It's 2 AM, my bf and I went for a McDonald's run. Placed an order on the app, picked it up through the 24 hour drive through, and ate in the parking lot. I drank all his soda so he wanted to get another. Placed another order. We pull up and there's this white truck parked IN the drive through and blocking it. We don't know what to do so we parked and waited. We watched the drivers walk into the building and eat in the dining room. We waited a long time. We watched 12 other cars pull up confused as we were. 2 of them got out of their cars to look through the door. They looked disappointed and left. We eventually figured out how to cancel the order and left as well. Hopefully my bf gets his dollar back. I don't write bad reviews but to let your buddies block the 24 hour drive through is absolutely unacceptable.

Drenched in oil. Like I get that I'm not ordering healthy but don't make it obvious. Oil all over my car and now phone. The double cheeseburgers smelled like BBQ and were incredibly salty--they absolutely mixed burger flavors on the grill. Awful mixed taste. Worst McDonald's experience that I can remember. With an In-N-Out right across the street, unsure why anyone would return to this establishment.

Arrived at 3am 03/28/23 and the drive thru is completely blocked off. I looked inside and a worker looked directly at me and laughed. This is supposed to be a 24 hour drive-thru. This is unacceptable and looking at the reviews, this is a common occurrence. 2 other cars arrived and left upset. Do something about this!

I ordered 2 sonic the hedgehog kids meals They took the order. I paid for the order and when I got home they were not sonic the hedgehog kids meals. I had 2 very disappointed children. I called the restaurant and the person that answered the phone said they were out of the sonic kids meals I asked why wouldn’t the person taking the order tell me they were out of them? She said probably should have told me. Obviously people who don’t have children or could just care less

I absolutely love this McDonald’s because of how awesome the staff is and how they always get my orders right and the food is always fresh. I also want to especially recognize Eduardo and the manager Leonor and Kelly! Every time I frequently come to this location they are so kind and have overall amazing customer service. They are always helpful and fix any problems if any at all (which never even happen at this location). McDonald’s is so lucky to have them as employees. I am so grateful for them and their kindness and how they always immediately make my day much better every time I come to this particular McDonald’s. Thank you so much again Leonor and Eduardo and Kelly!!!

The food is the same as any other McDonald's, but the staff at this particular location is great. Friendly, good natured and always helpful, it makes all the difference.

They didn't give us our happy meal toy...

Says it's open 24 hours but fails to advertise the fact that there system for card purchases and mobile orders shuts down from 2am to 3am. Absolutely a waste of time.

Thieves, who stole my money, Sunday morning (09/17/2023), I ordered Egg McMuffin Combo with large coffee but there is no hash brown in it. No pay attention. They just wants free money.

It is a good McDonald’s as McDonald’s go. The drive thru was fast but a lot of the times they don’t have the special coffees as the machine is broken.

So I gave this place all stars because the service was fast and the people there were really nice and the doctor pepper was freaking off the chain. Usually when you get doctor pepper it's OK but for some reason this place has like the best doctor pepper. We literally were like we're going back just for the dark pepper. Just want to point out that when we pulled up there was a long line and the line was going really fast.

Actually one of the most endearing McDonalds I’ve been to as a former Enterprise manager; the store is a relic of older McDonalds and newer McDonalds. I love their stores usage of their coffee ground for gardens program! Very delicious McCafé smoothies as well. the person in the jean styled jacket was very nice and patient with others as well.

Service was a bit slow. The cash register was not an English speaker and could not get our order right. In addition, to not understanding what my wife was ordering, she was flirting with me in front of her, which I find very disrespectful and unprofessional. I had to ask five times for ketchup and napkins. Sugar and cream, and for our table to be cleaned.

I go here every day and they try very hard to make everybody happy. Sometimes they're short-handed in. The drive-thru is a little long but that's not their fault. People just don't want to work these days. All the managers here are very friendly 😁

The only reason I’m giving you guys a 1 star is because you guys have no changing table. Do better. Thanks next time I’ll change my child’s diaper on the table.

This place is as same as other Mcdonalds but they make take out order so quickly.

I literally go here daily. As of late, their espresso machines not working. Puts a damper on my day. They're mc Donald's. Not a whole lot of anything special. They're into quantity not quality.

I go here to pick up coffee/dinner at around 11:40pm so I'm ready for my 12 hour 12am-12pm patrol shift. I always have a great experience. Food is good, coffee is hot and tastes great. Never have had any type of issue here. All crewmembers I have had experiences with were all professional and pleasant, no unpleasant attitude or rudeness. You guys/gals have a great team!

This is probably the fastest McDonalds I've ever been to. Every time I come here to pick up it's always ready and I never have to wait. Keep up the good work guys.

With there in the late evening lines were long but was moving very quickly food was hot and fresh!

Honestly this is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to and I’m a fat guy

They don't always get my order right, the cashiers are on their phone while taking orders, and they never read your order back for accuracy.

Carey Huber has been doing my hair for about 20 years. I used her services at a variety of different salons. Then she settled at Latitude a few years ago. It's an awesome and welcoming place. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was MacDonald's. At least you're never surprised unless they've come up with something new. I had the egg mcmuffin which has been the same since they opened the MacDonald brothers opened their first place in 1940.

it's impossible to eat! I have never eaten worse food in my life! the buns are burnt, the meat is dry and bitter! and even cola is not tasty! I paid $30 and this is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life! My family and I won't be coming here again!
