Really nice place, the shakes are amazing! It's great that they have a separate area for just ordering shakes outside if that's all you want. The burger was very good, but not worth $22. I found it strange they don't ask how you want it cooked. It came well done, which I would prefer medium to medium well for this burger. Very good but pricey.

Please do not waste your money. After many people commented in a Facebook group that this place was amazing, I wanted to try it since I was at Disneyland. I purchased the fried pickles, a kids burger, and an arugula salad. I spent a little over $30. I did not want to buy a cheeseburger for $20 but I wanted to try it so that is why I bought the child’s meal. My favorite thing was actually the fried pickles. The fries were horrible and rock hard not just over cooked, but it felt like they had been sitting for many hours. They were inedible, the burger was just a regular cheeseburger nothing special I had asked for ketchup and pickles to it. I did not get either. I do not recommend this place.

Get there early as this place is popular. We went at 1130 AM and beat the rush. I love that this place offers a Military Discount. One of the few in Downtown Disney and Disneyland. Service was fast, food was high quality, so much we thanked the manager for the great service and wonderful food. Best Chicken Strips I have ever had!!!!

The shakes at this place are a 5 star for me they look amazing and taste just as good. 2 adults can easily share 1 shake. I liked that you can get them in a to go cup also. As for food and service that is where the 2 star came in. Workers walked around with no emotions, blank faces like they were so unhappy not sure why. The food came out fast but was not very good. My grilled chicken sandwich was burned, the burgers were also not cooked to order, mozzarella bites were missing cheese inside them just bad all around. Was expecting more for a $300 plus bill for the 5 of us dining. So if you want a great shake definitly recommend but as for food money better spent somewhere else.

Cool place and atmosphere. It's got a quick service feel to it since you order at the counter, then you have to find a seat (which can be a bit difficult). We were a party of 6, so we found out that the booths are reserved for parties of 5 of more. A lot of people were wondering about looking for seats. Ordered my burger medium rare, and it came out closer to well done. Great flavor. Fries were crisp and delicious. After lunch, we went to the shake window and had some amazing shakes. $44 for 3 shakes, but can honestly say it was worth it.

The food was good and we sat outside. There are a little bit of flies but not many. The food was great and I would come back. The cheese fries weren't almost any difference from regular fries, just a thicker cream cheese than your started cheese fries.

The food here was good, but not worth the price. We ordered one shake and a burger with fries and it was over $40. The shake had a lot of whipped cream and it was beautiful but hard to actually eat. The spoon was in the shake to the top of the handle so it was really sticky and messy to eat. But it was delicious, particularly the ice cream cookie sandwich that came with it. The atmosphere was crowded and noisy but it did have an energetic vibe. Overall good but not great.

Mt family and I visited here during the California "hurricane" over the summer, so it was a nice place to get out of the rain and enjoy some food. I had the crispy chicken sandwich. It was large, crispy, and flavorful. The ingredients were high quality and it had a great bun. The part my family really enjoyed though were the crazy shakes. The shakes were incredible! They are perfectly excessive. They taste great and all the things they add on to the top (in my case an ice cream sandwich) were excellent too. My family loved the food, but the shakes are what will make us go back time and again.

Wow! This place is a nice surprise. Very casual and fast. Order in line, pay, then they give you a number and you can find a seat where there's an open table, indoors or outside. Food will be delivered to your number on the table. Burgers are juicy & good quality. Patties are handmade, brioche bread is baked fresh. Milkshakes 🤤🤤🤤 Cake on top of milkshake is excellent 👍 There are no words!

Stopped here for a quick bite while we were in Downtown Disney. The wait to order wasn't long, and they brought our food out to us pretty quick. Everything was just as we ordered it! The food was amazing! My son decided to get one of their signature shakes.. it was ginormous! We'll definitely be eating here again!

First time at this restaurant, they had a line but it moved pretty quickly. You walk in, place your order they give you a number to set at your table. Once ready they bring out your food. Ordered the chicken strips and side of fries and it was actually pretty good. We also ordered The Cookie Shake, it's huge so good for two people (I think).

The food here was great, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Food came out pretty quick. I got the pizza burger w/ fries and a Cookies and Cream shake. Burger was cooked well, and the fries were nice and crispy. The shake was really good and really thick. My only issue was really with the price. It's in Downtown Disney, so of course prices are inflated. The shake was just a bit small for the price. Overall, though, very enjoyable meal!

My husband and I have been wanting to dine here since we planned our trip to Disneyland. We were super stoked until we got there. Stood in line for 15 minutes to order our food. Had to find a table to sit at. They give you a number to set on the table so the employees bring your food and shakes, which is nice. But Waited an overall 20 minutes for our food and shakes to arrive. Let me just say, the food wasn’t that great. I ordered the truffle burger that was priced at $23 bucks thought it would be worth it but it didn’t get my panties wet and I love love food! So it wasn’t worth it to me! The SHAKES though, made my nips hard so it was definitely worth it!!! Lol 😂 If you decide to dine here just be prepared for the long lines and the wait time for your food and shakes. Overall, I rate it 3 stars because the Shakes were definitely worth the wait!

Fantastic burgers! I had the Greg Norman and my wife and daughter had the Texan. Thick juicy burgers with great flavor! The fries were hot and crispy as they should be. This was a 5 star burger feast.

Loved my Turkey burger. I don’t know what they put in it but it was the most juicy Turkey burger I’ve ever had, Probably the best! If you love blue cheese you’ll love this combo. The serving is great if you have a big appetite! Great service. Someone in our party left their phone on the table on accident after we left and when we went back to get it the server cleaning up had found it and put it in the lost and found and retrieved it for us. I’m glad they have Honest hard workers!!

Black Tap’s crazy shakes truly live up to the hype – they’re an absolute treat for the sweet tooth! Each shake is a decadent masterpiece, piled high with goodies that make for both a visual and culinary delight. The shakes are enormous, almost a meal in themselves, and the variety of flavors ensures there’s something for everyone. The attention to detail in the presentation is impressive, making each shake feel special. Despite the indulgence of it all, it’s a bit pricey, but given the size and extravagance of the shakes, it’s worth it for a special treat. Four stars for a delicious and unforgettable dessert experience at Black Tap!

People are friendly. But once you get your food there is no more interactions. The table we sat down at was sticky. I had a buger which wasn't bad, but definitely not worth $21. The fries were not very good. I could get a bag of frozen fries from the grocery store that taste better. The fried pickles were very good! I took my 2 kids and spent $110 for a burger, chicken sandwich, chicken wings(added fries), fried pickles and 3 drinks!

Service was alright not super friendly but acceptable, asked for burger with the sauce on the side but it didn’t come. Good to try out the crazy shake, it’s huge and tasty but we didn’t get to finish it. This is our 2nd visit at Disneyland resort Anaheim and also 2nd time eating at Black Tap, this place is always packed. Food is good, shake is worth trying, recommend getting a fountain drink with the shake because it’ll be a lot to finish the whole shake.

Service here is top notch! Very attentive and willing to go the extra mile. The burgers have a great texture and the milkshakes are perfect for family photos. The queso dip is the best we’ve ever had - almost sweet and savory with a bit of spice that goes well with chips and fries. The staff were generous enough to provide a second cup for the rest of our chips. We loved it so much!

Really loved the crazy shakes this place is known for. They are really good, but it is a novelty experience that only needs to be tried once. The burgers are pretty good and maybe not quite exactly worth it for the money. You pay and then find an empty table which is a bit difficult when the place is busy.

We always get their amazing shakes but opted for the food this time. Everything was delicious and the portions were large, including the kids menu!

The food was great. We sat at the bar and had lovely service by James. Definitely a great crew. We let the the bartender decide which burger we got. Let's face it, with that menu, you can't go wrong with anything there. We got loaded fries for a small upcharge, and had the Korean BBQ Chicken wings. Very delicious, crunchy and juicy! Oh! Cannot forget the magic of the fruity pebbles shake! Definitely not made for 1 person... prevent diabetes by sharing this thing. So delicious though. Highly recommend.

Never fails to impress! Food, service, atmosphere, and milk shakes. The queue was ok, it wasn't the weekend. The staff are amazing The taste is yummmmm There are many options to choose from the menu. The sweet potato is outstanding PS: Don't forget to validate your parking card! (Still paying the 1st hour anyway) We love blacktap in all the countries

When you go to a place aimed at tourists, you don't always know what quality the food and service will be. We were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent food and exceptional service. My wife has a nut allergy and the cashier knew all of the details about which foods have nuts and which do not and about how the kitchen handles nuts at all the different stations. This was very nice. But then, she called the manager over to review our selections, just to be sure. I'm sure this was a very standard, often repeated protocol, but it made my wife feel that her life threatening concerns were very important which, surprisingly, doesn't happen at most restaurants. Not only that, but a condiment was missed on the initial food delivery. We grabbed one of the servers and asked him to bring the 2 we had requested. He came back with 3, again exceeding expectations. Overall a very nice meal.

Great food! The seating wasn’t best but the wait staff did a good job at accommodating all the customers. The prices were competitive for the area. The food was not the best because it’s probably primarily a dessert place. It’s a one and done for me.

I heard many great things about this location and I was excited to try it for myself. I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere and the presentation of the food. The service was great as well, nothing amazing but it was an easy in and out. I want to highlight the food as the burgers were very delicious, the chicken sandwich was very tender, and the shakes were very delicious and aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend coming here, I will definitely be back at this location.

Our 2nd time here - The Burgers are fire!!! The only thing I didn't like is the line and sometimes it's a hit and miss. It's a great atmosphere, you kind of have to know what you want as you're walking up to order. They have a variety of alcoholic drinks for adults and really tasty and creative milkshakes for the kids.
