Food was good but the employees made it so we won't be back. It was the first time my family had eaten at one of these restaurants and we were treated like dirt. I asked what's the difference between red and green sauce and the employee really said "Uh, ones red and one is green. Which one do you want?" They're as useful as a screen door on a submarine.

Very clean location and the staff were very pleasant to talk to. 4 star rating..The store was clean but the bathroom was horrible and smelled so bad it almost made my wife vomit. It was my family's first time eating here and you didn't disappoint us. The food tastes great and it came out in a timely manner. My son had the street taco. We ordered the 6 taco and 6 burritos and it came in a huge lunchbox looking container. You can get mild or spicy food and can mix the order too as well as soft and crunchy. Thank you we will be back

My go to anytime of the day is the Carne Asada Fries, add beans, sub guac for sour cream, hold the tomatoes please! 😋 open 24hrs is perfect for those late night munchies or early mornings In a rush on the way to work and forgot your coffee!

Not great service. Their menu was a bit misleading with a picture of three taco rolls, but in fine print, $1.29 each. My son ordered, thinking he was getting three and only got one. When he went in and questioned what he believed to be the missing pieces, he was advised, nope, that's how it always has been. No offer to correct his misunderstanding as he shared we don't eat at Del Taco often. Thanks for a reason to spend my money elsewhere. A lesson in customer service is in order, in my humble opinion.

It's just normal del taco, which is nice. Prices are not inflated due to area, like other places. Friendly staff, quick service.

The fish taco was really tasty. I was a little leery to get fish from a fast food restaurant, but I went with their prior reviews and I’m glad I did. This was sit down restaurant quality food.

Quick stop to get their $5 deal of 3 tacos. I would have put it at 4 stars, but the counter was a bit slow or distracted when I was there and it wasn't busy. Clean eating area.

The drive thru took forever just to take my order and then tried to upsell me multiple times. When I finally made it to the window, they were scooping ice and fries after touching money with no gloves. I never got my water because they couldn't find it, and I almost didn't get my germy fries.

Customer service through the drive through is completely trash. When ordering you’re speaking to one person then another person jumps in taking the order and then switches you back to the first person that’s now unprofessional for customer service it’s uncomfortable and still proceeds to give attitude when told about it at the window. when asked about the salad differences they couldn’t even explain that , but follow to say one is “ chicken “ and other is “ beef “ like I should I assume what comes in the salad

Del Taco is my go to spot when I need a late night meal. They are open 24 hours. Fast and fresh food. Cheesecake Bites are my favorite.

This place has the worst customer service ever i went through drive thru and the girl helping was so rude not polite at all why have this type of people working here if they don’t want to work your GM should really pay attention and talk to them and make sure they are being nice and friendly not rude and not even a thank you nor did i get my receipt never going back to this location again. Not happy at all

We did a mobile order, pulled in, they tried to give us someone else's mobile order, we said it wasn't ours. The man proceeded to continuously say "it's not my problem" and when we asked if they would remake our order they said "I don't know, it's not my problem" repeatedly instead of trying to make it right. They clearly gave someone else our order and didn't care to even attempt to remake our order to make it right and didn't even attempt to understand what happened. Worst customer service. Utterly disappointed in the lack of common decency and basic trouble shooting skills.

Staff has always been very nice. Food consistent. Occasional homeless bothering customers in the drive-through or in the parking lot. staff and local authorities do try to manage solisitators that bother people too much. The line moves pretty fast. Even when the drive-thru reachest the street.

They close the lobby at 10 despite being across the street from several major hotels and down the street from a major park. We were just trying to get food, walked from across the street up to the window and they just gave us nothing but attitude. Lied saying there was no manager nor anything they could do to serve us at all. It's just bad business to close lobby at 10 yet advertise 24/hr service, in an area where the entertainment/attractions, where they get their business, doesn't even close till midnight... keep you lobby open till parks close at least.

It’s so weird that a place with slow service, bad food and a homeless atmosphere has people with terrible attitudes working at it. I hear people ordering their food saying please thank you with literally no response not even a “ok” to know the dude heard your order. That’s what I get for craving their breakfast like a dummy I go back thinking this time it’ll be like how del taco is in my memory.

I had always heard about people from the west coast talking about del taco. So had to try them during my trip. The tacos were good. The epic burrito was delicious and was larger than i expected for the price. The fries are average but its fries from a taco place so i did not have high expectations for them. Definitely hope they one day expand to the east coast as they were far superior to taco bell.

Bought a del taco but the beef in the taco didn't taste too great. Cheese was very dry. Bean n cheese burrito was good. Beans were fresh.

Dining room closed early? 9:10pm Sign on the door of the dining room says you close at 10pm Not all of us want to drive through...sometimes people like eating outside their cars

Atrocious customer service. Asked server right now for Thursday taco deals, her millennialesque responses were "What?" "I don't even know" "Can't do that" when asked about upgrade. Also didn't get my receipt.

Tried fish taco & tostada for walk in lunch. Fish taco was greasy & salty served with wedge of lime. Lime helped to make it surprisingly good. OK service.

Went through the drive thru and the guy was very helpful, kind and patience because I didn't understand what he was saying about my order. Not until my wife told me what he said and he was still polite and professional. I have been trying to try the new tortas and they were really good. My wife had the chicken and I had the steak and they were fresh and delicious. But the guy at the window was very nice and helpful. We wanted some extra forks and he gladly gave us some.

The staff at this Del Taco are always prompt, efficient, and courteous. It's always a pleasant experience at this Del Taco. The order is always correct and fresh.

While Del Taco is a classic late night munchie fix, they got my very simple order wrong and had to go back to get it corrected. The food was good as expected though.

Smallest del taco I've seen. There were like 5 tables in total. Staff was fine. They didn't have the same menu options as my local del taco a couple hrs north.

Surprisingly good for a fast food joint. Nice portions. Staff wasn't friendly but they are efficient and got everything right. Ate at the restaurant and was clean.
