There were two pieces of pasta noodles stuck in the hot water pot (tea maker)!! Imagine what else they DON’T clean!! The shower does not have a door, we had to make a little contraption so to not flood the entire bathroom floor. It was very uncomfortable and dangerous with the slippery floors (yes, water still got out). The shower water smells rusty. Bathroom sink’s water faucet is a sensor which is very inconvenient and lacks temperature adjustment. The hotel is definitely NOT a five-star hotel and upgrades and re-trainings are in urgent need!

The staff was friendly and the hotel is well situated to visit. I also left my Jacket and Ayda the head of guest relations immediately arranged for it to be couriered to me - thank you Ayda and New Park Hotel. Ayda's English is excellent and she also helped me to use the board room facilities for a Zoom call.

A luxurious hotel with the superb view of the park. The hotel has a spacious and welcoming lobby with attentive staff, smiling, welcoming which makes you instantly feel at home. The hotel restaurant serves full delicious breakfast with assortment of choices to satisfy one desires. It’s Off Cafe attached to the hotel offers an outing ambience atmosphere with excellent decor and welcoming waiters. The great choice of food washed down with a pint of beer or soft drink is a great experience to behold. The rooms are clean, warm and well setup to instigate instant comfort and a dreamy sleep

We asked to change the room for a non smoking one, the recepcionist mentioned it was not possible, however I tried to make a reservation for tonight and had rooms. A hotel with 5 stars and this type of service do not deserve these number of stars. Never again avoid this hotel. A 5 start hotel should have a different treat to their customers

The staff members were very friendly, The food was delicious, and the room was super comfy. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and markets.

Stay was good, but I forgot 500 dollar in the closet, when I called them they said they did not found it. I'm sure I forgot it there, so I think room service found and took it for themselves. No probity from staff at all.

Very poor customer service. The 5th floor Deluxe Room was unclean and smelling. The second floor Deluxe room was tiny and extremely cold. I was charged 1000TL for the room.

Rooms, housekeeping, breakfast and the service on general are absolutely marvellous. The spa is a welcome addition, at more than reasonable prices. Restaurant/bar also serve local and international beers, and good food.

The New Park Hotel is located at the centre of Ankara and easy access to shopping area and walking distance to Kizilay Mall and local supermarkets. The room is clean and enough for a solo traveller and the hotel has a well-balanced and excellent buffet breakfast. Walkable to shopping area yet located in a quieter neighbourhood. Near to a small supermarket. Room is clean although a little small. Buffet dinner and breakfast here was excellent.

Very nice place in the hearth of Ankara. People are nice, rooms are clean. Service quality is higher than average. It was an enjoyable place.

Although there were minor issues with the room service payment, Ms.Ayday from the Guest Relations team apologized and kindly resolved the problem efficiently. However, my personal opinion regarding the soundproofing and cleanliness of the hotel room remains the same. Overall, I am satisfied.

I didn’t regret that I choose this hotel when I stay for 4 days in Ankara last week. It’s a center for all. Very nice and hospitable staff. There breakfast is good and it’s not repeated food. Room is clean. Yes, I like it… clean and good amenities

A delicious meal in Tokyo, all of the dishes were beautiful, and thoughtfully plated. Each dish had wonderful flavor and was explained thoroughly beforehand. The locally sourced ingredients are amazing, and the chef really makes each individual ingredient shine. Will definitely be coming back. Restaurant can be difficult to find, it is located on the third floor!

5 star Hotel, a little bit used, which was seen in my bathroom, but not so critical, the rest are awesome. Pretty good gym, very good breakfast and other meals, spa zone also well. So it is good place to stay while being in Ankara. I like it.

If you get the room on parkview side, these are slightly spacious but with twin beds. The rooms with king bed are on the backside thus nothing to see. The hotel being on main road is noisy till late night and same traffic noise is disturbing from early morning before sunrise. The service is good and cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast was also acceptable but could have been better than what they serve. It was strange that breakfast only offered black coffee, tea etc however coffee specialties such as cappuccino and latte etc were on charge. The spa and steam baths are free for customers but massage is charged. All attractions in the city are approachable from hotel with local bus and train. Full marks for parkview rooms and hotel location but if one can tolerate the traffic noise. Windows need special work to make the plac we sound proof as one five star hotel should be.

Good place to stay in the middle of Ankara. There's a park literally in front of the hotel... there's also Ankaray station (Kolej), easy enough to get everywhere around the city from the hotel. Just that the elevator here is so small, can only fit 2 people & 2 luggage.

Clean, nice view of the park, a bit noisy from the traffic. Worth the money but the workers at reception need to work on their attitude as they come off as really rude and miserable.

The rooms are comfortable especially if you’re taking a park view room. The hotel is in a central location. All activities and landmarks are accessible from the hotel either by car or walking. The neighborhood is safe at any time of the day. The hotel offers a very rich breakfast selection. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They follow through with any requests. Highly recommended and I will surely use it again.

The room is comfortable and enough for two people. Location is also good! If you go by car you have a private parking and one staff member will park your car there. In the morning you listened people talking in the aisle. The breakfast is also limited, there are plenty of things but at the end there's nothing for intolerant/allergic people (you don't have an allergic table). Scramble eggs are very liquid.

Tldr; it is a 2.5-star hotel, at best. To start, we were given a smoking room even though we booked a non-smoking room online. At least they changed our rooms (from a king bed room to 2 single beds, first error) Water pressure in the shower is very bad. Water pumps are not that luxury, this hotel definitely needs one. Forget about that cleansing shower in the evening with barely flowing water. Showers also lack maintenance. Our first room had broken shower door that does not fully close and rusted metals in the shower, does not feel good or clean. Also need to mention the noise, if you need a quiet room, this is not it. Edit: Since the review the hotel's been harassing us (by calling, texting every day) to offer us an 'upgrade' so that we can spend more money with them with no promises to fix the errors they made or the problems in the rooms. They only want us to spend more money and fix the review. I've stayed at way better properties in Ankara, with better service. Cannot recommend.

THIS IS A REAL REVIEW FROM A STAY LAST WEEK, NOT A PHONEY PLANTED REVIEW. TERRIBLE HOTEL, EVERY ROOM IS A SMOKING ROOM NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY. RUNDOWN, DIRTY, AWFUL BREAKFAST. THE ONLY POSITIVE IS THE CENTRAL LOCATION SO YOU CAN GET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR A FEW HOURS.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Rooms are just terrible. They gave me a room wich is recently renovated. The room stinked like sewage. Toilet was very dirty. Flush button was broken so i had to put the cover on its place each time i use it. Water accumulates under your feet while taking a shower. The shower head broke and fell on my head while i was showering. Water accumulates in the sink too and does not drain. Window frame was broken and wasn't working so i had to sleep in a freezing cold. Mini bar was empty. By the way this was the third room they gave me because first two was smelling so bad i asked them to change my room. During this room changing process they gave me a room occupied by another customer and i ran in his room while he was changing. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world and i have never seen a five star hotel with such a filthy and small rooms. Open buffet was teriible too. I don't recommend this place . This place is not 5 stars, it can only be 2!

Extreamly great service. Staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast was always good and fresh. However we would wish a bit of more local food and sweets for the breakfast. Especially when the hotel is in the middle of city center and 500m away there are all possible local restaurants and food vendors, that can supply it :)

Even though it's classified as 5 star hotel, still they can modify a little bit to make it look like. The room is spacious, well equipped, still the billows are terrible. The AC is extremely weak and you can't stay there without opening the windows. The breakfast is basic with lack of live station for eggs. The staff and the housekeeping are extremely wonderful. Location is perfect with lots of services around.

Not 5 stars hotel, maybe 4. Everything was fine, except the fact that for 5 stars the personal from the restaurant didn't speak english. The location is nice, good position.

One of the most great places that I spent a wonderful time ... highly recommended and the staff were very friendly and helpful... special thank to Ms.touç ( hopefully the name speiling is right 🤭🤭)at the front desk as she was very professional and corporate. All was great hotel-wise. I would just especially like to mention the hair-dresser/ barbershop downstairs. Not only an amazingly good haircut but because i don't speak turkish i also received a facial waxing. 🙂😄. First one of my life. Guys, it's definitely worth the pain. And because all together was less then 4 euros, i paid voluntarily twice the price. Enjoy!!!

Nice view, polite and sociable staff despite of lack of English comand ...apart the receptionist the rest didnt quite understand English lang or other european languages. I would like to thank the receptionist..prompt and kind and with a good sense oh humour!

Nice and very attentive personnel. You can reach the receptionist even via WhatsApp if needed,- officially. Nice amenities. Turkish bath, gym and even massage and spa. Recommended for business travelers. There is a huge difference between walk-ins and internet booking though. So better use internet for booking and also credit card for not getting confused with exchange rates.

The hotel has its technical problems like A/C not blowing hot air even though the staff said they changed them to "winter mood". Wi-Fi wasn't very good so i used my own data most times. But the staff was very friendly and helpful, they solved the issues with immediate actions like sending me a heater etc. Also the food was delicious.

Coming from Switzerland, I dealt with a lot of hotels, New Park is my favorite in Ankara and I don’t even hesitate before choosing my staying place. Let me tell you why I decide to take time to write this : emergency forced me to find a place to stay in Ankara last minute late in the evening, despite their full hotel they managed a way to welcome me as good as they always did in the past ! The service and location are excelent. The room itself requires renovation and have specific unpleasant smell.

We stayed here for a night and were very surprised by how friendly and warm everyone was. A special thanks to the Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Aydan for her time, she was always accessible via WhatsApp; she replied to our questions in a timely manner and even managed to arrange a SPA experience on a short notice. The SPA was amazing with excellent facilities at an affordable price. We tried the Scrub & foam massage, Bali massage, and Relax massage. All 3 were perfect. The staff was kind enough to adapt the experience to suit our personal constraints. #perfectforcouples

Not so good hygiene. Non smoking room smells very bad and when using air-conditioning you get tobacco smell in your room. Bad wifi. Very unfriendly helpdesk. Will not come for a second time.

Basically unlike what you expect from a five-star hotel, the service and the rooms was a 4-star tops! I stayed there for 8 nights. The cleanliness was good and the breakfast is surprizingly incredible. But the rest is nothing more than normal. The location is good and you have easy access to subway stations and bus stations. This is not a luxury place to stay at in my opinion. Therefore, I believe it is really over priced for a simple normal hotel that it is. The main problem of my entire stay though, was the fact that the staff barely spoke any English. There was just this one woman who could communicate in English.

Clean and nice, fully equipped (iron, minibar, safe, etc) room. Food (breakfast and dinner) is diverse and delicious. Nice bar is attached to the hotel with live music.
