I stayed 3 nights for business and everything was almost perfect. Breakfast is great and change everyday. Nice service thank you the twin. GYM center with nice view on Ankara. Great Spa with turkish bath expérience. Large and clean room with all service necessary. The team is there to solve any problem. 10/10

Newly changed into an IHG property. I was there on the second day of their opening. The hotel has the feeling of being new. The room was nice, quite and pleasant to be in. The staff was very friendly and trying to do their best to help. The hotel was not so full so everything seemed organized and running smoothly. The breakfast was very good and the staff were trying to do their best to be hospitable. The dinner was fine but a bit too expensive The hotel has a spa that was standard.

IT WAS AN OVERALL OK EXPERIENCE 1. FOOD WAS GRAND ESPICALLY BREAKFAST, THEY SERVED EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING POSSIBLE ONLY NO BIRDS MILK 2. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT VERY FRIENDLY FELT I WAS HOME 3. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN ONLY ISSUE THE AC, KEEPING ROOM TEMPERATURE WAS VERY HARD THE AIR FROM THE AC DOES NOT COME WHERE YOU SLEEP 4. BATHROOM WAS CLEAN EXCELLENT SHOWER EXPERIENCE ONLY THE SHOWER GEL WAS OUT, HOUSEKEEPING NEEDS TO CHECK OFTEN 5. FREE VALET PARKING 6. RESTAURANT, DINNER TIME WAS NICE VERY TASTY FOOD AND EXCELLENT SERVICE 7. SMART TV IN THE ROOMS IS A NICE TOUCH 👌

The rug putting under the bed makes the feet side higher than the head side. So I slept up down for a week. The design is so bad and so carelessly. The service was good and that's why I give 4, otherwise I want to give 1 star. Why a hotel doesn't have a director considering the sleeping conditions? I just want to have a good sleep.

It's excellent hotel. Very modern and new. Very professional staff and friendly atmosphere. I absolutely recommend this hotel for your staying. I really enjoyed the time being in here and i appreciate your effort andhospitality. I recommend you to have Luggage Racks in the rooms.

Been to Crowne Plaza Ankara several times, rooms are clean and service is good, the hotel is fairly new with a nice gym. Location not the best in Ankara however there are still accessible places around it. Friendly staff overall.

Phenomenal experience from reservation all the way to check out. Ceren from reservations arranged an early check-in hours before the regular time so we could drop off our bags and head straight to a meeting downtown. Front desk staff, Guven, Katerina and Ibrahim were courteous and followed up on overall experience we had throughout our stay. Mr. Mertcan, keep up the world class service! We definitely will be back!

The Hotel is only 1 year old , the Room is big, clean and tidy. Food is very good, breakfast is very Rich Staff are so nice. The hotel is a bit far from city center There's a big shopping center 10min walking distance called acity mall. Another outlet mall very close to the hotel entrance called gmart mall.

The staff at front desk are very welcoming. The waiters are lovely and warm people. Very inviting and accommodating. I have been to this Crowne Plaza before and chose to stay with them again due to the location, fitness centre, and most importantly, the service.

All personnels are so friendly, specially twins, they are so oriented for client. They have to be promoted, as the inspiration from them need to be elevated to another level.

Very friendly staff who will go to extra mile to make the state as comfortable as possible. The finishing of the hotel is top and top furniture. Any amenities you can imagine and the spa is five star. 100% recommendation
