The
concept
of
this
restaurant
is
quite
strange.
A
hotplate
in
the
middle
of
the
table
and
you
cook
your
own
food
in
a
sort
of
hot
broth.
They
bring
you
the
ingredients
you
choose,
and
off
you
go.
Most
meats
come
frozen.
Not
always
easy
to
know
the
cooking
time
of
the
ingredients
(if
you've
never
cooked
them
before)
or
adjusting
the
hotplate.
The
staff
seemed
annoyed
when
asked
questions
and
the
waitress
came
and
filled
my
broth
with
water
without
asking
or
explication.
Don't
be
in
a
hurry
at
this
restaurant,
it
takes
time
to
cook
your
food.
When
it's
ready
you
take
it
out
with
a
small
sieve
and
eat
it
with
chopsticks.
No
fork
or
spoon
is
available.
Impossible
to
drink
your
broth!
Saying
that,
the
vegetables
are
fresh
and
I
did
eat
well.
However,
for
the
price
I
payed,
I
was
dissatisfied
with
the
overall
inconvenience
and
service.
From
the
other
comments
on
google,
people
find
the
concept
great
but
not
me!
Next
time
I'll
eat
Chinese
food
where
it's
cooked
by
a
Chinese
person
not
myself!
