they had very delicious food here! the inside of the building is beautiful! the waiters are nice and make sure you get everything. they are humans too remember to be nice! i wouldn't recommend coming if you have a large party with you. its not really expensive with a few people but it can get pretty pricy. ALSO THERE ARE VEGAN OPTIONS!!

Don't be fooled by this place. The food looked great at first but after my whole family started eating not one of us finished our plate. The mole sauce tasted burnt. The carnitas was burnt and dry. The tortilla on the enchilada seemed liked it was microwaved and the rolled up. The chips were mixed with fresh and stale chips. The highlight of the menu seems to be the margaritas. The service was great and the view of the fireworks was good but thats just about it.

Tasty dishes that are presented well and the service was great. Came here on a Saturday in January around noon and we were seated immediately (4 people). The food is slightly pricey for what it is but it is on par for a Disney location. Our server made some wonderful cocktail recommendations that paired well with our food. It's great to sit on the patio, enjoy your food and watch all the DD activity outside. My only (small) complaint was the ceviche was very light on shrimp (pictured). I order ceviche at every restaurant where it is offered and this is without a doubt the smallest amount of shrimp I've come across in a while. Still tasty but light on what I consider to be the defining ingredient. Other than that, all the other food was flavorful and very enjoyable. I'd recommend this place to friends.

Takes a while to get seated in, but thatโ€™s fine. The food however, is disappointing and over-priced. If you want to charge premium price, make sure the food is premium quality too. $12 for a water-boiled hot dog that tastes like rotten meat is extremely disgusting. Burrito and nacho is sloppy and doesnโ€™t taste good as well. Wonโ€™t recommend to dine here.

The Staff was amazing. We did the table side guacamole and it was made to order. Very delicious. The nachos are huge and shareable. The outside area have nice heaters and umbrellas. The inside will have a wait to be seated.

Have been here quite a bit. First time writing review. This place is really good, nothing i have tried has have tasted bad, every thing has always been delicious. The tequila flights are great, and margaritas are strong. The service is always on point, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and drink options. Definitely recommend this place if your in downtown Disney.

This is one of the few restaurants in the area open for breakfast. Our food was delicious and Cece was an excellent server! The breakfast burrito was very good and filling. They also serve 2 salsas (green and red) with chips. Kids pancakes were also very good. Hubby had the loaded Bloody Mary and enjoyed it. It was a quick walk from our Disneyland hotel. Great spot for breakfast.

Norma and Maria deliver absolute great service! Our table was checked on constantly and we were pleased with how friendly and kind our servers were. The food here is amazing. Tasty, flavorful, filling, and for a pretty good price too! Considering we spent hundreds in the Disney parks for smaller portioned meals. Easy 5 stars!

Our server was really nice and super efficient, I was very impressed with him. (Wish I could remember his name) My only complaint was the reservation system. We had made reservations way in advance and had to wait in a long line to let them know about our reservation and that we had arrived. Then they took our phone number to text us when the table would be ready, then we had to wait in the long line again after we were texted to notify them we received the text. I thought a reservation was supposed to avoid all these extra steps and lines? Enchiladas were pretty good though.

I took my wife to eat here when we wanted to visit Downtown Disney. I looked at the reviews and pictures beforehand which were all good. I was also surprise that I was able to make reservation like a week before since all the other restaurants at downtown disney were already booked for dinner time. The check in process was easily, you just check in at the host stand and they'll send you a text when your table was ready. The walk in line wasn't long at all so you can take the risk and try coming here without reservation. When we got seated, our waiter Avelino came and took our drink menu. I got the Carne Asada street tacos and I asked to sub the rice/bean with fries which he said I could. I also asked if I can get Pico De Gallo with my tacos and asked if it was extra. Avelino said they charge but he'll waive it for me so that was appreciated. My wife got the Enchiladas Suizas because Avelino recommended that since she wasn't sure between that or the Mole. She ended up loving the Suizas so it was a win-win. When my tacos came out, they forgot to sub the fries so the waiter who brought out my food went back and fixed it for me. They also had a photographer going around giving a complimentary key chain picture of you and you can also buy the larger prints if you want to. We were really impress with the food here and the service by our waiter was perfect.

It was good. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because being Latina I have high expectations for Mexican food. Horchanta was really good. The Nachos tasted good but I wanted the cheese more melted. Atmosphere was great.

my boyfriend had Chilaquiles, he said โ€œthey were super good. Kind of made me fart though maybe was a coffee also, it was super nice though.โ€ i had the breakfast quesadilla, i usually do not like breakfast but i loved this! the chipotle sauce and cojita cheese on top were fantastic. guacamole was excellent. both salsas were great, i think i preferred the verde. our waitress, Maria, was so sweet and kind. all of the servers were very sweet, too. excellent, fast service. definitely recommend.

On a busy Wednesday night there was about a 45 minute wait for two, however we were able to walk in and sit down at the bar, where we could order from the full menu. I ordered the cheese enchilada combination with beans and a cup of fruit as sides. The enchiladas were flavored well and tasted great, however the corn tortillas were a little under cooked and very chewy. The salsa that came with the chips was excellent! The service good at the bar, especially on a busy evening.

We went here for breakfast and I must say the food was so fresh and full of flavor. Our server Heidi was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed and was so helpful with our needs due to gluten allergies. Will definitely come back.

They had a few vegetarian options which was nice. They had one person making table side guacamole and the table next to us were already well through their entrees by the time she got to them. Our server was triple sat at once which is not a cool thing to do to the server. Part of our order was forgotten and the kitchen seemed to be backed up as well. I think they were just short staffed and there were too many tables to handle. I ordered vegetarian fajitas which were very flavorful but were swimming in oil. Enchiladas and kids meals were good. ๐ŸŒฑ

I've eaten here many times before and have always received quality food and service. Today the wait for our order took much longer than usual, and the food was not served hot, only just warm. The quality was very good and the people were friendly and helpful. I had the Tortilla Soup and the Carne Asada Street Tacos. Both were very good, just merely warm, which was a little disappointing. Today seemed to be an exception for what I usually receive here, which is hot and fresh food served quickly. I will return, and I would recommend this place to others looking for a good Mexican restaurant while in the area.

Staff were amazing! We had an allergy and they were so accommodating. This was our first time here after many years of being a pass holder, and we're sad/happy to learn they will be closing in about 2 years but hopefully moving to a new location in DTD.

Cece (Cecelia) was our waitress and she was fantastic!! They were very busy, which we expected since it is located in downtown Disney. She came around to our table and apologized for the wait and brought us waters. We ordered chips and salsa and 3 entrees. Chips were warm and fresh! Salsa was delicious and fresh. I ordered the street fish tacos and they were perfect! Great portion size and so yummy!! Came with a side of street corn and I could have honestly eaten an entire bucket of that. It was so good!!! Overall, great experience and service!

Bottomless chips and salsa for $8 for groups over 5 which is awesome. Pictured are the fajitas with black beans, which also came with bottomless corn and flour tortillas. 2 of us shared this dish. Very accommodating if wanting to change your meal a little. Nice get away in Downtown Disney for lunch!!

I've been to Tortilla Jo's many times when I'm visiting Downtown Disney. During my most recent visit, we had Tortilla Jo's for dinner. We didn't have reservations, but we were seated right away, during dinner! That is a win-win especially when it was a Friday evening during spring break time. My husband and I shared the chip and salsa/ceviche. Both were good, but if I had to choose one, I would choose the ceviche! For our entrรฉe, we got the pick two combinations (rice and beans come with it). Service was quick and our server was awesome! Even though they were busy, our server always took the time to check up on us to see how everything was going. So, if you're craving Mexican food while at Downtown Disney, check out Tortilla Jo's!

We try to eat on property as much as possible and were able to snag a reservation here on short notice. The food was good but the ambiance wasn't for us. This is not a slight against the place, more of a personal preference. They made our guacamole tableside which was interesting. We will most likely pass on this on our next visit

this was my first time at disney and it was such a happy experience. the food was delicious and the service was even better. our server Cece is truly an angel and i wonโ€™t hesitate to visit this restaurant again the next time i visit. Cece made us feel so welcome and like she truly cared. She asked about our plans for after breakfast and shared one of her funny stories with us. we were blessed to have her ๐Ÿฉท

We had fajita to share and freshly made guacamole. The lady made the guacamole right in fronf of us with the cart that she had and she would ask if we want something more on the guacamole. It was amazing taste and amount. Very pricey but hey, it's downtown Disneyland. For the amount of fajita that we got, it was a bit too little. Back home, we would get more for less price. But hey again, it's downtown Disneyland. The corn on the side was decent taste and size. At least they can give you unlimited tortilla chips so that will definitely make you feel full. Ended up spending $70 including tip. Not cheap, but hey, it's downtown Disneyland.

I went at about 11:30a, and there was basically no line to get in. However, the food was awesome. Even if this place isn't as fancy as the jazz kitchen across the road, if you're looking for a nice al fresco Mexican place, you'd be hard pressed to find better within the resort itself.

The food wasn't good, the shredded beef just tasted wrong. The strawberry smoothies were not sweet they were tart and tasted carbonated. Not worth the price. The only good thing was the chips and salsa. We weren't even given silverware until we had to ask after we were given our food. And they couldn't get our checks right. Even after talking to the manager they removed the wrong item from our check, and both checks were messed up.

I went here with my family. We had a great server named Rudy. In our week in Disney our best meal was here at Tortilla Jo's. Highly recommend going here if your in downtown Disney looking for a bite. The food and drinks are well priced for the portion size. They have a good margaritas. The staff was fast and efficient. Over its a great restaurant yo7 need to check out.
