First of all the drive thru took a very long time. Then when I got my breakfast sandwich the egg had green color in it. I almost threw up , this jack in the box is very disgusting. Do not go there to dine in or out

The Sourdough Jack is suppose to have the bread """toasted on butter""" and "grilled" , this location is the only one that does your order right! Service was great very polite personal my problem was that RIBEYE BURGER it was just disgusting I’m a driver I’ve had nasty and good burgers before I don’t mean to exaggerate but even am pm cheese is better then that RIBEYE BURGER. I have dogs and the meat in that burger taste like my dog food smells ever had that thing that you could smell something so much you could almost taste it well that was my experience. I might even have to change my dogs food if that’s what it taste like to them. Sorry jack you left me down don’t call that rib-eye plz..

The service is horrible. I ordered a large ice coffee and a small hot coffee. The girl hand over 2 hot coffees. I asked her nicely that I ordered a large ice coffee first then added a small hot coffee. Instead of adding ice to my coffee she showed attitudes to me. She walked away without talking to me then spoke Spanish to her-coworker with an angry voice letting me hanging there. The coworker helped me with another cup of ice. I asked her what happened to that girl, she came back and talked back to me that I ordered two hots and then now this and that then walked away. What kinda service was that? I came back and asked for the manager, they told me that there is no manager at this location. Please check the camera and the conversation between your employees and customers to improve the customer service at this location.

Overall a positive experience. The crew made sure we were satisfied with our order.

Its was great for it being late a night just what i needed late at night and the guy was very understanding and helpful

I ordered curly fries. I got pieces. They are pricey as it is. I'm very disappointed 😞 I should have brought my order back to get a replacement 😒

Ordered the jack snack wraps. One classic and two spicy. My fiancé can’t have anything spicy because of some medical issues. They mislabeled the wraps and it completely ruined her. So thanks for ruining her next 3 days.

Completly unprofessional. Worst experience. Threw sauces in my bag. Slammed window. Attitude. Broke the box my kids food came in because of the force of attitude it was handed to me in. I didnt even eat my food after since my anxiety went up the roof. Definitely got in contact with corporate.

I bought my food with a bunch of extra change including pennies and they were fine taking it. Food was delicious as always.

Ordered a pick up on doordash and idiots took way too long I got there 7 minutes after the pick up time and expected my food to be ready they didn't even have someone at the register for pick up, I had a lyft waiting for me and I had to leave because I only had a short amount of time in the end I had to leave and I wasted my money and I couldn't even get my food this was my first time ever going to this jack in the box and I can say I will not be going back

I went through the drive thru. It seems the headset wasn’t working or something because I was asked 4 times what I wanted. I was trying to ask about the amount of nuggets. After I *finally* put my order in, I realized after I had left they didn’t give me utensils for my side salad. An overall annoying experience.

Updated review: One star to five in three months. This store has turned around 100% to the positive. Upper management has taken a concerted effort to ensure the dining experience is above the standard for a fast food restaurant. Employees and supervisors make extra effort to ensure the orders are correct and all the condiments are present.

This place is always closed, the only thing open here is the drive thru

You see the chili burger on tv ,half what they show coming out of the burger is more then what's on the whole double chili burger..jack a double needs way more then a portion teasoon of chilion the whole burger look at tv burger and look at this blank!it's supposed to be kinda messy.they say weres the beef I say what chili.

They take their sweet time to get my order ready while there's hardly anyone in line and they still managed to get my order wrong. Avoid this place.

Dont support this jack in the box. They are running a scam. They will leave their online ordering on but close the drivethrough store. Your money is then just lost since theres essentially no way to get a refund from the non existent customer service

I give this specific location 3 stars . Usually very busy and takes along time to get the orders out . However this particular visit the restaurant was not so crowded so we got our food and drinks promptly

The employees at this location are always pleasant and fast! Food is always hot. We appreciate you all!

Drive thru sensor won't pickup my motorcycle. Be sure to check your bag if they forgetting something because 1 time they forget. I have been a many times customer for 3 years and the food was always good.

Never open during business hours!!! Waste of gas and time!!! This location really needs to change their hours on their website or actually stay open until the posted time!!!!
