Let’s talk about costumer service, or lack there of. After a simple drive through order of a meal, 5 sliders, a large curly fry, and a large jalapeño bite. When we got to the window after taking our card Trey asked what our order was. Then after asking if our large curly fry was in the bag that we always had he said they didn’t have them ready. It gets good here…. After looking in the bag and realizing that there were only 3 of the 5 there my wife walked into the store. It was at this point she was heated with hostility, Trey told her he didn’t like her attitude when she pointed out they did not in fact have our order correct. Then the “manager” put her hands on Trey’s shoulders to hold him back. So we are clear my wife is 5’2” so has I actually walked in the store I believe Trey would have been a little more respectful. When asking for a refund they didn’t even refund the full amount because “she did not order 5 sliders”. Except bank records don’t lie and I would like all of my money that is owed. This will be addressed further!

Door dash order here. Somehow their fries always suck. They want $5+ to make sandwiches a combo. A medium order of Curly Fries is $3.50. You should get fries that are actually edible for prices like that. It's always dry, hard, old fries. Sloppy sandwiches. Just all around sub par quality.

I have a great fish fry Thursday evenings. All you can eat and I like their spaghetti can’t say everything is good but average most of the food is OK. The waitresses are very bubbly and very professional.

Would rate a 0 if it was possible. Went through the drive thru on 9/24 around 5:30pm. Ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich, only to get a regular roast beef sandwich. Ordered wings that are supposed to come with fries, got no fries. Asked for a drink, and it had no ice. Every aspect of the order was messed up. Whoever runs this restaurant sucks. DO BETTER, it’s not hard to make sure orders are correct before handing them out.

My sandwich was a little dry. I ordered a Ruben and I've always had good food. So, just once, it didn't measure up. The workers were really helpful and pleasant. Hardly any wait time.

Arby's is our current obsession. We like the one in Auburn Indiana. I'm hooked on the fish. Jim gets a Double Roast Beef. Curly fries all around.

Had to honk horn for someone to answer window. Then they asked what we wanted and then said wait. We left. What kind of employees work here?

Ordered a RB and cheddar sub turkey. No Cheddar on sandwich. Hardly any meat. Tried to call only to get a fax machine. So you can even call the store.
