I stay in many hotels regularly, this was One of my worst experiences ever. Room was not clean enough, the ancient old style air-conditioning was making unbelievable noise i couldn't sleep 💤😴. Breakfast was very poor in options and not delicious at all. The taste of most food available was very bad. Imagine there were no potatoes nor any types soups.. etc.

I love staying at this hotel, this is the second time I stayed there. The staff are very lovely , and very helpful. Specially the reception mr Eren Altin , he was remarkable and helpful. The rooms are cosy, comfortable ,clean and no noise at all. I loved staying there and definitely if I do come back ankara it's my go to place. Also their price is affordable for all. Their cleaning staff specially miss oija were very lovely. I recommend this place to everyone , I stay at a lot of hotels while traveling. All the hotels which are price friendly , always have something or the other wrong with it. Either the staff are rude or the food sucks or the service is bad . Here in ickale it's absolutely perfect.

A classic-style hotel similar to old European hotels. It has a very cheap massage parlour, compared to the service it provides. Its location is great, close to the main train station, and somewhat close to the Kazli area, which is the center of the city of Ankara

It's a good hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy. Had minor problems keeping the heat regulated. Having paid extra upon arrival for breakfast, it was annoying on subsequent mornings to be told in the restaurant that we were not entitled to breakfast. Communication between the front of house (Reception) and there wasn't good. Parking of the car was efficient. Generally to be recommended.

When we booked the hotel, we knew it must not be a 5 star hotel regarding the price. But we didn't expect that this will be lower than 3 star hotel. Okay, let's break it down. 1. They only have central AC, you can't adjust it per room (the button for AC is broken *see picture). And worst is, when we were there (12 Oct) they've already switched it to "Winter mode", which when you turn the room ac it only gives you warm fan. All the hallway heater also turned on. It was super hot there. When we were there the outside temp was around 20c, without the heater inside of building definitely warmer, and they added heater for that? Ridiculous! 2. The water is dirty! After all argument with the staff for AC, we wanted to clean ourself, hoping the cold water will help us to fight the heat in the room, but the water was dirty, we ended up bought a mineral water gallon for our stays there. The only good from this hotel is only the location. So, if you come on autumn, but you want a free room sauna, no need to clean your self (basically only put your luggage), this hotel suit for you.

The room price was good and the location is very convenient. The staff were nice. I did not like the towels they seemed old and the water had a brownish color on the toilet. I liked the old concept and furniture. The train station is very close and so is one metro station.

Very good experience TBH! Looks like hotel is focussing alot towards customer service and new management is taking everything very seriously. Staff looked very attentive all the time. Room are bit old styled since the building is quite old but My son loved the pool experience downstairs but you have to book it early to get a place there. They have a barber shop inside with very nominal price with good service.

The hotel is decent. Beds and pillows were nice. Limited facilities and hotel is quite dark but otherwise the stay was nice. Hotel was clean. Rooms were clean although they don't have toothbrush and my room didn't have bedroom slippers. The food spread for breakfast is varied but dinner was a little oily. The nearest mall is a km walk away. However, there are groceries stores nearby.

It was not clean. (as of Aug. 2023) ****************** I got a message from hotel manager and they will improve this problem. I hope it will be better in the near future.

Concept, comfort and satisfaction of the services provided by staff with genuinely warm heart are overwhelmingly positive for the affordable room prices. Would definitely give this hotel a place in my whitelist.

Rooms need work in this hotel, especially soundproofing of windows and doors. Overall the staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was good for the price.

Lovely Hotel Centrally Located in Ankara. 10 Liked · I really liked this hotel. I liked the old fashioned decor although it is a little dark. The room was lovely and spacious with a balcony, the bed very comfortable, everything worked in the bathroom ...strong hot shower with lots of toiletries. All the staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly; from the reception staff to the bellboy. We didn't have breakfast there so I cannot comment on the food. Unfortunately I didn't have time to use the spa facilities but they also looked clean and nice. Location was close to metro and train station. I will stay there again if I ever visit Ankara. Disliked · Nothing. Everything was great!

The 1st Day we suffered a weak internet signal and that the connection drops often. By late evening, the internet is dropping every 2 minutes and must be reset to the Laptop and phone

We enjoyed the whole stay in this hotel starting from the reception when Sarp welcomed us with his smile and offered us sweet for bayram. Room size was very good. Actually I booked this hotel for the swimming pool, but unfortunately it was closed. Breakfast was average.

Can't comment on normal rooms, as we were upgraded due to the rooms being sold out. If you are on the top floor, you have a beautiful view of Anıtkabir! It is very central and people are nice too.

The location is fine but its definitely not 5 star hotel, the rooms were clean but in 40degree heat there is no air conditioning, and when you open the windows it’s noisy, The pool has really strange rules so we could not use it. The staff were helpful and did their best to make us more comfortable.

stayed better 3 star hotels than this abomination. do not waste your time here. bellboy tried to grab my backpack from my BACK when I was checking into the hotel. elevator speaks, it is LOUD. room walls are thin! the air conditioner works plus or minus 5 degress what you set. everything scratched, stained and old in the room. towels had an extremely bad smell. there was no place to put hair body products in the shower. shower head made all of the shower floor wet. it was extremely slippery in the shower for HOURS! there was no way to set shower to a pleasant warm setting it was either BOILING HOT or DAMN COLD! there was a leak in the ground on power, it shocked me when I wanted to touch my phone, I had to charge my phone from my powerbank in a freakin 5 star hotel. you can't turn off the TV's WHITE BRIGHT STANDBY LIGHT that is literally in front of your eye! stay the ... away!

Close to Migros. Not much to do around as a tourist. Bad room condition. Extremely dry and unpleasant bathroom. Breakfast wasn't so bad.

Loved the hotel, staff and locations. Close to train station. Walking distance close to supermarkets. Rooms are very big and all facilities with bathtubs...connecting room. Management tried all efforts to make our stay special. Thank you

Very cheap luxury hotel. Especially Turkish bath underground is nice and comfortable. At bar we can drink and eat. And the waitress is pretty and kind.

The place is a really good as it is Close to a lot of places for sightseeing and hospitals:) outside of it the room is clean and they show the Qibla. The mini bar is okay has a few things and the breakfast isn't bad as they have the most you would want but the glasses are so small that it is very annoying as you kind of need 3-4 of those glasses to take the space for a regular one. The toilet is a bit uncomfortable as it is quite small and the shower is pretty bad as it gets cold and very hot all of a sudden every minute or 2 so you always get burned and then get cold.

The air-conditioning was so poor. The staff n room services are so slow that you have to call 3 to 5 times minimum to tell them what u need. Apart from that the location of the hotel is good especially the view from our room was breath-taking.

Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a major concern, regarding housekeeping. They give just one complimentary bottle of water for the entire stay. So much dust in the corners of the room and on the skirting. I think instead of throughly cleaning, they just lightly dust. Also, everyone seems to smoke in the rooms, although they are meant to be non-smoking. I was able to bear the smell of stale cigarettes for 30 minutes or so, then had to ask for the room to be changed. Which fortunately for me, they managed to do. Has a cute little library area though.

Requested a quiet room and they gave me a room right next to noisy traffic road. We were on 3rd floor but it really sounded like we opened all our windows. It was that noisy, naturally had rough sleep. Btw this is where you park your car. They said free parking and indeed it was free parking on the road. What a safe to park. Finally wifi. Yes as you assume it is awful, consistenly unstable. Now I am writing this using my sim.
