Best authentic menudo in town....and born and raised in East LA, so I know the real deal. Great all you can eat menudo with pata, fresh tortillas and hot chile upon request with fresh chips and salsa. Server was friendly and attentive. This is my Go To Spot!

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the carne asada! Highly recommended. The service is good too. Great spot when you’re super hungry because portions are big

This food is legit! In business since 1973. I always seem to know that the food is going to be amazing when the refried beans are good, and it was. Everything is so well done and super tasty. My co-workers that joined me think the same. We will probably return there again on this trip and I will definitely go here again whenever I am in Anaheim.

Delicious food. Well known for their all you can eat Menudo. They also have a 5 pound burrito challenge, if you can finish it you can win a shirt ( I tried and succeeded). Service is great and so is the atmosphere. Great for a family breakfast/lunch/dinner.

The food is tasty here, small menu, sizable portions, affordable prices. We ordered the fajitas, some beef tacos, and the breakfast special (Chile verde) as seen on the pictures. Overall the food is good if you’re into quick Mexican food. The place was clean and in order. The service was fast, although there weren’t a lot of people eating lunch. I’d recommend this place for some quick Mexican taste.

Once I got in (there was big party in front of me), I was greeted warmly and was seated right away. My waitress, Beatriz?, was very friendly and helped me with my questions. I ordered a combo dinner plate of a cheese chili relleno and beef taco. It also came with soup or salad. I chose soup and got menudo. I also got a strawberry margarita. The food was delicious and reminded me of TexMex from Houston, where I’m from. The minor complaints I have was that the salsa wasn’t my favorite and the margarita wasn’t as strong as I thought it would be. I’m going back home to Houston in a few days, but when I come back in town, I definitely will be returning.

Great place. Always packed but I always get seated quickly. The staff is polite and quick. The Menudo is go-to for me. I have been here several times. Excellent consistency!

Came here for breakfast and honestly food was horrible! Pancakes were undercooked, chilaquiles were like nachos with canned salsa on top; Not Mexican food for sure.

Rica comida muy limpio. I feel like at home. It was a bit busy so my server wasn't as present . Still a great service really pleased

Chips and salsa is good, I got the steak burrito with red and green sauce. If you’re debating, go for the green, it was top notch.

Frank has been my dad's friend for at least 43 years. From cook to owner. Frank has always cared about his food . It's always a pleasure to eat here when I'm in town. Menudo is served 7days a week! Love it! I highly suggest if your in the area and want authentic Mexican food, then stop here! You won't be disappointed. Frank if you see this you should put a pic of my dad in Vietnam and one with you. Love this place and food!

Food is on point!! Menudo is almost as good as Nana (abuelita or grandma) used to make. You won't be disappointed. Also the way they represent Vetrans and host is #1!

We were in town for vacation and decided to try the place out. The service was good and staff was very friendly. The food was good but just didn't taste like the authentic Mexican food we were hoping for. We also had a party of 4 and they brought out a basket of chips which didn't last long and were ordered another but we were charged for it. Not a bad place though.

My overall experience was great the customer service was good the restaurant itself was clean but the food for me wasn't the best it lacked that authentic Mexican style flavor i ordered carnitas plate and it was very dry for me but I really did enjoy the chili relleno but a bit pricey for just a chili relleno was over $7 with no beans or rice unless you got the plate, other than that i recommend for anyone who looking to try some Mexican food at the end of the day you opinion matters the most.

I come in regularly for takeout for my wife. The pozole is her favorite. They make it fresh everyday and if you come on a cold day it will run out keep that in mind. The atmosphere is nice very family friendly a lot of seating but it still gets crowded. The staff is really good.

No complaints. Food was good, not mind blowing. Pretty standard. I would eat here again. Margaritas were fine, not strong. Flour tortillas were fresh tasted homemade (probably the best part). If you want good Mexican food I would recommend. Id probably only give 4 stars but our server boosted it to 5 star for service!

I like getting good Mexican food when I travel out of Montana. La Casa Garcia was great. Brah, they got a five pound burrito- I don't need to say more. Get your eat on.

Went for breakfast before Disneyland and had the tamales and eggs with beans and potatoes… coming from AZ, the home of Mexican food, this place was sooooo good and reminded me of home! Definitely will be a new spot for us to eat when we come to Disney.

I ordered 2 chicken taco and rice/bean platter which came with a chicken soup. I came to this place looking at high reviews. Here is my opinion: The staff is very polite and courteous. Food however, isn't as good as I had expected. Veggies in the chicken soup are soft and chicken completely dry after heating it up several times I assume. Chicken taco were soaked in beans so couldn't really pick them up. Chicken was dry and hard to swallow. I couldn't taste any seasonings on the food and tasted bland. I had to pour salsa on everything to get some flavors!

Had a business meeting here in their outdoor enclosed patio. The patio was clean and fit our group of 28 comfortably. It was a great location just a little loud at times with Harley Davidsons etc driving down Chapman but didn't disrupt too much. Great food and customer service!

The waiter was rude and threw our plate on the table and hasn't come back to check on us. The food was cold it's been a bad experience here.
