Besides its age, (30 years) the decoration style looks old but it feels clean. The service is perfect, great location, comfy rooms and the great scenery of Ankara. In my opinion, this hotel deserves 5 stars.

I have stayed for almost 3 weeks total in the last month at the Sheraton Ankara. Our team is doing earthquake relief in Antakia. Though the staff was amazing I want to bring to you attention one of your staff in particular. Melek this young woman is amazing customer service beyond belief. Whether I was in the upstairs lounge or the lobby bar she was attentive to my every need. I was met with a warm greeting and a smile and exceptional service. Melek was engaging in conversation though it was done through google translate she did everything in her power to make me feel welcome, relaxed and at home! If there is any particular recognition that the hotel gives to their staff I highly recommend Melek for an award. Every service establishment should strive to have staff like Melek she is genuine, pure and a beautiful person that makes the day of a weary traveler much better! I will return to stay at the Sheraton Ankara and much of my decision will be based upon my interaction with Melek!!

Most the staffs were roude and didn't listen to our need. Most of them didn't speak English. We had 3 rooms and found bugs in our rooms and I showed them and have pictures of them and they said it's normal, seriously!!

I was greeting with a very friendly smile from Kaan. He was a delight and made my stay so enjoyable. I slept really good and felt like a new person the next day. Next morning was check-out and dod not want to leave. The Sheraton has class and their breakfast was also very delicious. There's so much to say about this place and you can believe will be returning. It's my new place to stay in Ankara. Oh, now I must compliment housekeeping a man name " Murad" probably spelled his name incorrectly, my point is he was such a wonderful, funny, and extremely kind. He is the backbone of the Sheraton, an outstanding man. Please thank him for me and that I appreciate his help and kindness.

Really enjoyed and remembered my stay. I have stayed at a couple of dozens hotels so far. This one has become the top hotel in my list. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. Front desk was remarkably helpful. Every staff member I encountered - breakfast, room service, concierge, housekeeping - was delightful and eager to help. Overall, high end rooms and high quality service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ankara.

Good enough hotel, room was comfortable and breakfast good. There were few slight annoyances, which I didn't mention to staff since I only stayed couple of nights. Might have been fixed if I had. Windows were fairly dirty, the pillows were too thick (I just slept without) and there was a fragrance in the room that still sticks in my clothes. Not a horrible one, but still there. Couple of washes and week or so of airing outside got rid of most of the smell. Probably not going to use those clothes in the house, but should be fine for outdoors by now. This most likely won't be a problem for most people, if you use any perfumed products at home it's going to cover any remaining scent.

Excellent hotel. Great breakfast offerings, tastefully furnished rooms, nice staff and good spa! The only thing I didn’t like was being charged for my entire stay one day ahead of time; what would have happened if I would have missed my flight ?

We had a good stay here. The accessibility was acceptable. It's located on Tunali street, which is always packed with people and has a great night life. We enjoyed the services provided by the hotel and the great behavior of the staff. All in all, it is a little expensive, but you can tell that it's worth it.

We chose the Sheraton Hotel for its location and quality; we made the right decision; With the sincere approach of the employees and the friendly service they gave us during our stay, we confirmed that our choice was correct. Had a very pleasant and satisfying stay at the Sheraton hotel in Ankara! They did an exceptional job with their service towards us, from vallet parking to answering questions regarding the city. The room itself was also very clean and comfortable for my wife and I. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ankara, it is also very close to some of the best restaurants in the city

I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Ankara Hotel! The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries I had during my two-night stay. Their helpfulness definitely enhanced my overall experience. However, the only aspect that fell slightly short was the breakfast buffet. While it was decent, I found the selection to be somewhat limited compared to my expectations. Nevertheless, it didn't overshadow the positive aspects of my stay.

Rooms changed decorations it’s fair. With no reason it’s expensive - super bad service, shampoo and shower gel is quite liquid they cleanup room by occasionally you have to remember them every time, no towel change no tissues - lobby and indoor area is always crowded by ceremony and some meetings

The staff here go above and beyond for good customer service. Highly recommend. The location can’t be beat!

As for me - the best place to stay in Ankara. A beautiful hotel where classic meet modern. Perfect cleanliness, good breakfast and great location. If you’ll get upper floor, the view on the city will be amazing. And for sure fully equipped gym and big indoor pool. As always one complain about Sheraton - if you want faster WiFi you need to pay more.

This place is epic! From the front desk to the concierge to the massages and restaurant. You must try Brasserie for dinner followed by the jazz club downstairs. A massage by Nila literally fixed by frozen neck and back. Concierge and front desk folks were delightful. Great location / I’m a huge fan can’t wait to come back it really is the best.

I recently had a short but wonderful stay at the Sheraton Ankara Hotel. The customer service, particularly from Gurhan, was exceptional. Gurhan went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making our experience truly memorable. The hotel's amenities, coupled with the attentive staff, made for a fantastic stay. I highly recommend Sheraton Ankara for a delightful and relaxing accommodation.

Everything was perfect except airport transfer. The transfer ordering procedure was complicated. Finally, we got a regular taxi.

Beautiful hotel with the kindest staff! My bags were lost by the airline upon arrival and the concierge Bulent diligently worked every day to retrieve them. He also gave great restaurant recommendations. All of the staff genuinely seemed to care about my well-being and did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable and carefree. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is well located to many shops and restaurants. It also has decent rooms and a good breakfast. The shops inside are not where you go for bargains, but it is a nice amenity.

A nice hotel near the centre of the City. The rooms are big. I ordered something from the room service.the service was frienldly as well as the food good. Having diner in the garden restaurant is my tipp for everybody

I lost my wallet during a train trip to Ankara prior to my reservation and when I arrived at the hotel early in the morning they had already prepared my room. Furthermore they were very tolerant about my check in. I have serious health problems and they were very emphatatetic. The hotel is located in central Ankara close to the Tunalı Hilmi street and many pastry shops in walking distance. The breakfast was superb I had the best Eggs Benedict in years make sure you ask it with bacon. I would like to personally thank Mr.Cenk Ms.Maria Ms.Burçin Ms.Mehtap Mr.Coşkun and Mr.Bora for their warm hospitality and above all friendship.

Large hotel with excellent facilities. Large indoor swimming pool, very large gym and rooftop tennis court. There is a nice jazz club open at weekends.

Great fitness facilities and nice bar with live band and fridays & saturdays.

I have recently stayed at Sheraton Ankara Hotel for 4 nights and I have generally had a very good time. I was here for work, as a conference interpreter, but I also had quality time at the health centre after the meetings. The staff in general were super friendly, helpful and warm, especially Kaan who was extremely kind and helpful at the reception, as well as Aysima. Also, Ayça, Kübra, Ayhan, Şeyda and Gülbilen and the whole staff at the restaurant were nice and attentive during breakfast and lunch. I'm grateful to all of them for their friendliness and hard work 🙂

I had been staying at Sheraton from 10 to 14 May 2022 where I also had an event. It's been an excelent experience! Ramazam and the whole team taking care of catering/meals have been amazing to work with, helpful and in good spirit! Kudos to the team taking care of us at Tulipia 1, as well! Highly recommend the hotel!

Highly classy hotel with great service. Breakfast is a legend. It has everything including Turkish Bagel (Simit). Rooms are pretty big, clean and have great view but very poorly decorated. It gives an impression that you are in UAE or Saudi. Valet service for parking is perfect. Heating and ventilation is very good which makes you very comfortable during night. Price of the rooms are very high but they definitely deserve this amount.

We stayed at this hotel with my family from November 5 to the 10. We had the best customer service. The hotel was beautiful and in great location. Kaan was very nice and gave us the best and most welcoming service possible. The breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely visit it again.

Very nice, up to date hotel. Fantastic breakfast, with local foods as well as the ones that you know from home. Easy to eat enough to skip lunch. Attentive, helpful and polite staff. Location in the middle of the embassy section, so there is security. Off of a busy street with lots of shopping, including numerous dress shops. Walking to restaurants.
