It's a McDonalds near a theme park. Should say it all, right? Prices are higher, many regular "cheap menu" items aren't available. The whole place is designed around self service. Don't expect to order at the front counter; you'll be using a kiosk - which is fine ... There are plenty of them. They are overall easy to use; simple to navigate and get custom orders done. The staff was okay when you spoke to them but you can tell this is a low-customer interactive place. I'll warn you that the customer display board isn't super accurate. I had my order number and it showed up on the "in progress side" (as expected) but then it vanished and didn't appear on the side saying it was being served so it went into limbo and I had to ask after it. At this point I would have gone 3 star but the order (which contained several custom changes; no onion, etc) was 100% right and I'll be honest .... I didn't expect it to be. It wasn't quick either. Keep that in mind and maybe order ahead?

It's really nice to have this budget friendly option near Disneyland. However, it's also consistently the slowest McDonalds I have ever seen. On my last visit it was 23 minutes for a single happy meal, and they weren't even very busy. Maybe under- staffing issues or something?

1st time I ever ordered a Mc Chicken and got no chicken. What is this Good Burger? It seems someone doesn't know how to assemble.

Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe - Not bad. Medium Fries - Crispy but a little too salty.

The wait wasn't bad in the drive thru. I had ordered a #3 Bacon, egg n cheese biscuit combo, well done hash browns n orange juice. Had to wait a little longer for the well done hash browns. They brought me my order at the wait area. i looked at the reciept on the bag, saw that it was correct and drove away. Got on the freeway and started with the well done hash browns. Very nice. Discovered another hash browns, barely cooked, which i didn't order and paid for and a McGriddle. Was charged $17. Too late to go back...not happy.

This is definitely the longest McDonald’s I’ve been in. It’s standard as they will get at least one thing wrong with your order but being across from Disneyland is likely making this restaurant super busy! It’s cheaper than eating in Disneyland so if your looking to save a little money eat here then go back to the park.

If you're reading this there's a better McDonald's close by I'm sure or better yet literally anything else would be a better option.... Fries were not evey edible they were soggy and ice cold. Soggy is an understatement they seemed like someone fried them and dunked them in water after it was this ball of soggy fries, absolutely disgusting. Least of issues which is so common I never complain about it but seeing how they don't know how to make fries I think they should know... I specifically asked for no pickles and of course got pickles. It also looked like someone punched/smashed my burger when putting it together ketchup was everywhere but the burger. Unfortunately, well I guess fortunately for McDonald's I never have high standards when eating at a McDonald's, but this wasn't even a low standard fast food it was below that so... Garbage basically. Whoever runs that location should be ashamed of themselves. You don't deserve your title and should stop working in the food service industry before you get some one sick.

The fountain drinks are great from the drive through. You know that special coke or Diet Coke that only comes from McDonald’s? Yes ! And they also always get my sons order right. Cheeseburger no onions, no pickles and no meat 😊

This can no longer be classed as fast food. We visited this establishment twice during our week there and both times we waited for over 20 minutes for our food, and we only ordered happy meals for our 2 children. The tables and floor were quite dirty and it's was really cramped in the ordering area. Staff whilst they try to be friendly, they certainly lack the training to provide good customer service

I'm not expecting anything spectacular when I go to a McDonald's. With that said, this was the most infuriating experience. I mobile ordered for curbside pickup and waited over 40 minutes to get my food. I get that they might be busy but when I see all of the cars that were in the drive thru line leave 20 minutes before me that's a problem. 40 minutes is not fast food. It's a waste of time. I could have had a better meal in that time. I couldn't even cancel my order so If I didn't wait I would forfeit my money. This is the worst experience.

Unable to change simple things like egg Mc with only becan strips and egg no cheese. Reason charge me more even I don't want the Canadian bacon and no cheese . A 4 dollars turn to seven. This is an A hole system rip off. All issues with the automatic system makes mistakes and grammatical don't get me there!

Totally sucked. Burgers were burnt. Got sick from it. Took forever to place an order on the new ordering center. No one offered to help. I was there for 42 minutes just to get 4 burgers to go! Didn't have to go there for food. Ihop and Denny's was just down the street.

This may actually be the worst run McDonald’s I have ever been to. The whole lobby was full of people waiting for their food. The workers in the grill area were just hanging out, talking, and laughing. No workers up front to explain to people waiting or to apologize for the severe wait times. Waited 30+ minutes for a Big Mac meal and a couple double cheeseburgers. Management at this location clearly don’t know what they are doing. Not directing their workers or communicating whatsoever. The owner should be absolutely furious with what’s going on in their store.

Very fast service! Great atmosphere as most are grabbing breakfast before going to Disneyland. Surprisingly fast for as many people are being served.

Very fast service, even when moderately busy. They have about 8-10 self-ordering kiosks instead of cashiers, so there will rarely be a queue. Relatively clean. They take out the trash often. But I don't see the tables being wiped down between customers.

This location is swamped with Disney foot traffic. The employees were hard working and courteous. Managers were behind the counter and kept things rolling. Recommend: oeder from your McDonalds app before you arrive and it will cut down on your wait time...also you'll earn points toward free items!

My family and I visited Disneyland for two days and each morning we would walk to this McDonald’s. Both mornings the place was busy but we were still able to sit in a large enough table for a family of 7. It was clear employees were hard at work keeping the place clean and neat from the inside and out. There was never any issues with getting our food and employees were always friendly and respectful.

Actually went to this place twice every time that I came here. The service was attentive and right on time. They asked me if I needed anything and we’re very polite actually like this place right next to Disneyland. Five stars.

This location charges drastically more for items than other locations I have been to, not sure if this is a California thing or because of its proximity to Disney. Clean dining area and friendly staff, but they can be slow to bring out mobile orders. Waited in lobby for almost 20 minutes and when I asked about my order it was bagged immediately, implying it was just sitting there ready for a time. All in all, it's a McDonald's, no more no less

I’m a Canadian and was visiting. They have way more selections here compared to the McDonald’s in Canada. I love that they give you the option to have fries and apple slices with the kids meal and the Disney toys here are cute too. The only complaint is that the attitude of the people working here was a tad rude.

Kiosks didn't work. I ordered on the app to get 40 McNuggets and only received 10 initially. When I brought the order back, they somehow lost the bag. I had to wait another 40 minutes to get my food. There were many other customers getting wrong items for their orders too and had to wait nearly as long. The employees did work hard, so maybe it was a system issue. The only reason this location doesn't get a 1 star is because the food did taste fine.

The ordering and paying process is a bit confusing, but the food is made well. If you pay at the kiosk and are eating in the restaurant, be sure and ask for your cups so you can get your beverages right away and not wait until your food comes out.

There’s no point in reviewing a McDonald’s except to thank the wonderful service. One of the gentleman workers noticed my daughter was experiencing an extreme heat episode and came by with complimentary water for her. He couldn’t have known what she was actually going through, just that she was flushed and fanning herself, but he did what he could, completely unbidden. It was so thoughtful and much appreciated!

Right outside of Disneyland, this location has it dialed in. Inside and outside seating provides more than enough space. 6-8 mobile order stations keep the flow going. A friendly and helpful staff are there at pickup, to help with machines and to deliver your order to your table inside or out. Get a quick McMuffin and coffee before you more than walk it off at Disney. Hit it on the way back too!!

As far as the food quality and the food being brought to you is great, the lacking side is when you would like to pay in cash, you tend to be standing at the register watching the staff asking for order numbers and avoiding eye contact. The first time I was standing there 5 staff members walked past me while going about their duties, until some guy from the back came down and asked if anyone was serving me, to which I replied no. The second time which was today I was standing there for like 8 minutes then I just spoke to a staff member and said who is taking customer orders which she replied ah no one! but she would be able to help. Other than that the food is great and comes out fast.
