I was so disappointed I didn't know what to do with myself. I ordered their New Beef Crunchstada it absolutely looked nothing like the picture. It didn't have any sour cream on it until I asked for it and I have a picture to show it. I will never ever go there again. The manager (Miguel) if I'm not mistaken was not accommodating at all. Very rude the redo was worse then the first. Do you see any tomatoes? They come on it. Enough said......

This Del Taco used to be a great spot 3 years ago with an awesome staff. Like another local Guide said the lady at the drive thru Angelina (at this location) or her name something like that (Said she’s the manager) looked irritated because I was unwilling to accept scraps of chicken… NOT a professional response. Don’t close the window while a customer is speaking. Check the cameras, this staff = RUDE. Food mediocre as another local guide mentioned Now for the proof, don’t take my word for it. Where is the chicken? I work hard for my money so yeah I wasn’t going to accept this slop. All Angelina or what we said is “I’m really busy” uh, that’s not an acceptable answer to a paying consumer ALL THUMBS DOWN for this location.

My food was prepared by the manager (I assume, it was 3 AM and only 2 people were there) and he wasn't wearing a mask. He interacted with me and still didn't put on his mask even while I was wearing mine. Definitely never going to this del taco again and probably won't go to any for awhile, i live with my grandparents and its ridiculous that he wasn't wearing a mask.

I was really disappointed at the presentation the quality and poor flavor of the food I mean I ordered 8tacos all but 2 where the same I ordered 3 3layer nachos looked like corn flakes with lots of beans to cover them and hardly any sauce or cheese the 4 bean and cheese burritos where half bean n cheese and half tortilla 4 reals BEWARE POOR QUALITY AND CARELESSNESS

I was only one in restaurant and patiently waited for someone to take my order (alot conversation in back between two employees) When an employee finally came to front we made eye contact but she never acknowledged me(I’ll be with you in a min. would’ve sufficed but nope)Waited a few moments longer as she was in deep conversation with another manager (who was actually working). As it turns out I guess her gossip was more important than doing one’s job and to top it off the crunchy tacos I had ordered came with the bonus extra stale taco shells. Nah this location is no longer a go for me.

They don’t put sauce on the chicken soft tacos here anymore. And when I ask for extra they barely give me any.

Terrible ! These people need some help in management as its managements responsibility to insure employees have a good idea what a good idea what's out all about. Don't you agree?
