The conference room was beautiful. It was well lighted with luxury chandeliers and nice mirrors. and the chairs were comfortable. The tables were not good because there were diagonal metal bars in the corners of the table, so you couldn't sit anywhere but the midpoint of the table. If you wanted to sit on a corner, your knees and lap couldn't fit under the table. in contrast to the appearance of the tables that had the size for 2 people, only one person could use each table.

We are a family of 5 that got stranded in Ankara due to the snow storm in Istanbul. Our flight was diverted from Istanbul to Ankara. We stayed at the Hilton SA for 3 nights. They gave us connecting rooms to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The service was impecable. The manager went above and beyond to make our unplanned stay better. The meals were very good. Very helpful staff. Definitely a family friendly hotel and would recommend without a doubt.

Hospitality was appreciable! The variety on the breakfast menu was commendable. The stay was comfortable enough for 2 nights. The interior design felt aptly welcoming for tourists who come in for a refreshing experience. Room service was unexpectedly quick in response. Overall, we had a nice stay and experience!

The Cameroon Unity Day celebration held at Hilton Hotel in Ankara, Turkey on May 20, 2023, organized by the Embassy of Cameroon in Turkey, was an incredible experience. The Hilton Hotel served as a fantastic venue, providing exceptional facilities and services. This is my second stay in Hilton Ankara, and I would gladly come again. Highlights: location, view from the rooms, breakfast buffet, service overall (especially the housekeeper Filiz, who was very attentive), amenities (nice gym and spa, the Business point worked smoothly for printing, while Executive Lounge is one of the nicer ones I've visited in terms of ambience, albeit limited food offer). Needs improvement: the first time we stayed, we had a problem with our shower water regulation which they haven't been able to fix during our stay, nor offered to move us to another room; please place some transparent plastic folders to store printouts at the Business point; there should be water bottles in the spa; and neither of the two visits on arrival did we receive a Diamond member welcome basket in our room.

A pretty place which renovated greatly. Easy to reach every options in hotel. But more then everything we should serve many many thanks to Miss Aydan Erdogan to great us very well and shes compliments which also she were so kind and well about her job. But unfortunately wellness place should be thinkin twice.

A fine hotel in downtown Ankara with everything I needed for a short return visit to the Turkish capital. Staff were friendly, room was clean and very comfortable and dining/leisure facilities were top notch. Would recommend and stay here again.

I can recommend Navitas Spa Center. My husband and I loved kese&kopuk massage at hammam and planning to buy annual massage package of 10😶‍🌫️🥰 It was quiet and there was only 1 other family besides us. Maybe we can try their pool next time😊 Facility membership prices sound really good since you can utilize from most of their services.

The hotel is very large and relatively modern inside. The staff is friendly even though their English skills are not 5 star. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room. The gym and pool are quite good with adequate equipment, modern and of good quality. The food is not varied for a 5 star hotel. We arrived at dinner at 20h55 expecting to have the dining hall open until 21h30 as our tour guide mentioned. We were surprised to find that dinner was closing at 21h and the staff gave us 10min to get food. At exactly 21h they collected all the food and we stayed a bit longer to finish dinner. Not what you expect for a 5 star experience. It is located outside the main Ankara squares, but in compensation, the surrounding areas are wealthy with a lot of good looking restaurants , stores and cafes. Skip the dinner in the hotel and find something in the surroundings

It has a great location. When we arrived, they gave us the room, which means we were not delayed. The staff are very polite and provide excellent service. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing.The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request. Alongside thoughtful amenities and general comfort, an efficient staff that excels at personal attention is a must-have for all hotels.

Our room was very comfortable and always so clean!! Sevda did an excellent job! And always with a smile! A delicious buffet breakfast and restaurant! All of the staff were pleasant and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

Stopped over for one night during our drive from Istanbul to Cappadocia. Excellent room service. Rooms are adequate. Valet parking is super convenient.

It was a great time at Hilton Ankara. This is our 3th time staying here. We stayed for over a week and everyone was super helpful and nice. Everytime we had breakfast Ms Sengul, Mr Oktay and the other colleagues make sure that we had our drinks or other needs. The service was perfect. For the house keeping we want to thank Ms Filiz, she was perfect and helpful with all our needs. For the reception we want to thank Ms Merve, she give us a very nice room and her service is always on top! We had a lovely time staying here. See y’all next time! I am so glad I chose HiltonSA for my stay in Ankara. The staff is great, the food is tasty, and the room is comfy. The front desk supported me from the moment I made my reservation, even before my actual check-in. Following my check-in to the hotel, all team members did they best to provide an exceptional service, always with a sincere smile! I need to make it clear that the staff was very polite and professional, providing excellent service not only to me but to all guests, including the earthquake victims. It is my pleasure to have met Aydan, Hazal, Kubra, Ozgur, Onder, and the rest of the team in person through the front desk. Also Sema did her best to keep my room clean and proper during my stay, keeping me hydrated all the time. A special thank you to Ozcan for his willingness to uphold the high standards of hospitality by not only solving my connectivity issues which are common in every hotel, but also by providing the infrastructure to conduct my business without interruptions. Small inconveniences always happen, but this time the technical staff was there for me, solving them not only in the short term but proactively taking action to prevent future hiccups as well. This will be my choice for future hotel accommodations, and I recommend it to everyone heading towards Ankara.

Had a great stay here for a business trip. Room was clean and the Spa there had great options if you wanted a massage or other treatment while staying there. The staff was friendly, but somewhat uninformed concerning some options offered by Hilton. Had purchased the half board option through Hilton's website, and took quite a bit of explaining with the staff to figure out my situation. I wish it didn't take so much on my part to do, but after it was figured out they seemed to know the drill when I came for dinner. Would stay here again if I was coming to Ankara.

Very clean rooms, perfect breakfast, very helpful staff, amazing location you can find everything around the streets of hotel. Bar clubs restaurants coffee , shopping or any single think you can imagine can be found around. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the Hilton. The hotel staff is very friendly. Especially a girl named Aydan. She is very polite, always ready to help and always smiling. It is very nice. We liked our conect room, it was private and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I asked for an orthopedic pillow and they brought it to me. This is very pleasant. Gorgeous view of the city from the window. The women cleaners are so kind and friendly and cleaned the room, towels changed every day. there is a good pool and a fitness room, we went in the morning, before breakfast and went in for sports. Very convenient location of the hotel, you can quickly get to anywhere in the city. Nearby there is a park, many shops, restaurants. Special thanks to the concierges, they always served us a taxi and helped us with the landing. Recommend to stay here!

Good location. Comfortable and clean room.Excellent breakfast and service. Great exec lounge staff. Very accommodating front desk. Gym is small with a couple of equipment. Indoor pool good. To use the pool you're required to wear hair cap. They sell it at the pool desk for 100 Turkish Lira. Jacuzzi didn't work. There was only hot water in jacuzzi.

This is on of the best places I have stayed. The room, the staff, the food, the view and the snacks were amazing. Everyone needs to experience this hotel at least once in their lifetime. We will definitely come back again:)

The hotel is not that new and shiny, but the location is good for visa/passport/other business trips.

I had high hopes booking this hotel out of many options I had for my stay in Ankara, but my choice was a huge mistake!! This hotel is by far the worst Hilton! You would think it is a great hotel from the way it looks, its location and prices, but I was disappointed in so many levels! They tell you to dial 9 when you need something, but they barely ever answer the phone. The staff is not on the same page on procedures. One tells you to dial 9 and provide a phone number to be connected when making a phone call to avoid extra charges, and the other says to dial zero from the room to dial out. Either way, they try to charge you for even local phone calls. They don’t try to accommodate gold member’s right to upgrade. Their standard room is terrible both in terms of size of the room and the style of bathroom. If you are comparing hotels in Ankara, go with Lugal Luxury. It is in the same area if location is important. Lugal’s standard room is 100x better than this Hilton and the service is great!! You can get breakfast delivered to your room anytime you want vs. only after 10:30am at their Hilton. The towels are very clean vs. mysterious black marks on each towel at this Hilton. They always answer your call when you dial the reception. They honor upgrade request as best as they can vs. no concern at all at the Hilton. I now have to try and find a way to convert my many Hilton points into Marriott points to book the Lugal instead of this Hilton!

A bit oldschool in the rooms but well equipped. The view of the city is pretty nice from here. I liked the style and the atmosphere of the bar and lounge area. The room was nice and clean.

Ankara HiltonSA is one of the biggest hotel in Ankara-Turkey. They are so professional, Nice, Kind. for your conferences, meetings, ceremonies, and even for your stay I highly recommend this hotel

Friendly staff and everything you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Also the COVID safety and sanitation guidelines have been meticulously followed by staff and the property in general. We felt well taken care of and safe at the HiltonSA.

Rooms are comfortable, service is normal but the lotus bar and the bartender’s performance is poor.

Me And my family stayed at this hotel for 10 days. We had an amazing time and enjoyed everything in this hotel. First thing was their staff that from the door and front desk to people at the breakfast and the guy at the lounge at 15 floor and people in fitness and massage and room service ladies. They all supper nice, polite, Respectful and caring. Anything we needed they make sure they would do it for us immediately. Supper clean and friendly We will definitely choose this hotel to go back to ❤️

Due to the pandemic, we were having a lot of hesitation in other hotel accommodations. Compared to the travels we have made as a family in the last year, we have had a hotel experience for the first time without any hesitation. The hygiene and cleaning experience, which starts at the door when we enter our rooms, provides the necessary sterilization and cleaning perception at the highest level, from the television remote to the other surfaces that can be touched in the hotel. We were very pleased with the friendliness and high level of service awareness of Ms. Kiraz, who cleaned our room.

It was a wonderful stay at Hilton. We felt very welcome and we had a great time. We liked our suite, it was private and quite and the bed was very comfy. If your lucky and Felliz is your cleaning person she will always look out for you, so kind and friendly. If you have a sweet tooth like me, give the lemon cheesecake a try. The breakfast options are great, but it lacked a bit on the vegan options like milk alternatives and the fruit options could be more. The executive lounge has an amazing view and is definitely one of the better ones. Would suggest staying here, if you couldn’t guessed already ;)

Great service, great food and great location. We have organized a 2-day event in this hotel. The rooms were spacious, service was very good and hygienic. The lunch was also very good.

We had a great two night stay in the Hilton Ankara. Very good upgrade (thank you again!!), free valet parking, excellent breakfast and executive lounge, nice indoor pool with an unfortunately rather small outdoor terrace. Very friendly staff throughout. Excellent location with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Recommended.

Rooms were nice and adequate. Service was very good and everyone was really helpful. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty. For some reason, it always took a really long time for hot water to come from the shower. In the end, I had to take relatively cold showers. This problem was on the ninth floor.

Service and facilities are amazing. Food is delicious. Spa was amazing!! Had two Turkish baths and sport massages. Excellent. My cleaning woman Sevda was super sweet. Very pleasant stay. Hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants as well. Very convenient.

Hilton branches in Türkiye continue to amaze us with their great hospitality. Ankara HiltonSA is a true example of it. They went above and beyond to make sure that we have a great experience during our stay. The room was very clean and comfy. It was great to see that hotel management already put lots small but helpful details for greater comfort. The staff, especially the ones helped us during check-in at night, were very kind and helpful. They upgraded our room for free to have more comfortable stay with two kiddos we have. They double checked with us to make sure we get everything for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was awesome. Looking forward to another stay with Ankara HiltonSA.

Such an amazing hotel. The room service I usually order sucks but their food was so good and came at reasonable times. The hotel is so clean and the staff is so friendly. My only complaint is that the shower is so cold I was freezing

Tiny room, air conditioning didn't cook the room even close to where I set it. Typical Hilton at any level, doesn't live up to its rating, shower floor was stained with soap scum in many places. The view and breakfast were good
