Not recommended as business hotel! The wifi internet is extremely slow in the room although I have full signal. Mostly no connection. I'm here for business trip and that's useless. But it is clean and the breakfast is nice. Also the swimming pool and fitness room is good. But as mentioned, for business I would choose another hotel with better internet.

Great hotel, with nice service. I enjoyed the room very much! Especially its open bathroom:) open buffet breakfast. Also there is a chance to order breakfast into the room. Our stay here was amazing

Well positioned hotel, close to center and shopping area, very nice and big room. Clean inside, private parking area, and good conditions to stay safe at this Covid time. Breakfast is a minus, very poor and basic, the staff did not understand English language and whatever you ask, the chances to forget is very high. And second minus is that the hotel need for sure to be renovated and all furniture to be replaced. For at the end was OK.

Near to everything and accessible but the bad thing i dont lik some clean our room and throw away some stuff and then took our extra key ..but overall good and helpful too

Shame to have such a hotel in premium location no maintenance, room carpets need to be replaced so dirty. I hope IHG will immediately renovate this property as soon as they take over otherwise...

Good Hotel in the center of Ankara. For sure not the cheapest one, but worth every cent. Nice Gym with Indoor Pool for sport swimming.

You have an excellent location But the service in the rooms is bad The water system is not working properly

It is my second time at the Grand Ankara Hotel. It is very comfortable. Besides the very important people you see in the lobby (that may make you nervous) it is very nice . Especially The Swimming Pool !!!

Defenitly a great hotel to stay in. Gym a bit old. Food is good.

There was no way to reduce room temperature and the brekfest doesn't change so if it happens that you don't like it you are stuck, espresso machine broken

Super nice Stay in Ankara, its close from embassices and city center. The staff are really helpfull. i cant wait to visit ankara again.

Situated at the heart of the capital. Rooms were ok but couldn't control the room temperature and it was very hot. Other than didn't have any issues. Breakfast was good

It was perfect. Their saloons are extra ordinary . I strongly suggeet for dinner and cocktail programs .

one of the nicest spots to stay in the heart of Turkey, they used to have casinos here but there are none for more than two decades oh no I just gave out my age

Everything was neat and well organized even though half of the interior was outdated like elevators and furniture. Friendly and professional staff. Also loved their breakfast.

We have an anniversary night at this hotel and we enjoyed the food. The music was very good. Waiters we a bit slow but as I said overall it was good

The hotel is nice and clean well designed .. alot of details Just one problem the stuff must english or another language And i didn't like the crocodile pattern especially on the restaurant tables

Do not eat in hotel restaurant food quality very poor for 5star hotel it's almost like B&B. Rooms are ok but AC not enough if your room getting sun during afternoon you will be hot.
