soon.

This location was very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful when ordering. The food was ready within 5 to 10 minutes from ordering which was plenty of time to get our drinks and find a seat. You cant go wrong with the spaghetti!

Affordable and delicious. Now THIS is what fast food is supposed to be. Quick, cheap and a cut above what you make at home in terms of flavor. Partner got the original chicken and it left me unimpressed. The spicy chicken though? Omg, wow it sent me into the stratosphere with its flavor. A little dingy, dim and annoying music on repeat but the main dining area and ordering area were clean and well lit. Workers were friendly enough but shouted names softly and were clearly stressed. Overall, highly recommended to at least try once but that chicken is worth getting on its own to pair with... Just about anything really!

Pretty nice fast food Philippines - American fast food. I love the Hamburger meat. The spicy chicken deluxe. I love the peppers they put in the sandwich. The service. The presentation.

This was My first time to eat at this place. Eventually, the chicks were very hot and crunchy. It was so juicy and very delicious on every bites. I was very impressed with their hot spicy chicken, it was very closed to the KFC crunchy chicken ‘s tastes. Well done. Btw the place very cleaned and staffs were fast and friendly.

Any of the Jollibee restaurants I've been to are great, this one is also. I always get the Aloha Burger Combo with a side one piece chicken. GREAT FOOD!! This one is clean and the food is good and hot!!! Awesome place to eat!!!

Fried chicken very crispy on the outside, hot and juicy on the inside. Spaghetti a little bit sweet. They eat chicken with gravy not with ketchup and chili sauce.

Hands down, one of the most juiciest fried chicken fast food joints. Employees are very attentive and carefully assemble each and every order item by item. Keep in mind that the style of food here isn’t exactly as other fast food chains such as Popeyes and KFC. Other menu items here include a couple Filipino dishes or Filipino Inspired dishes, spaghetti, halo halo.. But that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t eat here or give this place a try. The menu is well diverse and has a little bit of everything plus more compared to other fried chicken chains. And the place is always busy, quick, and nice and cold inside especially on a hot day. Plus the Red Ribbon Bakeshop is connected next door.

Staff greeted me with upbeat energy. I felt welcomed. And happy to be there. Food was great as always. I'm so glad they have plenty of wheelchair friendly tables.

I haven't had Jollibee in a while so I was excited to have some chicken again. To my dismay the chicken wasn't as impressive as it was before. It doesn't seem to taste like the one I used to remember ... marinated and tasted well. This time it tasted like it was just cook and not very tasty like how it was before. I think Popeye's chicken is much better than this.

Best fried chicken! Service (both drive thru and take out) were reasonably fast despite large orders. Food was great, too bad they got rid of their breakfast menus though.

Was excited to try! I got the spicy chicken 10 piece bucket for 20.99 and the spaghetti with a soda for 6.99. The spaghetti was good, it is a sweet flavor but it was cold even though we ate it right away. The bucket only had 8 pieces which was upset about because it was 20.99 for 10 pieces but I couldn’t go back because I opened the chicken when I arrived to AZ. Chicken tastes just like KFC. Customer service was good and friendly!

First time eating at Jollybees and I cant wait to go back. The chicken is so amazing, crispy and juicy but not salty or chewy. I also had the Spicy Chicken sandwich and it was literally the best chicken sandwich I've ever had, it was so simple but the flavors and spice level were just perfect, the bun also added a great flavor and the piece of chicken was huge. The prices are great and the quality of the food is amazing.

I just recently ever tried their spicy chicken and may I say it was absolutely delicious! Nice, crispy crunchy exterior with piping hot delicious interior and please try the spicy 6 piece chicken (enough for 2 people)!! Their pineapple juice is a little sweet but still as delicious!
