You probably haven’t gone to many fast food places but most charge for sauce and depends on the amount of sauce requested you might get it when it’s a reasonable amount. If you ask for 2 sauces for a 5 piece nugget you’re either drowning your food or wasting all of the sauce. The food might have been cold if you stayed there waiting for sauce as I have waited behind people in the drive thru that wanna argue over paying 27 cents for more sauce if you can’t pay for it don’t ask for it. Sometimes children are more mature than the adult who wanna throw a tantrum over the sauce they receive in there order. There are people that make me uncomfortable that are regular customers a man with curly hair that comes with a racket and a bag is always staring at little girls and a man that comes in his truck that takes up 4 parking spaces is always speaking to people like he’s there friends my goodness does the police have to look into them. Overall This place is the best to eat in my opinion just some people gotta stop being big babies.

Jack in the Box is a love it or not type restaurant. Of all fast food restaurants, I find this chain to have good fast food. Their food is acceptable to me in comparison to all other fast food, with the exception of In N Out. If you order a burger, ask for Jack secret sauce. Not applied on burgers but it's tasty.

I pre-ordered and picked up inside, it was all ready in a few minutes. The lady behind the counter was the nicest I've encountered. The place is always clean and they do keep out people who aren't customers so that customers have a safe dining experience.

Went today and last time I was there I cold a cold burger. I liked this jack because they were, always known for hot burgers the way it's supposed to be right no one goes for cold burgers. I don't know what happened lately but 😲 so I politely ask can I have a hot burger .so the cashier yells in Spanish she wants a fresh burger .the dirty looks i got from all most all of the employees was astonishing..that looked at me like I was incontinenceing them. Yes it's was a little after lunch and I got one of the pre made burgers left over from the lunch rush. Shame on them when I ask for hot burger it came so fast I didn't even get hot out fast enough. That is how that felt about it like take your order and go. Well you don't get paid to have a what ever. Update decide to revisit asked for tiny Taco and got natchos 🤣🤬 so when did Jack in the box start sealing natchos

the quality of this location is failing. I had a manager lie to me on the phone offering to replace my order, only to drive back and have her decide what she was going to replace... this was after waiting over an hour for a mobile order especially after other people came in and ordered and left before we got ours. half of my family has to wait to eat this is an issue... I'll also be posting a picture of the product I received vs What it should have somewhat looked like... I've managed restaurants before and this is pathetic.

Open late and the service Is great! Also accept ebt :) love this location but bring my roost fries 🍟 plz!!!

I go to this JITB on a regular because it's close to work and it never disappoints the food is always hot seasoned right! The service could be friendlier some days you get a smile and have a nice day with napkins and sauce in the bag others it strictly what's your order here bye (dang it what do I wipe my hands on?!

Always fine, never really have troubles with food quality or orders being wrong. However it's definitely one of the slower ones I've ever been too. If you need a grab n go bite fast, be aware you WILL have to wait, even with no line

Best Jack in the Box I have ever been to!!! I asked for a juicy but not greasy ultimate cheeseburger with crispy bacon and Half Tea/half Light Lemonade and everything was perfectly done!!! Will come back everytime I am craving JITB even though this location is a 30 minute drive from me and I have a JITB 2 minutes from my apartment. Even the lady that took my order was sweet, patient and courteous and verified my order!!! No wonder the line is long in their drive-thru right now!!! Keep up the good work!!! You are the best!!!

He gave me a spirt that taste like water and he didn’t want to change it he was rude and disrespectful towards me he said we had to go

what can I tell about I'm checking the box lover will know why we go there prices in a lot of variety opening most of the time very late and come on the tacos who hasn't who hasn't had some of these at 3:00 in the morning at one point in your life ....so good

Honestly wasn’t the best service. Came here today at 8:30AM the woman at the window was rushing us. I simply asked for sauce and she rolled her eyes and only gave me two packets? I ordered a chicken salad and they didn’t cut the chicken it was literally a slab of meat. The girl who brought me the food was nice though. You shouldn’t work in fast food if you don’t like it.

I always come here whenever I get out of work late. Never had an issue until today. 3/16/23. I ordered my food through drive thru. The person who was outside getting my order was so kind. I feel bad for him that he has to be working out in the cold when there is no line whatsoever. anyways when I pulled up to the first window the cross eyed lady was very rude. I answered her question about the condiments and she proceeds to ask me again like?? I just told you, why are you asking me again. I heard the cross eyed lady perfectly and she heard me perfectly too because there was no loud background noises. Cross eyed lady was very rude. Hope I don’t get this experience again.

Did drive thru one time. They didn't mess up my order. It's fast food so set your expectations accordingly. Staff was friendly and fast.

Best breakfast sandwich, imo, than any other day food chain. My kid said the chicken sandwich was awesome too. We actually just went through the drive thru, but the service was great. The outside appearance was very clean, so I would assume the inside was clean as well.

My curly fries were burnt. Asked for ranch. Get only one for my large curly fries. It should automatically be 2 ranch per large curly fries. Thankfully half of it was burnt so one ranch was enough. Do better, Jack.

I just ordered the two stacked grilled cheeseburger munchie meals for delivery on doordash and was very disappointed. Doordash was not at fault but the store was. So these cheeseburgers are supposed to have meat (which is obvious because what's a burger without meat) but to them it wasn't obvious. I sadly received both cheeseburgers without meat. I was so excited because it was something that we looked forward to eating but was sadly let down. I usually have no problems with this store when I order through doordash so I was very confident that something like this wasn't going to happen. I would recommend pick up only because they showed that they weren't responsible enough to ensure that a doordash order was prepared correctly. Don't mean to be mean but I'm just really upset that I spent my money and didn't get my money's worth. I was even told by the driver that the store wasn't busy at all. This is a credited opinion because I have fastfood experience and was really good at it and can't understand how a manager or anyone of leadership can have this happen.

Ordered off Uber Eats How do you NOT have pancakes? Two of the items ordered have pancakes . You need to cancel the order not being able to fulfill it. Not just add whatever and hope it’s okay?? I would have cancelled the order myself knowing you were out of what I wanted… Payed a lot of money using Uber.

About 3 days ago I went and bought food the wrong order was given to me I ordered a number 10 and got number 11. I was there just now and the wrong order was given to me again and I tried calling they this not respond, no straw was given to me and she did not even say thank you or anything she forgot because she’s too busy talking to her coworkers.
